    Watch what you are buying. I purchased a 2008 Buick Lucerne that on the 3rd day after the puchased did not start. It was "repaired" at least 4 times until it was near their 6 month warranty period at which I was told "nothing could be found to be wrong with the vehicle." The car would quit running at any time and would lose power brakes and steering. I left the car in their lot and said they could drive it as long as they wanted until it would stall out. The car was in their lot for over 2 months and they threatened to charge a fee for it being on their property. I did not want to be in a vehicle that I could possible be killed in while driving it. I was convinced that I could trade it in at a $3,000 loss on a 2014 Nissan Altima. They couldn't do any better on the trade because of the condition of the Buick. They said it wouldn't be sold again. It was on their website within a week listed for more money than I paid for it. I found out a few month later that the great financing they provided for the Altima was another misleading statement. When I refinanced the car and contacted them to return the "gap insurance," they never filed the paperwork. It has been since the end of November 2017 and they just discovered last week that the forms were not completed. I will have another 4-6 weeks to wait for the refund. I had another car I refinanced and I had the gap insurance back within 3 weeks. It will be over 3 months if Cochran ever comes through. I have been dealing with these situations for over 2 years and while some of the folks I've dealt with have been understanding, the majority have been disrespectful. It think it's great if you purchase a car or get good service from them where no problems are encountered. I think they do not respond to make it right if the car is a lemon. I will never buy another car from them. I purchased an extended service contract for the Altima which was supposed to cover "everything." I found out yesterday that there is a diagnostic charge if the car is taken in and nothing is found to be wrong. The cost is over $100. They forgot to mention that when I purchased the extended service contract. I would not rate them as #1 anything except in the amount of advertising they put forth about how wonderful it is to buy a car from them. If you get a good deal and the car runs well, good for you; if not, you're in for the ride of your life and don't expect them to make things right. I was not able to attach a video of how the Buick was not working. I showed it to the service department folks at Cochran and they had still said they couldn't find anything wrong with the car.

    I get 3 oil changes for free from them, because of an incident that happened with my car. I bought the vehicle from them. I even worked there at one point. I drop the car off, and then they will take me home if I want. I have bought all my cars there. I have been going there for about 40 years. An incident happened, and they took very good care of me. Something had happened to the steering of my car.

    I had used Solar Control on previous occasions and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. When I purchased a new vehicle I immediately called Toby. A message was left with his answering service and he promptly returned my call. He was able to fit me in the following week. When the day of my appointment came, I waited in the lobby while Toby applied the tint. It only took approximately 45 minutes to tint all five of the windows on a crew cab truck. As always, the service was great, the work performed exceeded expectations and the price was very reasonable. I always recommend Solar Control to anyone interested in window tint and I will certainly use them again in a few a months.

    Mr. Tire used to be the and quot;go toand quot; repair shop in the Irwin area, UNTIL it was bought out and new management took over. Now the service has gone from very good to fair, and the trust level is no longer there. You need to trust your mechanic. I switched to Felice Service Center in Jeannette on Route 30. Tim is the owner and operator and provides excellent service. Will not go back to Mr. Tire.

    I first contacted Jeff's Auto Care through email and they were very responsive. I dropped my car off and within a couple of hours they called with an estimate for the repair. A couple of hours after that they called again to let me know they were finished with the repair and the cost was actually a couple of dollars less than their estimate.

    It's hard for me to compare the price cause I don't go anywhere else, but I haven't been shocked and it was what I anticipated it would be. I honestly feel that they do not rip me off. That their pricing is honest. They explain what needs done. I am sure this is pretty standard, but I feel they are respectful of me and don't' condescend, and realize that I know, that I can tell when something is wrong with my car. They educate me about what's wrong and obviously tell me how much it's going to cost before they repair it, after my permission. So there are no surprises. I am usually been able to get appointments pretty quickly and the staff has been very friendly.

    I had my car there at 8AM.  They called me twice during the day to update me and tell me what they were doing to eliminate both the stain and the odor.  While I did incur some additional costs they were up front with me about everything they were doing and I had gave me options every time I spoke with them.  When the vehicle was finished they delivered the car to my home explained everything they did and asked me to get in the car and sit with them to see if I was in agreement that the stain and smell were gone....IT WAS!  Since then, they have called me twice asking me about my car and if I had noticed any change for the worse.  I told them I was not accustomed to having any company follow up as they did with me.  I was more than satisfied with the work on my vehicle and they were sympathetic, professional and overall, very caring.  They saved me a new interior and the dollars I spent with them (<$200) were well, well worth it, trust me.

    I've been getting tires and having my cars serviced from them for 8 years. Very knowledgable people who will not try to sell you the most expensive tire that they have. I also like how the price includes everything, instead of just the price of the tire. Very friendly people as well. I will ALWAYS go back to these folks for tires.
