    He did a beautiful job, bringing out more of the rich cherry than when I bought them 43 years ago. He was polite, professional, responsive, timely, and at a very good price. I will certainly ask him to do more work for me.

    Mr. Blystone was a treat to deal with, he completed my job, on time and was more reasonable with the charge for the service than other providers that I contacted. Scheduling, was convenient as I met him after work for drop off and pick up of the cushions. I was initially referred to him by word of mouth, and they were happy with his service as well. I was given options for type of foam, and was also given instruction on how to care for the furniture. Mr. Blystone is capable of quality work, both small and large. He appears to do a large portion of his work (BtoB )for designers, and furniture restoration, but was very accommodating for small projects as well. His place of business is a workshop in a neighborhood, there is no fancy store front, but that is what you would expect from a skilled craftsman, the type that are just not around anymore( and you wish they were). I plan on using his service for another couch, and I am very happy I found him. I wouldn't pass him up.

    I like the consultation and not having to do it on our own.  They walked us through every area that we needed to do and gave us options.  I felt very comfortable and not rushed.  While we went through options and choices that we had we were allowed to ask questions and make modifications.  They have a great selection and options.  We had some service call and they were quick.  They did everything very nicely.  Their service department was excellent.

    The desk was in bad shape and I had considered just throwing it away. However, I searched on Angies list and read Bob's reviews and gave him a call. He promptly returned my call (on a Saturday) and was very pleasant in discussing what I had and what I wanted. Since I lived 45 minutes away he had me take photos and email them to him. He formulated his quote called me back and set up a convenient time for delivery. He did everything that he said he would ahead of schedule! The desk looks wonderful and I'm sure we will be able to pass it along to many more generations. I am so thankful for his work.

    I paid a total of 1190, that includes installation but, there is a big but here, in fact its sitting in my living room right now, the big box, the dish washer because the company couldn't install it because we have copper plumbing and they couldn't do it because I think they screw up apparently, it cost them money and the company that delivers and install is sub-contracted by Home Depot, its not a Home Depot truck and you know that's a big issue, I feel that they should have someone come here who knows installation but regardless of the plumbing, but we've been Home Depot customers for years, or refrigerator, we bough it and its fine, I'm not really happy right now and were trying ot contact a plumber to come and install our dishwasher so everything was just delivered today even thought I bought it in June, they were supposed to deliver it in July the 1st and and they called, the company that delivers, not Home Depot and said they can't due to an emergency, they don't have enough people and it was re-scheduled for another day and I said, the day that they chose, I said you have to come in the morning because were not gonna be here in the afternoon and they can't come in the morning, so this is the day that they chose, to deliver it, the washer's fine, I'm happy with the washer and the dishwasher is still in my living room, I'm waiting for a plumber to call me but anyways, the installation part is to be credited in my account supposedly but I'm going to spot in the store and make sure I am not charged for it so basically, that's it. In the future, I may order from a private business and not just deal with this store, this was such a good deal financially if you buy two appliances which we did. I'm happy with the appliances, its the company that they hire, it kinda disconnect there, its not their's, its not Home Depot's drivers, the sales and everything are excellent, Its all good, sales man and sales person are good.

    Bob did an excellent job refinishing an old antique table. He was meticulous with finishing the inlaid top. He called and told me when it would be done and when I could pick it up. Very dependable. I am very pleased with the finished product.

    I wasn't too happy with their service. I didn't like how it was handled. We're still dealing with it this week. The dryer broke down and we've been dealing with it since then. The price was good but I didn't have it for 90 days and I already had major issues with it. I needed a new motor and a heating element.They never called me back when I called to resolve the problem. Instead of telling us they can get us a new dryer, they put us into some kind of service to have a service person come out. Some of the people were professional.

    The Home Depot - Greensburg
    We purchased a Samsung induction range on 1/17/2013 which was delivered on 2/15/2013.  The range did not work properly.  Repair technicians came 9 times and the range still did not work properly.  On 9/19/2013, we went to Home Depot and talked to a manager who arranged for the stove to be picked up the next day which it was.  Today we went to the store and they credited our account for the cost of the stove and service policy.  We are very pleased with the way it was handled. 
    The people we dealt with were Mike, Andrea and another young lady in customer service.  All of these people were very polite and efficient in how they related to us and our problem. 
    I would definitely recommend patronizing Home Depot.

    La-Z-Boy is a respectible brand but this new store either needs to start paying their sales personnel on a commission basis or something because with the lack of professionalism, design help etc, it seems they are only salaried and do not jump through hoops for Customer Service Excellence.

    There are too many examples and circumstances to mention showing poor quality of teamwork in this showroom.

    I will not go back to this store as I'm a firm believer in exceptional customer service experience which we did not receive overall.

    Rosendahl's Appliances is under new management - new names, new faces, but the same quality service. As a regular customer of the former owners, I decided to shop there under the new management. I received the needed information that I needed to make the appropriate choices, but even more important, I got great service as well. The service was efficient ,courteous and prompt. The prices were fair, not higher than other stores. But, the best for last...... Rosendahl's has their own in-house geeks who connected all electronics at no extra cost. They connected all electronics, explained how to operate them. and helped me to activate the service - at no extra cost.. You do not get this quality of personal service at big box stores. Believe me, as a low-tech person, I could not have done this on my own. There is no substitute for hometown shopping. I recommend Rosendahl's without reservation.
