Sam worked with me to customize every aspect of the desk from custom hight, length, beveled front edge, custom headset holder and specifically the kind of different woods and finish that I wanted. He was in communication the whole time and worked hand in hand with me to deliver exactly what I wanted. I could be happier. I even got progress pictures as the desk started coming together. I needed a 2 week turn around which was near impossible and Rich had it done in a week. The fabric selection was amazing and the quality of the workmanship was beyond my expectations. True professionals and craftsmen. It was competitively priced and certainly worth every penny. I have antique chairs I will drop off later this month. Rich will now be my “guy” for upholstery. .i will also admit I am OCD when it comes to decor and I am 110% over the moon with the finished product. AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion.
