As I've gotten older I have had issues from time to time with my lower back. There is no quick fix when things go awry but I went to see Dr. Londer when I put my back out recently. She has been wonderful to work with. Her treatments are effective and the stretching and strengthening regimen she put me on were very effective in promoting the healing of my back. I am still seeing her bi-weekly. Have found someone I really trust!!!

    Dr Mark Saracino, Chiropractic Neurologist
Not good at all. Initially, the doctor did not explain very well the procedures, cost and timing required for my husband. Dr. Saracino was nice but very curt. Although Dr. Saracino was in network with our insurance, he wanted money upfront, did not explain that the insurance only covers spine manipulation (which is one code that he charges for) and no other work. He worked on my husband's calves up to his hip, but did not address his feet which we originally went in to see him for. He said my husband would require a 10-visit plan. The doctor never mentioned about needing x-rays just started working on him without a proper analysis. By the ninth visit, my husband was still in pain with his feet, and when I confronted the doctor he stated my husband required "a lot of work". I mentioned the work he was conducing was not helping, and he told me "Your husband told me he was feeling relief in his feet". When I confronted my husband he told me this was not true. Needless to say, my husband was still experiencing a great deal of pain in his feet and we both realized this was the wrong doctor. My the ninth visit we stopped going since he was in so much pain he could not put on his socks and shoes on. My husband and I both feel this was a 'money-grab', and wanted to share this with anyone looking to go to get chiropractic care. Please research and be careful and check with your insurance as to what is covered. We are out of the money with no results.

I enjoyed my visit and learned a lot about the spine and how so many things can affect how you are feeling, both physically and mentally. I thought that the adjustment went well and I would love to try this in the future. I just cannot find the time to fit in the number of sessions it would require to really start to feel long-term benefits. I'm working on making that happen, but it may be a few more months before I can do so. The delay ahs nothing to do with the great service that this team provided.

The services I have received are far better than any other Therapist I have seen!!! At the onset of treatment you may feel little discomfort but in a few hours and the days following treatment, you'll feel like a million bucks!!! I would not go to any other Therapist as I have in the past and found Synergy to be the best of the best!!!

I'm very happy with the level of care that For Kids Sake provides to my son. He started out as a preemie in the infant room about 4 years ago. At the time he had therapists coming in weekly to work with him. The teachers at FKS very willingly followed the therapists' directions to continue his care. Since then he has progressed through most of the rooms in the school: young toddler, older toddler, preschool and pre-K. All of the teachers have been wonderful. There is a very low staff turnover rate which is great. FKS welcomes parents' comments and concerns and responds to them immediately. I'm glad that I chose FKS to care for my son while Iand quot;m at work.

I have gone to Dr. Doug for years now. I go in to see him from time to time to get an adjustment when something is out of line. I have persistent issues with lower back pain and pain in my glutes from playing sports. For this appointment, I started with massage therapy to loosen the muscles that were gripping my joints and causing discomfort. This allowed Dr. Doug to make an easy adjustment to my back and hip. It's amazing the instantaneous relief when things are back where they should be!
The office environment is clean and friendly. I've never had to wait for an appt - they are amazingly always running on time, which allows me to easily squeeze in an appt at lunchtime if needed.
Dr. Doug takes a lot of time to explain issues and show pictures to help his patients. He also gave me helpful stretching exercises to help alleviate the pain and discomfort for future.

The staff and doctors are very friendly, nice people. I had a massage with Krista and was very pleased and had my usual adjustment with Steve. I've been a patient of Steve's for 17 years. It is out of my way to go to King of Prussia to his office. That I make the trip when there are many closer chiropractors, is a testament to the care Steve provides and the trust I have in him. My insurance doesn't cover chiropractic visits and the $35 cash fee for the rolling table, heat and adjustment is very reasonable.

I was always tall for my age so I have a tendency to slump over; my posture is terr-i-ble. My entire family has bad backs from not taking care of them (lifting incorrectly). Like most people I don't appreciate my back until something happens to it. I have always wanted to have my back checked to see what I could do to avoid problems but just never got around to it. Angie's List to the rescue - they offered a Big Deal for exactly what I wanted! I purchased the package and put the coupon in a drawer. As luck would have it - 3 weeks before it was to expire I hurt my back. I went to my primary care physician because I could barely move and was afraid I had really done some serious damage. I mentioned the coupon and he said "Fantastic - go use it!". I made the appointment with Londer and they were able to quickly fit me in at a convenient time. The doctor spent an hour and half going over everything, explaining everything and answered all my hundreds of questions. She did an alignment and I honestly felt better then I did upon arrival. She gave me some stretches to do and tips on how to take better care of my back. It was great. I had a follow-up appointment the next week. Between that and the daily stretches I felt even better. I remember sitting in my car after my second appointment - I felt so limber and "straight" - I could really feel the difference. I hated to go home because I didn't want to mess it up with my habitual bad habits! It's an on-going struggle for me to undo a lifetime of poor posture but I'm more aware of how my actions (or inaction) affect how I feel (and in turn, how well I function). One of my New Year resolutions is to go back to Londer quarterly to re-enforce what I was taught (and get a massage!!!!). It was a great experience from start to finish - why didn't I do this before???!! I highly recommend them and will definitely be going back. Even without a coupon it's well worth the cost! Actually I don't think of it as a cost - it's an "investment"!

I purchased an Angies special offer for services at the Londer Family Chiropractic Center. I also had some lower back and knee issues so finding a good therapist was also part of my reason for going to Dr. Londer. She expertly identified my problems and through her therapy and appropriate exercise recommendations has made incredible improvements in my back and knees. The office and staff are pleasant and accommodating. It was a real pleasure for me to find a good and knowledgeable practitioner. I would recommend Dr. Londer to anyone.

    Liping Yao MD
I originally went to see Dr. Yao for acupuncture but he suggested a lidocaine shot instead.  First because the shot was going to be covered by my insurance which I appreciated.  He also thought it would help me better because its a less invasive procedure.  I returned a couple of additional times and have felt much better since my treatment.  I really don't need additional treatments but he said I could come back when I felt like I needed to.
