  Everything was amazing. From the sales call (which is long but VERY helpful and explanatory). The pre-construction meeting was easy and fast and the install of everything only took 3 days. If one of the days wasn't windy I'm sure they would have finished in two. Constant contact throughout and a great product. Not the cheapest contractor around but certainly worth the extra cost. And when they found out I spent $1600 on necessary electrical work, they helped out on the financing. Great company and I will certainly use them for home improvements in the future.

  It took a while for them to find a time to fit us in but the gutter work was done exceedingly well.  A few months earlier they fixed leaks in our slate roof that had caused serious issues in the past (we tried to have them fixed by two other companies).  These leaks are finally not giving us problems anymore.  We enjoyed their service so much we signed up for their slate program.  Without a doubt, they are a quality provider.

  The one thing that impressed me most about this company was i got an estimate right on the spot, Troy checked the roof and recommended products, and gave me a written estimate which was a little higher then the other two estimates i had gotten which i waited two and three weeks to get by mail. 
  I got a call for the week i was to be scheduled Sept 6 and they arrived Friday Sept. 11
      Rich and Vic arrived and where prompt, cheerful & courteous,  They got straight to work tearing off the porch roof and made me feel right at ease leaving to go back to work. When i arrived back home after 3 pm they had the roof coated and the front porch roof done and the fascia done except where the ladder rested on the roof.  Rich did an exceptional roofing job with the porch as it is a twin house.  Vic was finishing coating the roof and fighting the glare of the sun off the Aluminum coating.  Every thing was clean and tidy when they left.  Monday they returned to finish the front addition roof. 
  Overall they are an excellent and professional company to do business with and they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with their work from start to finish.
  So take my advise spend the extra money and get peace of mind that the job was done right the first time.

  Before the Brothers that just do Gutters helped us out, our gutters overflowed during most rain storms and the water would leak right into our basement. They came and did measurements, offered a very reasonable quote, and were prompt in scheduling our service.   Billy Tynan General Contracting

  This project is the fifth time I have contracted with Billy Tynan. I am totally impressed with his abilities to create the living spaces to bring beauty and comfort to my old row home. I met Billy over 25 years ago when I was viewing a rental home that he had remodeled. I was so impressed with the beauty and quality of his work that I took his business card. 25 years or so later I called him to do an estimate for a project that no other contractor would touch ( it involved detaching part of my house from the adjacent attached home. ) Billy designed the addition ( from an open porch over a cistern and a primitive pantry (uninsulated ) to become a beautiful room with two skylights and side opening windows and a full glass door opening out to my garden area. He used the same footprint and reattached the finished house with a sided wall that replaced the neighbors' wire fence and gave them a finished look to their porch. He also improved their roof where it attached to mine. While tearing apart the original structures, he discovered that both beams were hollow and eaten with insects. He cleaned the area and built sturdy beams before continuing with the original project. He devised a way to fit a small but complete (with shower) bathroom in a part of the room with a heated ceiling fan , a corner sink and folding pocket door. He also had the basement rewired while adding electricity to the new area. From that first project I had him return through the years to redesign my front rooms,raise the ceiling, install engineered oak flooring. ,Install more cabinets in kitchen and add Alure flooring, rewire for ceiling fan, Build stairs and shelving in the basement, retread my stairwell to second floor with oak. Replace my roof and remove the chimney., Redesign my upstairs front room and middle room ( removed the wall, raised the ceiling, built barrier between my house and the two attached homes ( there was four feet of empty airspace extending over all four homes and inadequate roof supports) He built two ten foot closets and concealed the support joists, installed three 4x4 skylights, two ceiling fans, recessed lighting, including plant lights over the tops of the closets, beautiful wood paneling in ceiling and in the four feet of extra height obtained by raising the ceiling. Rewired entire room and built deep sills in windows to accommodate the new insulation (none existed previously), installed engineered oak flooring and framed all windows. Room color is lavender with natural stained wood. I am running out of projects to do but when I ever need anything done I will always contract with Billy Tynan. He is a man of many talents and skills. He is a pleasure to work with and is enthusiastic about his work . He has made my home a joy to live in.

  Everything was good. All the work done was excellent. The person that came out to take a look at it was very personable and professional. He showed me what needed to be done and took pictures of everything. He pointed out what the prior roofer had done wrong. He fixed all of that. They put a concrete wash at the top of my chimney. It looks so much better.

  BRUNO'S ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION

  It took him and his father less than 4 hours to do the entire job. They were both chain smokers that used our planters and lawn as ash trays in front of our small children. Ultimately, I pulled the kids inside. It does not sound like much, but it shows an absolute disrespect for our property. We are disgusted with the entire experience.
