    Janet Karp went above and beyond to work with me in this situation, explaining all of my options, procuring new parts that were needed, and helping me through several adjustment sessions to fine-tune the aids for my use.  She offered me alternatives, but never pressured me to buy new aids or hesitated to help me with the ones I brought in.  She gave me an excellent price for this work and was extremely patient with me at points where I was struggling to adapt to the aids.  The end results were very satisfactory, and I will definitely return to upgrade to new aids when needed.

    Wonderfully. I needed to replace outdated hearing aids, and as usual Alicia was professional and knowledgeable. Many hearing aid offices offer comparable technological equipment, but few, if any, match her caring customer service.

    I had difficulty with the start-up, but Ms. Lutzky has made several visits to my home to get them working to my complete satisfaction.
    Her receptionist couldn't be more courteous and helpful. Ms. Lutzky is most caring and gladly gives of her time and considerable experience. I couldn't be more pleased. The pricing was fair, in line with other competitive units.

    Robert Mowery has been our family Physician for 30 yrs. The office staff is the best! Though the office is very busy, they have never been too busy to see me, if needed, that same day. Dr. Mowery is a very intelligent M.D. and has a very caring manner. I have trusted him with my life for 30 trs. and he has never let me down. I have recommended him to many of my friends in the area.

    I am satisfied with her service. I would recommend her. The office staff can be difficult to deal with sometimes. They do not fit you into the schedule very well. Once you get a hold of the doctor, she is very accommodating. Once you work your way past the office it is fine. The office environment is fine.

    He is absolutely amazing. He took me through four years of adapting to allergies I have. He is incredibly focused and patient and a really bright guy. When I moved out of state, I had an asthma attack and called him. He was able to give me advice and tell me what to do even though I was no longer his patient.

    They are comprehensive with many specialists. They are reliable and I think they have been honest with me. I had some problems with their hospital service. The punctuality has been pretty good but it depends on whom you see. The bedside manner also varies depending on the doctor.

    I had just changed PCPs to this doctor's office and went in for a check up and referrals for some regular specialist appointments I had been having. I met with the RN, Denise. When I told her I needed a referral, she told me that I did not. I went to my regular specialist appointment, and later received two bills. It turns out I did need a referral. I called back to request a back dated referral, and it was never sent. When I called again in a week to find out what had happened, I was told--very dismissively--that they don't DO back dated referrals. I explained the situation--that I had requested the referral and had been told that I didn't need one. The woman on the phone first said that it wasn't the nurse's responsibility to determine whether or not I needed a referral. I told her that I didn't ask her if I needed one, I asked her for one, and she told me I didn't need one. So she refused my request for a referral. Then the woman said that the specialist should have never seen me without a referral, completely ignoring the responsibility of her office. She said, very stridently, that she wouldn't give me a referral and that was that. It was infuriating. Also, it should be noted that when I went in to register as a new patient, the desk clerk told me she "didn't have the time to deal with me," despite the fact that there were no other patients waiting for her attention. The nurse was childish and dismissive during the appointment. When she asked what birth control I was taking, and I said "none", she asked me twice more--in rapid succession--as if I had given the wrong answer. And I'm MARRIED! I don't care what this woman thinks about birth control, but she needn't push her views on all of her patients. She was cold and standoffish--standing in the corner of the room as far away from me as possible with her little computer in her lap, barely looking at me. This is compared to my previous doctor, to whom I quickly returned, who was warm and friendly. She asked questions, explained things. This woman was just a drone, and a rude, judgmental one at that. This office is the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever experienced. Its entire staff is rude, unwelcoming, and useless. I cannot recommend that you stay away enough.
