    COMCAST
      • We had recently moved to a new area (Indiana, PA) and needed internet installed.  Our only option for the area was Comcast, so we had not choice of providers.  The first installer came out and installed the wireless system in the basement.  He allegedly checked it out on our computers and said all was well and left.  When we tried to use it, however, it failed to connect no matter what we did.  We then had to call to company to have them come out to re-install the system because the first one was not working.  They could not send anyone for 4 days.  The second installer did a quick fix by moving all the equipment up into the office on the first floor.  That solved the problem. The service itself is slow and unpredictable.  We need to recycle our router frequently and service does go out intermittently.  I am not sure why this is because we are not in a rural area.

    814-Restore -- Pa095190

We emptied all the drawers and removed the cabinet doors and had them ready for the contractor. They took them to their facility to restore nearly three weeks ago and returned them on June 3rd.  They are absolutely beautiful and look like they were just made.  I am absolutely pleased with them as well as the price.

The refinishing took a little longer than anticipated because of an illness in the family but honestly, the wait was worth it all.  I sincerely recommend this contractor.

    COMCAST
Once my introductory cost ended, my invoice tripled. I called Comcast to cancel all premium channels and just go to basic cable to avoid the high price increase. Once I was finally able to speak to a "live" person (it took approximately ten minutest after all the prompts and being placed on hold to speak to a real person, which is very frustrating) I was informed I was eligible for another offer that would entitle me to the premier package for ten more dollars per month than what my introductory cost was. The customer service rep was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything to me. She adjusted my invoice to reflect the new cost and made sure I understood the price is good for six months and that I will need to call back at the end of that time to change my package.
    I was very satisfied overall.
The only complaint I had about the phone call was how long it took to speak to a real person on the telephone.

I've been to IRMC for bloodwork and cardiac tests. They call you to do the pre-registration before your appointment, which saves time when you actually arrive. They are prompt and friendly and have always answered any questions I've had.

    VERIZON WIRELESS
THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD.   TOOK LONGER TO GET PHONES BECAUSE OF COLOR ISSUE.  BETTER TRAINING OF THE ASSOCIATES WOULD HAVE AVOIDED TWO OR THREE MORE TRIPS TO THE STORE. WE COULD HAVE RECEIVED OUR PHONES TWO DAYS EARLIER.  VERIZON PROVIDES GOOD SERVICE AND COVERAGE.  PRICES ARE TOO HIGH.

I had to go twice to get my blood drawn, it was okay the first time. You have to take a number, then go back to give all your information, then go to a different area to get the actual draw. The waiting was the main issue, the waiting room is always filled so even though there are 3 or 4 people doing the informational part, it still takes a while. The first time I went I didn't have to wait very long maybe 10 minutes. The staff there was very friendly and I moved right on the lab area to get it done. The wait there was longer, about 15 because there was less people working back there. The tech was nice and efficient. The second time I went the wait was longer for both areas and the tech was way less friendly. Someone working in that field should probably have a nicer personality considering how many people are afraid of needles. She was also less gentle with the needle then the first tech had been. All in all it was a decent experience, and if I had to I would go back to get more blood work, but if I could find somewhere else better I would prefer that.

I preregistered for my appointment and this saved time the morning of my appointment. The lab is open early so I was able to get up and ready for work, go get my blood work done, then eat breakfast and still get to work early. Their system is extremely efficient and the phlebotomist I saw was efficient, friendly and very helpful. She read my chart and I did not have to remind her of my latex allergy nor did I have to request she use a butterfly needle -- not sure if it is noted in my chart or if she remembered, but either way it was impressive. When I have gone elsewhere to get blood drawn I have ended up with a rather large bruise on my arm. At IRMC I have received excellent care and not had a bruise of any size. I highly recommend IRMC lab for blood work.

Service has always been prompt and timely. Personnel are courteous and professional. Results are revewed and reported promptly to my physician electronically. Facilities are clean and comfortable. Parking is free and adequate. Have never had a problem with billing. Employees seem to actually enjoy their work.

It was a horrible experience. The delivery nurse was an older woman but I can't remember her name. The delivery nurse was very rude and was upset when I went into the bathroom to throw up because she had to keep putting the heart rate monitor and contraction tocometer back onto me. However, she never handed me anything to throw up in. I asked for an epidural and it took her at least an hour and a half to just hand the saline which took another half hour before I could actually get the epidural. She told me it was because they were short staffed and she was the only person on the floor that night. Then when it was time to push (a half hour later) she turned off the epidural and I could feel everything. She did not help with the pain and wasn't even at my side and kept walking in and out of the room. She was not very friendly at all. The doctor is a whole other story, but I reported him in another report. When my baby was delivered no one followed my birth plan. I wanted to give the first bath. They said no. I wanted to stay with my baby when they did the initial exam. They said no. When I asked to see my baby the nurse joked that if I kept asking she wouldn't bring her back at all. It took two hours to see my baby again. I had a hard time with the nurses bringing her back from the nursery from then on and they told me they were short staffed. They wouldn't let me come and get her from the nursery and were very rude. My baby was choking once and I rang the call bell and someone answered and said someone said they would be back. No one ever came and I didn't ring again because the choking resolved on its own. As for my postpartum care, they checked my fundus once and only once. They never checked my pereneum. These things they are supposed to do once a shift. I could've been hemorrhaging and no one would have known or cared. This hospital is very unprofessional and stuck in the last century when it comes to newborn and postpartum care. I would say that it is almost dangerous and to go to Pittsburgh or Greensburg if you are delivering a baby.

They provided a very updated, comfortable and capable heath care service. I can't say enough positive about them.
