    Waste Not Want Not LLC
Window placed 2 1/2" too high. David said it was my fault because I was sitting inside the living room and did not say anything. I was on my computer. Tore vinyl floor in kitchen moving refrigerator. David said it was my fault as the vinyl flooring was not glued down in center. He never offered any solution other than showing up to glue and irregular 10" tear at which point I said to not glue it down as I will have to remove it. I knew you could not glue something like this on a tan vinyl in the center part of the floor. He did not take any responsibility for damage. Powerwashed up as high as the ladder would reach then said that he was only supposed to powerwash the steps and deck and Anthony said that too. I never asked for him to do that as I will be replacing later. I said the bill states powerwash house up to 1000 ft and decks and steps. I want side of house done. He brought scaffolding and Phil completed. He put dinger in tub when he replaced the drain. Damaged vinyl floor tile when putting in heat cover. Spackle by closet is very lumpy. last time he used plaster patch at trim by door. Drywall has 1/2" x 5" gap in ceiling of closet where piece was too short. Other bathroom floor that he tiled with tile I provided was not leveled and left gap by shower which he tried to caulk with silicone and still a gap. Said he had a pedestal sink he could sell me for $50 and I asked about a faucet he said he had one he would give me. Sink had large scratch or crack in pedestal and faucet missing aerator so was splaters everywhere when faucet turned on. Shut offs were placed so close to wall that the metal/ plastic covers need to be taken off to be able to shut off valves. David would keep asking what need to be done yet and did not fully or properly complete the things I mentioned. This dragged on for almost 2 months, always late or never arrived never letting you really know when he would return. Often said only a couple hours at a time. I was going to buy a used dehumidifier he had for $50 but then noticed plastic nib was broken. He juried rigged and it seem it might work. I wrote final check to end nonsense but texted him next day that dehumidifier not working right and I was going to put a stop pay on check. I included $50 in the last check for balace on bill of $700. He threatened me to said another bill for all the "extras" he had done and he has hundreds of photos.

    Sure-Fix Remodeling
the only stumbling block was in the very beginning when henry had to push back the start date of the project by one week - but that was due to the bad weather we'd been having and all projects got pushed back.
henry is just wonderful to deal with as a general contractor.  he's personable, funny, reasonable, intelligent and most importantly listens to you and will work with you when dealing with issues that arise instead of just ignoring or arguing with you.  case in point - when the deck stair railings on two sets of steps were not done the way we wanted, we expressed our concerns to henry and the next time we were at the house saw that he had had both steps totally redone to our complete satisfaction.  and i don't think there was any adjustment in price.
both my husband and i think henry is fantastic and recommend him and sure-fix highly.  the work they do is top-notch.
