AAt first I was a little hesitant being I have always gone to the office of an eye Dr. instead of online. I can’t say enough good things about ReplaceAlens. Alex & team didn’t hesitate to do whatever was needed to make be a believer & THEY WERE AWESOME! Alex told me what they would do & leave the results up to me. I had a very nice pair of eye frames I hated to part with, They explained the process in a very easy way that I could understand. I basically forgot about my glasses. They came in the mail today. I put them on & was BLOWN AWAY! My vision is perfect & I mean PERFECT! That went exactly off my new prescription & did an outstanding job. I won’t hesitate to use them again! Pull your favorite frames out of the drawer & give it a shot. It will work for you as well. Thank you again Alex & TEAM! Marty Hunt

CDoctor gave me an abrasion during surgery & never told me before I left. I only found out when I called a few hours later Complaining of bad pain & tearing. The surgery itself was easy & things flowed quickly. Everyone else I know got flowers after cataract surgery. I didn’t get any, just an abrasion.

DTheir hours make it very difficult to schedule if you have two working parents and your kids are not home schooled. Finally got an appointment. The appointment went well and we ordered my daughters glasses. Glasses took forever to come in. When they did they did not fit her are check to see if they fit properly. We returned a few weeks later as again it was difficult to schedule. They made some adjustments but the frames still slid down her noes. They said we could buy a new pair but that was the best they could do. Then the icing on the cake was a few weeks later my daughter failed her eye exam at school! Their response was oh, your past the dead line. I asked if they where open during Covid shut downs and they said no. But they refused to work with me to make this right. I would have to come in and buy new glasses and pay for a new eye exam as my insurance only covers one per year. NEVER GO HERE!!

BFor our optical, we use Premier Eye Care Associates. The service is great. It's the waiting time that bothered us. They should not make a patient wait for long. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for an appointment that was an hour and fifteen minutes past the appointment time.

AVery well. Very Professional. Have gone there for years. Had been on a 2 year follow up but moved to annually when my cataracts began to grow. Gave me option to increase strength of left eye magnification or get surgery. Explained that chanign eye prescription would only postpone surgery not eliminate it. Referred me to Eyes of York who did doctor's mother's eyes. Hve appointment November 3, for consultation.

AWeaver Eye AssociatesDr. Carl is very good, very sympathetic and has always done an excellent job in prescribing glasses for me. I returned to the ophthalmologist's office to actually get the prescription done for two reasons: (1) The other office owed me a correction to the bad job the doc had done in the first place in prescribing glasses after the cataract surgery and (2) while my husband and I very much like Dr. Carl, we will no longer deal with the arrogance of the opticians at the Queen St. office of this firm. The opticians at the ophthalmologist's office are much more professional, helpful and cooperative.- Cheryl D.

APenn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Centerhave Spastic Paraplegia and was sent to the greatest doctor Dr. Zachary Simmons. Who is the calmest and kindest and thoughtful enough to explain everything even before I ask. I have been seeing him for almost 10 years now. I highly recommend the Neurology department. Also, orthopedics I had a bad knee and a great doctor and twice two different doctors cared for me and they were both great.- Nora B.

ADailey Harvey Eye AssociatesDr. Holt was the Dr. that I saw for my basic contact lens exam. He was very friendly and thorough. He showed concern for the change in prescription from my last eye doctor and worked diligently to make sure that I had the right correction. The technician who assisted was also very knowledgeable and friendly. When I finally ordered my contact lenses I was a little turned off because I had to leave the info on voicemail which concerned me, however, I did receive a call back and the lenses arrived within a few days. It was overall a good experience. The only negative whatsoever was the friendliness of the front office staff. They could have been and quot;cheerierand quot;.- Laura B.

ACampus Eye CenterThe location is what made me go to them. I have just used them once. That visit was wonderful. I give them all A's. They were friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. I had to get frameless glasses and they told me exactly what I needed to do and how much it would cost. They were good at what they did.- James K.
