AGreens Total Home CarePreston made our disaster much more bearable after our hot water heater leaked all o er our first floor. Constant communication as he was trying to find a water heater that fit our space. He called minutes after I placed the quote request on a Sunday morning during a holiday. He and his helper were very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed. above all they were compassionate. They were caring of our pets and home. I have recommended his company to businesses and friends. I would definitely hire again. The price was also reasonable despite it being difficult to find a water heater to fit the space on a Sunday morning. They were also mindful of our Covid protocol and wore masks the entire time. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR DISASTER MORE BEARABLE! We were extremely happy to get hot showers that night.- Charles M.

FDon't use unless you don't mind getting the run around and excuse after excuse. I called in October, 2020 for a gutter clealing for a home in Northeast PA. I was told I was on the schedule for late November into the middle of December. I didn't mind the timeframe as I'm aware how weather plays a role in this work. I called the beginning and middle of December to just to make sure I was on the schedule and they said I was. The job still was not completed by Christmas and I called around December 29th and demanded to be given a date for the service since now it was 2 weeks late. They scheduled me for Jan 2nd. Weather was fine but they cancelled becasue they didn't have the crews in place. Why schedule someone without available crews? They rescheduled for Jan 4th and cancelled that because of weather. Upper 30s and Cloudy apparently isn't good enough. I guess they forget they are in the Northeast now in the middle of winter. So frustrated, that I cancelled the Job with them and told them I'd hire one of their competitors.

AExcellent! These guys ended up helping us twice and helped us do more than anyone would expect a typical junk removal company to do. They were sensible with what needed to be "junked" and what they could clean fill/recycle. They were careful when moving things so as not to damage our newly renovated property. Would absolutely hire again and recommend to anyone.

AVery professional and friendly people. The detailed quote was the only detailed one I received out of 5 other roofers. The materials in the quote contained information about everything that would be done, as well as information about the materials being used. It even had information in case of unexpected costs/repairs. They ran into an issue with our siding and they still were able to perform the work needed in about 5 hours! They also returned calls and texts promptly. I am very pleased with this company and the quality of work done.

AFabulous! This is the second year Jordan performed this service. Everything came out very clean. All the mold and algae were removed. The few tiny black spots from mushroom firing did not come off completely, He was responsive to all my requests, such as redoing some window corners where the were extensive cob webs. He remembered an area of my porch which leaks into the basement, and he devised a plan to clean it with minimal water, checking with me a number of times. If you have special needs it is good to stay around and interact with him. He is exceptionally eager to do a good job and welcomes the feedback during the process. The price was not cheap, but it was very fair, and worth every penny. We already discussed when is the best time to do this next year.

AWe had Mark and his crew make our Kitchen/Dining room into one big kitchen. Which requires removing a wall and putting vinyl plank flooring in new kitchen and Living room and ceramic tile in the foyer and powder room and laundry room. Also they put new lights in the kitchen. They did a awesome job. It was done in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. They cleaned up from their work each day before leaving. We would definitely recommend them for any of your home needs.
