  • Scheduled an appointment to come out to work on my dish washer. They never showed up during the 2 hour window form 11-12. I called them to check when they were coming and they claimed the repair man was held up doing paperwork and he would be there between 2 and 4. Never showed up again and when I called they told me that he was no where near my house and he would not be coming today. I took a whole day off from work for NOTHING!!!

  • Called for dishwasher repair. The came next day, said it needed part and it would be in by the end of the week. They called 10 later with an estimate and said the parts would be in be the end of the week. It has been over 3 months and there has been no contact....and the dishwasher is still broken

  • First I spoke to Julie Messina. Then she contacted Ralph, who called me from his cell phone. I described the issue, making sure to give him all the details, also to let him know oven was closing in on 15 years, so i was trying to determine whether to have it repaired, or to purchase a new one. Ralph asked me to wait for 5 minutes, so he could determine whether the part was available and what the cost of repair would likely be. He called back within 5 minutes, said the part was not available, offered me an option to have the part rebuilt and gave me the cost, helping me to determine that repair was not an option. I praise Ralph Messina Appliance Repair for responsiveness, very quick, and for an honest appraisal and for great knowledge of appliances. Were I to need a repair on any existing appliances, i would have no hesitation about contacting Ralph. The same goes for recommending his services.

  • it went swimmingly. absolutely no problems. and the work was done within 30 minutes. he is just wonderful....a terrific heir to mel's business. mel would be proud (and he was because he told us before he passed.....)   • The job was scheduled quickly, the technician was on- time and the problem was diagnosed quickly. He put in a part as a temporary fix and returned the next day to complete the job . He was pleasant an the cost was suprisingly low. I would definitely use them again.

  • The part needed was out of stock.  There was a little misunderstanding as to where the part would be delivered, but we only lost a few days until the part came in and was then installed the next day.  The price of the repair was very reasonable, the repairman was quick, neat and professional, and we were very pleased.  We would use them again, and recommend them to others.

  • We highly recommend Quick Fix Appliance Services. Our electric clothes dryer wasn't working. I contacted Quick Fix Appliance Services ( it was a Friday evening) and within an hour we had an appointment for a service technician to come the next day (on a Saturday). The problem was promptly solved. We would definitely use Quick Fix Appliance Services again! Their name says it all! Thank you so much!

  • Called the office in the morning and was given a 12pm-4pm appointment window for that day.  Technician call about 1pm to say that they were on the way.  Two technicians arrived about 1:20 pm and went right to work.  Diagnosed problem quickly and gave me the price for the job.  Replaced the pump and completely cleaned out the filter mechanisms.  Start to finish took less than an hour.  Technicians were friendly, very efficient and completely professional.  This is my second experience with this company and both times the service has been excellent.  Highly recommend this service.

  • We've had problems with our heat pump for 2 years. Every couple of months it just stops working. We have refilled freon an average of 3 times annually due to a leak that AHS contractors can't find. We understood that our contract said if the appliance can be fixed it should be fixed and not replaced. On 12/5/14 the heat pump caught fire causing smoke damage in the entire house. AHS will not replace the heat pump. Our contract clearly covers this appliance. It's been serviced 7 times in 2 years. The problem they couldn't fix finally caused an even bigger problem and they still won't do the right thing. To top it off their contractor has ordered the wrong replacement parts...after a month of being out of our house we are being told it will be another 6 weeks. We spent the holidays with our kids in a hotel. American Home Shield doesn't honor it's word. This is an ongoing situation and I'm hoping AHS realizes it's mistake and makes the situation right.
