  • It was great. There was no pressure to purchase anything, and they answered all my questions. I held probably a dozen different weapons, and we talked about what caliber / size of weapon would work best for me. At the end of my visit, I had confidently ordered my first handgun, and don't regret it one bit! I will return here for all my firearm / sporting good business.

  • Dr Bonomo is the only one that would accept both of our insurances. I don't like his bedside manner, very abrupt and stern. He said the
    digital xrays showed he didn't need them out yet and he was too young (15) and to come back next year. I felt somewhat intimidated by his manner. If I have a choice I may go to a different doctor. The appointment was very short.

  • I haven't had any real problem with their billing but their coverage isn't good at all.. 20% of all tests, prescriptions are our responsibility therefore we no longer get tests and I quit some medications because of the expense. This may be the norm now but I don't like it and I get the feeling that some offices would rather not have to take Aetna. They don't give me an option to have paper reports or online, it is all online.

  • The staff isn't overly friendly but they are polite. It isn't too difficult to get an appointment. The doctor seems knowledgeable and explained everything that would happen and was pretty thorough.
    The problem that I had was that I sat in the waiting room for about 45 minutes and in that time they couldn't check to see if or what my insurance would cover and I had to wait until they called me at home to find out that I would have to foot most of the bill. (they don't accept the one insurance that I had and it does NOT state that on their website and it should say whether they accept any state medical assistance) so that visit was a waste of time for me. I had to go in search of someone that would accept our dental and the MA my son has because I can't afford to pay for the entire procedure. I think they need to be more proactive in insurance information. I am not giving them the entire blame since I saw they accepted UPMC and assumed they would take my son's I should have asked specifically but they should also check this before the appointment since it is for a surgery.

  • The ladies in the office are very nice and will definitely work with
    you. I had a problem with my insurance and they delayed submitting it
    for the problem to get resolved. They don't seem to jump the gun and
    demand payment immediately when the insurance gives a hiccup. The Doctor
    seems very nice and proficient. My son had some teeth filled which was
    done in 2 visits because of the time involved in doing them. The dental
    tech that cleans your teeth is very nice and will give you information
    about why something has to be done. I had no problems getting an
    appointment in a reasonable amount of time and the hours are good, early
    morning and later afternoon. I am not sure of the exact times so I won't post them here.

  • My husband and I had used Ernest a few times, I quit using him long ago because he was too rough on my mouth and hurt my gums all the time, my entire mouth would hurt. My husband continued to go to him for a while but the last time he filed down his front teeth and they placed some kind of filling in to make them more even. The filling stuff wore off and now my husbands 2 front teeth are curved and look like they are really worn down and have even chipped because of the way he filed them down. This was an awful experience and we will not return to him for any work. The technicians are OK in the office but I don't like Ernest's work.

  • I usually don't have to wait long, only a few minutes, to get into the room for an adjustment. Unless I have issues I just get an adjustment. I have gone here for many years and it has helped my problems tremendously, my headaches are not as often and I feel better overall. The office is clean and comfortable. Appointments are pretty easy to get, sometimes the same day, most times within a day, two at the most. They do try to leave an opening for an urgent case.
