    Graboyes Window & Door
Working with Graboyes Windows was an unexpected pleasure. They scheduled a visit by one of the product specialist, who came to my home. They knew their products, gave me choices and gave me a very fair price compared to other companies that came and quoted me for the same job. They were not high pressure either which I really appreciated. On installation day, they showed up and installed everything as promised. the crew was very exprience and very professional. The installation went perfectly. we are very happy with the windows we chose and the price we paid for their window and installation. Thank you !!!

    Ardmor Inc.
We replaced some 40 yo windows on the first floor and repaired the crank mechanism on 3 Pella casement windows. The job took a bit longer than expected but the techs stayed until 8pm to get the job done since the weather was supposed to be rainy the next day. My new windows look beautiful.

Overall, the job went great.  Very pleased with the work and finished product.  All work was done on the outside only (which pleased me greatly).  Inside window framing was kept in tact.  Caulking was done inside, which I expected.  It was a hot day, which added to the challenge and work was done in full sun.  Both workers were dedicated to doing a good, no, a great job.

    Power Home Remodeling
Our first contact with a Power Home Remodeling rep was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and we didn't feel like he was talking us into getting more than we need. He gave us an honest assessment about which windows needed to be replaced and which we could wait on. The guys that can to do the pre-install inspection were great as well. The appointment was fast and easy. We found the actual installation crew to be good but not excellent. The clean up job was not as good as i would have hoped. We found white caulk and paint chips inside and outside of the house after they left. There were also a couple scuff marks on the surrounding walls and window moldings. All in all we had a good experience and would hire them again.

    Impriano Roofing & Siding Inc
Person came out and looked at roof and window; made notes, measured and said someone would get back to us with pricing. An email estimate arrived 2 - 3 weeks later; no one ever called for follow-up. We went with another contractor

Person inspected roof and window. Estimate for roof arrived following day. Details for window never arrived. Someone from office called to follow up about a week later. We decided to go with a different contractor

Thermal Quality Window & Door Co
Unlike other companies, the salesman was very low key and the experience was relaxing. They were half the price of everyone else. Everything seems to be ok. They were a little slow about getting them in but once they came, it was great.

Third project we have given PHRG. Like the other two, the install went flawlessly. Window were a perfect fit, and the finish of the job as good as it can get. I am now used to the communication process, which is way more than most vendors give.

Yeah, maybe the price could be lower, but I'm not complaining. Worth every penny.Yes you should hire them.

Kip's professionalism is exceptional. From day 1 he was punctual, upfront, and compromising while assessing our most pressing needs for our basement renovation.  We were on a tight budget and timeline-words a contractor hates most!  Kip immediately helped us work through all of our red-tape to get the job started and went above and beyond to make sure our best interests were kept intact. Additionally, he was very willing to work with us while we navigated the tornado-like confusion of using a Renovation Loan from our bank.  Thankfully, when we pulled out of that mess, Kip kept on the job and helped us work through the process of finding an alternative to keep our financial commitments.  Keeping us STRESS-FREE! This was a blessing considering our timeline was paramount due to a new member coming into our family.
Kip's project manager, Greg, was a pleasure to have working on our project.  He was very detailed oriented and open to our fluctuating design decisions. He provided valuable suggestions throughout  this process and was very focused on his craftsmanship.  We felt EXTREMELY comfortable having him in working while we were in and out of our house.
Due to our timeline being hard to meet, Kip worked with us on finding a solution for completing some of the job that we did not want to have worked on once our baby arrived.  We setup up a staggered timeline throughout the upcoming months to have  a couple projects completed.  All of this was immediately agreed to and delivered upon, since most of the renovation has wrapped up this past April.  With all of the mishaps, changes, curve balls, and dilemmas that spring up during a major construction job, Kip and his team have always been easy to deal with and exceptional at delivering what they have promised.  They made it as easy as it could be for us. We highly recommend Millennium Remodeling LLC under any circumstance!

Excellent job.  This is the second project we have used PHRG for, and both were pretty much flawless.  The project manager called a day in advance to confirm the date and the work.  The dumpster showed up when they said it would and was removed when they said it would with zero debris (and not a single nail) left anywhere. The project manager called at the end of the job to make sure the job was completed as contracted.
They happened to bring a double crew so what would have been a two day job got done in one.  It was clear these guys do this work all the time.  The spare decking they brought to replace any rotted decking doubled as protection for windows as the old roof was being removed.  Tarps were hung from the roof to the ground to allow the debris to slide down w/o hitting anything, all landscaping covered, and furniture was moved from my deck to get it out of the way of the debris (and back onto the deck when done).  Despite the fact that we have a large, complex, roof structure, it appeared as though the crew simply knew what to do and when to do it as there appeared to be very little active communication required to get the work done (which left the onsite manager looking as bored as the Maytag repairman most of the day).
Quality of the products and workmanship was also excellent to the extent I could tell from the ground.  I went for the "full monty" job, including adding an intake vent system along the lower edge of the roof, Timberline Ultra HD Lifetime architectural shingles with 50 year non-pro-rated warranty, breathable deck armor instead of the typical tar paper, and a full ice/water shield.  Also included ridge vent shingles, which my old roof (the original builder's roof) did not have which, enhances the roof's appearance.
Got lots of compliments from neighbors on how great the new roof looks.
