The owner inspected our chimney, gave feedback on areas that we were concerned with, and at no charge corrected one minor issue to make us feel at ease. Great job, very professional, and would hire again!

Everything was GREAT!!!! My husband met Phil for the estimate, Phil was on time for the estimate and went over the work that needed to be done with my husband and showed us some other (safety) issues that we werent aware of! Phil was honest and professional and very responsive. Phil and his crew showed up on time as promised! We met with the crew in the morning and Phil went over what they were going to be doing throughout the project. The project took 3 days to complete and the crew were polite, professional and kept the property clean at the end of each day! This is definitely a company that stands out from the rest!!! I would highly recommend DiMaria Masonry Restoration!!!

Each job was professionally finished. I have found him to be a thoughtful and experienced contractor. In addition, he is meticulous, hard-working, and easy to communicate with. I would recommend Pat without hesitation.

My 20+ year old stucco chimney was in a very bad shape, I researched on Angie's List to get estimates and selected Darrell McClung based on our phone conversation (he just came across as an honest person) and am now glad I did. Took a little longer than expected because he's very detail oriented, color match was exact and will guarantee his work for as long as I live here! I have another chimney in the back of the house that needs attention and will have Darrell work on it too this spring.

I will never use them again. I was referred to him by a friend. Originally he was quick on fixing the chimney because that was almost an emergency thing. I hired him telling him my house was going to be put on the market and I needed this work done before I could put it on the market. He said he can do it by Friday and Saturday the following week, then he actually said he could do a part of it earlier, but then he never called me without fixing the main issues. He fixed the chimney, then when he came back to fix the damage from the leak and to paint, he was also hired to fix part of my porch. That was the major issue because when you walk up to the house, the paint was falling down in the area that needed to be patched and if you're selling a house, you don't want those. I called him Wednesday or Thursday and made sure he was coming on the Friday or Saturday he said he was going to come, and my house was going to be put on the market today. He said he didn't tell me Friday or Saturday. I suggested that he did give me a specific day. He said he can't. I told him it was not unacceptable. I relied on his professionalism and his representation to me. He said things have come up. He finally went back and forth for a while. It was only after I said I am going to be leaving reviews everywhere about him, that he was not professional and not responsible, that he said he would come the next day. He came out, he did the work, and the work was very nicely done. The paint job wasn't so good. It was his assistant who did it. He called me the other day and asked how the packing job was. He knew I was very angry with him because we had this conversation about his coming out when he said he was going to do it. I told him I like the job he did, the carpenter was great, but the paint job was not good. He said he was going to look at it but he never made a date with me to come and look at it. I finally said there wasn't enough time anyway for him to do that. I said I am just going to have to try to fix it myself. What I ended up doing was just letting it go. On the one hand the work where he himself personally did was very nicely done. His assistant in the one room did a wonderful job and it really does look good, but in the other room the paint job was terrible. The main problem with him was he gave me a day when he was going to come out. He didn't call me. If I hadn't called him to verify, I wouldn't even know when he was going to come to do the rest of the work. Whatever the reasons are, honestly it's no excuse for not being professional. When I make the review, I feel kind of bad on this kind of situation but on the other hand, I will never hire them again. I didn't get other estimates but at the end of the day, he didn't charge me for some things. I think mainly because he was upset I was so unhappy. Three-quarters of it was nicely done. One quarter of it wasn't. He did finally come when he said he was going to come. I was led to understand that Hardie is going through some difficulties in his work and I am trying to rectify that those will not be the kind of problems in the future.

Wells & Sons was great to work with.   The lady who answers the phone was very pleasant and helpful and delivered an excellent first impression and was able to work around my limited schedule.   Guys showed up within the allotted time frame and performed the work as requested.  Both gentlemen were very professional and left my house cleaner than when they came.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I got estimates from two companies.  Both prices were very similar.  I went with Wells & Son because you can choose from a number of different colors for the stucco.  The work was done on two different days.  One day for the wire lathe and base coat.  The other day, about a week later, to put up the stucco.  Each time the two workers were on time and worked efficiently.  There was no existing flashing on the old chimney and I was hoping they would also put up the standard metal flashing where the chimney meets the roof. Instead they said they used some sort of J channel (haven't gotten on the roof to inspect yet however).  If you need flashing work be sure to have that clearly stated in the written proposal.   I would consider using again, possibly for additional work on our fireplace mantel.

We used Angie's list to obtain 3 quotes for service.  Jamison required someone to be present during the review and quote process. Although this took time to coordinate with schedules, it resulted in the most responsive quote with the precision we requested.  The other quotes provided more work than we had requested.
Our Jamison contact was available for questions and followed up as needed.  We signed on for the work prior to winter.  As soon as spring arrived the work was scheduled and completed within target.  The crew was punctual, respectful, knowledgeable, and cleanly.  Post work, our Jamison contact came to review the results to ensure it was to our satisfaction. The whole process went smooth.  And we're happy with the results.

He showed up on time, honored his estimate, and cleaned up after he was done. It works as promised. He did provide an estimate right away, and I was able to shop around. The only problem was there were apparently issues with getting the part, and I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know there was a holdup. So I give him an A for responding in terms of showing up and responding to me personally, but a C in terms of his office staff holding to that standard. It was a minor issue, just a bit annoying. In terms of the actual work, I give it an A.

We couldn't be happier.  He temporary patched the basement till he could come back and do a rebuild for the basement wall and clear out the mold.  Some other deck work, bathroom remodel looks awesome.  The fact Kip went shopping and helped with the design lowered my stress.  It was cost effective for them to do all the other small projects and hardwood floor.  Job was clean and they exceed our expectations.
