    We have been customers of Bob Wilson Gulf for well over 10 years.  He and his team do great work and are honest and fair with their prices.  I have had the most simple jobs of oil changes and inspections as well as the big jobs like a shift cable and a Throtle Body Replacement for a rough idle.

    The service I received at Midas was very friendly and helpful.  My family and I were all packed up in the car leaving for vacation.  We noticed that some of our tires were low.  We just stopped by Midas and explained the situation.  They told us they would get us in right away.  Just a few short minutes later, they checked the pressure and filled the tires.  There was no charge and I much appreciated them allowing us to get serviced so quickly as we were heading out.  While we were there they treated me and my family very nicely.

    It went well. The service was fast. They are always helpful at the tire center. The rotations are free and we are always able to bring it past while we are shopping at Costco to have they check the tire pressure and rotate the tires for free. I also love that the prices noted for each tire include any fees or disposal charges so you know exactly what you are paying up front. The staff is helpful and nice to talk with.

    I had bought the tires myself as they were special order. I've always gotten good service there and the quality of their work is excellent. Plus, the prices are better than the other dealers in the area. It's an expensive car to maintain, but at the same time they probably should charge a higher labor rate than a lot of the brand shops around. They're usually quick to respond when I've placed an appointment, but sometimes when they say they'll call me back midday to give me an update on the car, I have to call them.

    s I called around to different places in the morning to get prices. Sears was the best price. when I got to the shop, the guy behind the counter was trying to sell me tires for 100.00 a tire more than I was quoted on the phone. I pulled out my notes and gave him a name of who I spoke to and the price I was quoted, he spent 20 minutes looking for the tires at the price I was quoted, and could not find them. so it was't until I was ready to walk out that they 'found' the tires at the price I was quoted.
    I had to back, a 2nd time to get the tires balanced again, and was told it would take an hour and a half and it took 2 and half hours and my steering whell still rattles.

    They installed one directional tire backwards. They also defaced the front of both wheels with scratches that went through the paint completely. If the tech had even glanced at the wheels after install you could have seen that those scratches weren't there before.They also showed their professionalism by giving the car too much gas and chirping the tires pulling the car into the garage followed by chuckling heard inside.

    After foolishly paying before inspecting, I found the the problems above. I went back in and asked to speak with the shop manager. He proceeded to light up a cigarette and then claimed those marks on the wheels were already there. I pointed out the fact to him the car was purchased recently and was GM certified. There were only marks on wheels he touched, something didn't add up. He stated there were guards that prevented this on the machine. I said look at the car and tell me I would let something like those scratches go unnoticed. He offered to reface the wheels and they would need to keep my car during that period of about 1 week. I told him this was unacceptable and I will be going to the dealership for a quote on how to bring them back to original quality (where I should have gone to begin with). The dealership told me that they would not perform resurfacing because the scratches had etched the wheel significantly. They reccomended replacing the wheels if I wanted them to look like they did previously. Monroe refused to do this because I was told it was not needed and the wheels would look fine. On a daily driver sure, but I wanted to make sure it was done right. I also didn't want to leave my car with someone who had just damaged it for an entire week. I ended up buying new wheels and sold the scratched pair to recoup cost. In the end I am left a very unsatisfied customer, and if the job had been done properly the first time, none of this would have happened.

    The sales clerk forgot to ring in our coupon making the experience a little longer than should have taken. After the purchase the installation took a little over an hour, short enough to walk around the store and read a magazine.

    I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE COURTESY OF THIS DEALERSHIP IN WORK COMPLETED ON MY CAR. ALSO, THEIR PRICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH. HOWEVER, I USE THEM FOR VOLKSWAGEN SPECIFIC ITEMS SUCH AS TIRES WHICH ARE HARD TO GET AT OTHER GARAGES.
