    ANR Electrical Services, LLC
They are top notch from start to finish. We were pleased from the prompt initial estimate appointment to the finished product and completed installation. They went the extra mile and changed some existing outlet covers to match the new ones. Work was done neatly and they left no sign they were there besides the work. Very conscience of noise and doors opening and closing as we had kids napping. Workmanship was perfect. We will will use them exclusively for all out electrical needs and will recommend them to anyone we know who is in need of a first class electrician.

    Spotless Solutions
We've had 3 jobs completed by Spotless Solutions, and can only give them the highest possible recommendation. Their work is first rate, their pricing is very fair & competitive, their attention to detail is excellent, and you couldn't ask for a nicer crew to work in your home. Any issues were quickly and satisfactorily addressed, and multiple solutions were offered to any problems. Job 1: interior painting of a rental property. Found good reviews here and on other sites, and called for an estimate; had arranged with the realtor to get in the house prior to closing, so limited availability. Ahava did the measurements, asked questions I hadn't thought of, and emailed the estimate promptly. (NOTE: some other companies did NOT show up at all). Booked the job immediately after closing; Adam & Dan were prompt, polite, did an excellent job, and tidied up before leaving each night. Did such a great job, we booked them to do some painting at our home! Job 2: repainted 2nd story deck and 12'x12' shop. Another great job by a terrific crew. Unfortunately, power washing didn't adequately remove the old deck paint, so it had to be stripped (at no additional cost). They also replaced some wood trim that had rotted. The deck and shop look brand new, and has really brightened up the exterior. Since the weather was so hot, we offered the use of our walkout basement for the crew to cool off during breaks & lunch. We had started work in the basement ourselves (lights & outlets, framing & drywall, installed a functional bathroom) and Mike asked if we planned to finish it ourselves: nope! Knew to leave that part to professionals, so Mike wrote us an estimate. Booked the next job! Job 3: finished basement (see details above): WOW. Big job, great results. Proof that when you hire for quality, you get what you pay for. Thought we wanted a dropped ceiling to avoid all the plumbing & ductwork (and be a bit cheaper), but Mike showed us photos of prior basements, and he was right; glad we agreed to the upgrade. SO happy we got proper ceilings! Adds height, light, and open feel to a dark space. The finished full bathroom is beautiful, with lots of light (no windows) and storage (custom shelves). We have a large room for entertaining and a teen hangout, a comfortable bedroom with a LARGE walk in closet, and an office with plenty of storage AND a kitchenette. The crew even worked late a couple of nights to keep the project on schedule (only after receiving our approval). Every night, the work area was swept & tools were put away, and the entire basement was cleaned at the completion of the job. They even pressure washed our patio to remove traces of plaster & paint!! Added over 1000 square feet of living space to our home, and the potential increase in value is about 4 times the investment. Planning two additional projects in the upcoming year!

    Cahill Construction Company
Doug was very professional. He came with two men, all three worked hard for the entire day (minus a 30 minute lunch) in the 90 degree temperatures. They stayed until 7 pm to finish the job on Friday. Each step was coordinated in a way that allowed for the maximum productivity. For example, when drywall mud was drying the rails were cut for the new porch. All three jobs were done over two days. Doug Cahill was the best "handyman" we have ever hired. His job here was to repair renovations that other men have done, some of them more than once. As of now we are very happy with the work and will definitely call Doug for the next job we need done.

Doug and his team arrived on time and did a great job creating a place for the dishwasher. They reused the existing wood to make the dishwasher look as it was designed to be there. They cleaned up after they finished their work. Also reconfigured (fixed) plumbing and electrical while they installed the dishwasher.

