    The procedures were explained step by step with the cost and my options. Professional staff who made you feel comfortable. I want to especially thank Joyce in the financial department for her kindness to me at a time when I was feeling pretty terrible. She is an asset to the office.

    while I was in the dental chair the assistant and the dentist had portable phones in their ears and were talking to other people while working in my mouth. This was a distraction for me and made me nervous. I felt that the atmosphere and the attention I was givern was similar to a and quot;milland quot;. I chose at this point that I would try Cherry Ridge Dental. The service there was satisfactory. The Cherry Ridge Dental was bought by Horizen. I chose to leave at that point since I had not been satisfied with them in the past. Horizen refused to give me my dental records unless I gave them a $50.00 fee. Although my records had been paid for at each visit, including all my x-rays Horizen absolutely refused to give me my records without paying $50.00. I was totally disatisfied with Horizen Dental and would not recommend them to anyone.

    first of all i have no dentist insurance so i did a scaling fee. My fee was so much lower than the original price of the procedure. i got an appointment within reasonable time. I understand they get really busy. i went for my visit and i waited in the waiting room for about ten minutes then was called in.The hygenist had a sweet bedside manner and was wonderful to me.the procedure didn't last very long and i felt fine afterwards. No ill effects and got the remaining appointments that day.

    If you need to go to a dentist, then they are great.  They gave me the root canal that I needed on the first meeting and did not pull a tooth that another doctor had told me previously that I needed.

    They are just wonderful.  I have so much wrong, but they give an estimate and started slowly.  Instead of d*** it all in one day, they did it over a number of surguries so they could do their adjustments.  They are the best I have had by far

    I never in three years had a cleaning here that wasn't painful.  They told me I had a serious gum problem, did a deep cleaning that cost me alot of money, and said I needed to be seen for claenings every 4 months.  I beleived them and did as I was told.  It wasn't unitl I moved and saw another dentist that I got a radically different opinion.  My Allentown dentist told me my gums and teeth wer fine, no work needed and that I coudl get a cleaning (which was not painful) every 6 months which is wat my insurance paid.  I got another opinion.  The third dentist confirmed what the Allentown dentist said, and reminded me that economic times were tough, especially for rural dentists.  I feel used, half tortured, and manipulated by Cherry Ridge.  I am writing to try and help any others who may consider using this dentist's services (DO NOT) or may be currently undergoing treatment from Cherry Ridge (GET ANOTHER OPINION).

    Together For Health Dental is the worst dental office I've ever had the displeasure of using. Our family began using their services in 2009, our three children were seen by the doctors for fillings, extractions, and very little cosmetic work. We took them to all the appointments as scheduled by the office, thinking our primary Aetna insurance was covering what sliding scale did not we ok'd unnecessary work per the doctors request. We never received a single bill at our home or at the end of each treatment. Then a year later when I brought it to the staff's attention that I did not want doctor Brown to work on my 8 year old daughter because he stabbed the drill into the outside of her lower gums and left white filling embedded in her gums the secretary seem to get annoyed. Then at our next visit I walked out with a bill totalling over $3,000.  It's no wonder this office makes 1.5 to 2 million per year, they force patients to get work they don't need and ignore what the patient wants. Doctor Brown is an idiot that needs to go back to dental school. First he impacts my daughters baby molar so tight with filling it hurts, then to make things worst he stabs her with the drill and she ends up in more pain then what she walked in with. He got mad when we complained about it and ask him to pull it out.  Why he was trying to save a baby tooth I will never know. Another bad experience I had with doctor Brown was during my own extraction. I was about 5 months pregnant and was not suppose to be put through any stress. This moron only numbed me once and proceeded to yank and twist my molar even though both me and the assistant told him I needed more local numbing. I left that office in so much pain, and had to go to the ER later that day for an examination because the baby was in distress. Doctor Jones is another doctor to watch out for, he worked on both me and my older son and is also brutally cheap with numbing. You think they were paying for the shots themselves. If your planning on going to this office because they offer sliding scale don't, it did not same me a cent, and the doctor deaths will put you through all kinds of h***. They can shove my bill up their arses cause I'm not paying them **it. They're lucky I didn't sue for malpractice.
