    Firestone Complete Auto Care Store
I'm disabled and I walk on crutches and it's difficult for me to do so, and they are always very accommodating for me. They bring the car around when it's finished. They just do whatever they can, hold the door, ect. Rather than me go to the counter, they'll come over to the waiting area to explain any work that's been done or needed. They are accommodating to the disabled. They are consistent. I've always had a good experience. Everything is expensive today. I've used them for ten years at least.

DO NOT take your vehicle to Gipe Services. It should be called; Gyp Services! I bought a Groupon to get an inspection, and oil change for $20.00. To begin with I had appointment that I set up 2 weeks ago. I dropped the van off yesterday morning and a few hours later I get a call telling me that it most likely will not be done by the end of the day since they are behind. I tell them I need it it by the end of the day and if it won't be done then I will sit and wait for it after my daughter drops me off on her way home from work. I called at 4 to see if it was done and was told that it didn't pass inspection due to so many problems, and I had to be there by 4:30 since they were leaving early. So first they make it sound like they are so busy they can't get my van done, and then all of a sudden they want to leave early. I get there at 4:50 and am handed a paper with a long list of things that are wrong. And then all of a sudden there was an additional charge of $5.69 that needed to be paid. I was furious and called my regular Mechanic who told me to bring it in this morning. As it turned out most what I was told needed to be done was a lie! I did see someone else said in a review that they were told that their new windshield wiper was ripped and they replaced it for a ridiculous amount of money. Lo and behold the same thing was on my list and guess what....NO rip, among so many other things that they lied about. The place looked shady to me to begin with, but I took a chance and left the van anyway. I only wished that I had looked up their reviews before buying the Groupon a month ago. I decided to look up reviews after the phone calls....ugh! Who knows if they even changed my oil! I go to Kim's Cars Southside in Manheim for all of my van work normally. And that is the only place that I will ever go to again. They are always honest and won't do work that is not necessary just to make a buck! The only reason I bought the Groupon was because I had a coupon for an additional discount and wanted to save some money. Never again! Please read all of the bad reviews that they have gotten and stay away!

For all my mechanical work I go to R.H. Cooper. I hit the mirror on the garage door backing out of the garage and broke it off. I have been backing out of this garage for over 30 years and this is the first time I ever did that. On this car, the mirrors don't fold in; they don't fold at all. I'd give them an A in everything.

    Mister Shine Car Wash
I don't get to go under there to see what they are doing. I would give them an A, but because they tell me I needed an new K&A filter that gets washed. I got a hundred and twenty dollar air filter in my truck, and they said it needed to be replaced. You never have to get a new air filter, you just use it over and over. They always try to sell me something I don't need. I am car savvy. They try to take advantage of someone who isn't car savvy. Their popcorn is usually really good. I only get to hear what they tell. They seem to do ok. I have never had any oil leaks or anything. They are pretty fast. Only because of the little trade thing they do. Little practice they try to pull. Like trading people's K&A filters. Its a convenient place.

They are responsive. I can always get an appointment. Their waiting area is very nice. They are very respectful. The only problem I have is when they give you a list of everything that needs to be done with your car, it's not everything that needs to be done immediately. They have been listing the same issues on my car since I have brought it to them. I have an old 1998 Toyota and there's no way I am going to put $4000 worth of work into that car. I have to say that their recommendations are excessive. They need to separate what's really needed first, rather than what is optional for the age of the car.

    FAT KID Motorsports LLC
I always have a good experience with Fat Kid Motorsports. I travel about an hour and a half to come to this shop and I am never disappointed. Drew and his team understand that I am very pressed on time and have my car finished promptly and they make sure my car is safe and working properly before I have to make the hour and a half trip home. As a young female who knows nothing about cars, I never feel like they are taking advantage of me and Drew even took the time to teach me how to change my own tire. They are a very honest shop and I would strongly recommend Drew and his team.

I've used Valvoline for oil changes and minor maintenance for several years. I could probably get oil changes for a little less at other places but I like the convenience of being able to drop in and have everything taken care of in less than 15 minutes. They do a spot check of the car and I've had them replace air filters, wiper blades, etc. Always pleasant and efficient and never any hard sell.

Roger Killian, the owner of Honeysuckle Hill Auto Service, is probably the best automobile service professional we have ever used in 45 years of driving.  He's honest as the day is long with no BS about what he can and can't do.  He's got a comprehensive shop with modern and well maintained diagnostic equipment.  He's worked on our Saab, Subaru, and an old Ford F-250.  He's quick, thorough, and keeps a remarkably clean and tidy shop.  He's the only mechanic, outside of a single manufacturer-trained dealership specialist, that has ever done work properly on our Saab.  Fantastic.
What's more, his shop is located  up on a hill in the middle of a large tree farm--it's a beautiful setting.
Mr. Killian operates the shop by himself.  I highly recommend this shop for anyone with a car that is out of warranty.  He's a rarity in the auto repair world.

They are pretty reasonably priced and he's honest so I like to go there with m car. I think someone recommended them to my wife a while back. I've been going there for quite a while and he's good. There's usually just two people in there and sometimes the lady who answers the phone and stuff like that. Its just a small little shop but he does good work for inspections, breaks and things like that. He doesn't do engine overhauls and stuff. He doesn't try to fix things that don't need fixing. He tells me if there is something wrong or whether it can wait. I haven't had any problems with any work that he's done. He usually gets it done when he tells you. He take care of things like he's supposed to.

    Daddario Tire & Auto
I have been going there for about three years. They were just around the neighborhood. The staff is very polite and very professional. I dropped it off the previous night. When I went in to pick it up, I just picked it right up. They explained everything to me well.
