ADeckPro Surface SolutionsRandy is a great communicator and gave a thoughtful estimate, explaining his thinking when he first came out. They always made sure I knew when they were coming ahead of time, and then Ryan would also text when he arrived to do the work to again make sure I knew they were there. The work took a bit longer was a little more involved than initially predicted, and they made sure I knew what was happening. And they did good quality, sturdy work on two long-neglected aspects of the backyard. The deck has never looked so good, and the fence is in the best shape it's ever been in.- Adam Z.

ACurbAppeal Property Maintenance LLCI called Scott on a Saturday to clean out my gutters . He responded a short time later which was a pleasant surprise, Unfortunately it was schedule for the day it snowed heavily and had to be rescheduled. Scott came, cleaned out the gutters, cleaned up after and now my gutters run freely during rain storms. My guards kept blowing off when it was windy so Scott will be installing new gutter guards this month, He is knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. FDon't use unless you don't mind getting the run around and excuse after excuse. I called in October, 2020 for a gutter clealing for a home in Northeast PA. I was told I was on the schedule for late November into the middle of December. I didn't mind the timeframe as I'm aware how weather plays a role in this work. I called the beginning and middle of December to just to make sure I was on the schedule and they said I was. The job still was not completed by Christmas and I called around December 29th and demanded to be given a date for the service since now it was 2 weeks late. They scheduled me for Jan 2nd. Weather was fine but they cancelled becasue they didn't have the crews in place. Why schedule someone without available crews? They rescheduled for Jan 4th and cancelled that because of weather. Upper 30s and Cloudy apparently isn't good enough. I guess they forget they are in the Northeast now in the middle of winter. So frustrated, that I cancelled the Job with them and told them I'd hire one of their competitors.