    Master's Electrical Service Co
I ended up having to undergo emergency eye surgery (to repair a severe orbital bone floor fracture under my left eye) on the date the electrician was to come but my girlfriend's 25 year old son was here to show him where the trouble was (in the garage). I was told that he lit up a cigarette in my garage and then gave attitude when something was said to him about it (I do not allow smoking ANYWHERE in my house). He did fix the electrical issue in my garage but left a bill for $20 for replacing 2 light fixtures, that were never replaced!! If they were, the ones he put in were identical and looked just as old and dirty as the ones that were already there, plus in case they needed to be replaced, I purchased 2 brand new fixtures and had they sitting there available..  To this day they are still in sitting there in the boxes unused..
The following is what I put in the notes for the order:
"Light fixtures and 1 electrical outlet in Garage recently stopped
working. 1 breaker switch seems to shut off power to several rooms. I've
already replaces 2 problem outlets but fear there are more.."
He did Not check any outlet anywhere else in the house!!! I was told He briefly looked at the breaker box and recommended having it upgraded to 200Amp for about $1900...

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Walt Minnick.   He is a second generation electrician, and I understand how he has such a thriving business with 7 teams.  I knew when Walk was providing his quote that he had a ton of experience with homes of all types.  He was not afraid to install 2 boxes in the tiled wall in my kitchen, even though there is no replacement tile.  Walt was able to schedule me within 2 weeks of the estimate appointment, and he complete the project all in one day.  He arrived with every item needed for the job, including a few extra items that I requested that day.  Walt laid out clothes for catching all dirt.  He cleaned up after himself as he worked.  He drills and cuts holes with a vacuum attachment in hand so that no dust ends up in your home.  I had recently repainted the areas that he worked in, and there are no issues with that paint job after he left.  With respect to a GFCI for my clothes washer, which would trip unexpectedly occasionally, he diagnosed that within minutes and it hasn't been an issue since.  He was able to fix the switch box in my bathroom, which 2 other electricians couldn't do and didn't diagnose properly.  Walt is extremely knowledgable of the electric code, and advised me on future projects that I discussed.  He was personable and worked at a solid pace.  He was respectful of our property and furniture.  I do have additional projects, and I know I only need to get one estimate now in the future:  Minnick Electric.

    Master's Electrical Service Co
'Eric is meticulous and a perfectionist, which is more than alright by me.  They arrived on time, and worked hard throughout.  The job took about 8 hours.  Most other electricians would have probably taken 10-12 hours.  They tightened & cleaned every thing up as though it was their own place.  They did the job for exactly the price as quoted.  The time & effort he took to repair the hole where the service line enters the dwelling (not his fault) was extraordinary.  Masters knows the business.  As Eric said to me, "...I'm not the least or the most expensive, but I'm the best you'll find"  And based on what I observed, I believe it.  FYI he was just about the least expensive  too.

I had asked them to do some crawling in a very limited space and they did it easily.  It’s not the easiest thing to do on a hot day and they did it, traced the wiring, and made sure everything was up to code.  They went above and beyond what I would’ve expected and I would definitely use their services again and again. They did a good job.  They were very quick, efficient, and professional.

    Don Young Electric
Don Young was very unprofessional in every aspect of this job. While installing the breaker box, he somehow caused the furnace not to work. I told him I wanted it fixed, and he flew a fit saying the furnace by coincidence quit working at the same moment that he was working on the box, and it wasn't his fault. I told him again that I wanted it fixed and he kept complaining that "you are ripping me off". Well, being that the furnace worked perfectly before he started installing the box, he was at fault. He did fix it, but not without complaining non stop about it until he finished. Not only is he a lousy electrician, he is not a very nice human being. Stay away from this electrician at all costs.I wish there was an "Angies List" when I had this job done.

    Klipa Contracting Company

Overall it was a great experience.  Since this was our main bathroom, we knew we would be unable to shower in our home for a  few days.  They worked to their best ability to restore the shower as soon as possible.  They were on time each morning and worked all day.  Everyone was very respectful and considerate of our family.  I felt their skills were very good.  We had a few issues with fitting a store bought vanity top into a tight spot and they came up with an excellent idea of doing it well and for less money.  When they installed the ceramic tile, they had their level out for each tile and made sure everyting was even and level.
