Dr. Litovsky is great! He is sometimes behind especially towards the end of the day because he takes so much time with his patients. He is thorough and goes over all test results in detail. He will suggest areas that he has concerns about and actually explains what might be going on, why he'd like to conduct tests, and whether you should be concerned or not and WHY. He follows up by email and is responsive for referrals, lab tests, scripts, etc.
I've been very pleased by the care I've received from Dr. L.

I have been going to him since 1990, and even when I lived out of state, I would come home and have him work on my teeth. When I moved across the country, the dentist there looked at my teeth and said what beautiful dental work I had and what a lovely job he does. He is a very kind man and he only recommends what is needed. He is very conservative, and he doesn't try to take all your money on dental work. He will let you know what is and what is not covered so you don't end up with a large bill at the end. Whenever he numbs my mouth and it is going to be painful, he always apologizes to me for any discomfort I feel, and that always makes me feel better that he is not trying to hurt me on purpose, that is just the way it works. He is very gentle and soft spoken, and a lovely kind man. I have been going to him for 25 years and that tells you something. Even though I live 30 miles away, I keep going back to him because his work is exceptional, his office staff is lovely, and I trust my mouth and teeth to him. One time I called him because I was in pain, and he recommended that I probably had a sinus infection, and to see an ENT and he was right, so instead of making me come in and pay for a visit, only to find out it was a sinus infection, he said it is probably this go to the ENT and get it checked out and he was right. He wants the best for his patients. I last saw him about 6 months ago because as much as I love him, I don't like the dentist. He is kind of like family. My parents go to him too. He is a lovely man, and the hygienists are very nice, they have been working there for many many years, so it is like seeing friends. There is not a high turn around, it is a small office.

His beginning consultation fee and x-ray fee is very very reasonable. He takes insurance, so it didn't cost anything to get treated, because my insurance paid for all that. He uses x-rays and scientific measurements to determine whats the angle of your spine and where your spine is and where it should be. He uses scientific principals to decide upon treatments as opposed to just  seeing bases on what your symptoms are. His initial treatment is 3 times a week, then twice a week, then once a week, and then once a month. Even though in the beginning you see him often, it is only for 20 minutes, so it is a short amount of time, and he is very good with that time, so there is little to no waiting. You are not waiting for half an hour, you are in and out very quickly. His method works incredibly well, and he has certificates on his walls of all the patients who  have graduated from seeing him often to him treating whatever problem or complication that they have. He is fabulous.

I went to Dr. Lans' office for several years and I love it there.  The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to, from the front desk all the way up to the dentists.  The office is very clean and they are fantastic with my kids when I've had to bring them along.  I have terrible teeth and have had quite a bit of work done there- and it has all lasted (I have had issues with other dental offices turning 1 trip into 3 or 4, and others whose work I've had to get redone after a year).  My only complaint is that my insurance estimates were sometimes way off for cavities, but I will say the billing office is easy to talk to and helpful at getting something worked out.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and the staff was friendly. If you want to see a doctor for your annual exam, and not a nurse practitioner, you should schedule at least a month in advance. The waiting room was comfortable, and even though my wait was longer than I would have liked, they did explain that it was because of them moving to an electronic medical records system.
In my consultation with the NP, we sat in a nice office, rather than in the exam room. She listened to all my concerns and never made me feel rushed. The exam room has a nice little changing area, and they provide cloth gowns (not paper) and other items for your comfort.
I noticed as I was leaving that my date of birth was incorrect on my discharge papers, so I called the billing office on my way home, and they corrected it immediately.
Just a head's up on parking... There were no parking spots when I arrived. And there are no other options for parking because the building is on a main road. I drove around the lot for a few minutes until someone left and took their spot. But I recommend giving yourself an extra 5 minutes or so in case the parking lot is full when you get there.

I've been to several different physical therapists in the area, and this one is by far my favorite. The receptionist is so sweet and willing to help you with whatever you need. They have two therapists on staff, and they are open from early in the morning to late at night, so it's very convenient to see someone based on your schedule. Even though they do have a 24-hour cancellation policy, they were very flexible during times of inclement weather, or when I woke up with a raging head cold about 6 hours before my session.
They typically do not handle more than one patient at a time. At most, the beginning of your appointment (when you're warming up) will overlap the end of someone else's appointment (when they're cooling down). But the bulk of your session is in a one-on-one setting, and you're never left alone to do your exercises without someone watching your form and making sure you're doing things correctly. Also, if your therapist's attention is momentarily elsewhere, the other therapist is more than willing to help you out if need be.
The therapist I went to (Gary) was very attentive and kind. In addition to providing therapy for my foot, he also showed me some stretches for my shoulder which had been bothering me, even though that's not why I was there. He's also certified in Graston Technique, which was what my doctor had requested to help break up the scar tissue in my foot.
Although I hope to never need physical therapy again, if I do, I will definitely go back.

I haven't seen him that long. I had only really seen him one time, he found somethings and needed to refer me to a specialist, so I have been seeing a specialist since then so I only so the doctor once. My children have however been there. My like is he is extremely thorough, he spends a lot of time with me explaining to me the situation going over what he was finding my teeth and he was very nice to my children.

I come from a family of physicians, and I'm a nurse. When my old internist retired, Dr. Smith was handpicked for my care. He listens and is super intelligent. He doesn't have an attitude and thinks out of the box. He's willing to go the extra mile to figure out exactly what's wrong with you. I typically wait 5 minutes to be seen when I arrive.

They're wonderful. I recommend them constantly to all my friends. The work they did last year was wonderful. It was absolutely perfect. There was no pain. They were just very concerned, very efficient and very professional. They just did Julia Roberts, the movie star. They just did her teeth. It's amazing, the amount of high profile people that come into that office. They did a great job with the cleaning.

My daughter and I used a coupon and went for multiple services.  Everyone was friendly and pleasant.  The services were average but not bad until we got to the hair.  She was also a nice girl but had no idea how to do hair.  My daughter had a gloss and a haircut.  Her hair turned BLACK and her cut was choppy.
I had my hair colored light golden brown and it came out BLACK and I have long hair.  I asked for the ends to be trimmed only.  She cut my hair and the top layer was about 3 inches long.  The rest of my hair is 5 inches below my shoulder.  It was awful.  They said they were sorry we weren't happy but would not do anything for us.  We walked out of there looking terrible and the color lasted until we had it corrected elsewhere.  Took years for my hair to grow back.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.
