    My LG front load washer started to leak underneath the machine, i called AL Landis on thursday and we setup an appointment on friday morning.He quickly diagnosed the problem,the part had to be ordered and was then installed on Tuesday.the entire cabinet of the machine had to taken apart to install the boot.everything went smoothly,took about 40 minutes.

    I left a message on his answering machine during the evening, and he called me back at 7:30 AM the next morning.  We weren't available until 4:00 PM that day, and he came out promptly and diagnosed the problem.  Because it was later in the day, he could not immediately get through to the supplier to price the part but called me 2 hours later with an exact quote.  He asked whether I wanted to proceed with the repair, and I did.

    The next morning he called to confirm that he had the part in hand and to arrange a time to complete the job.  I told him someone would be on site by 3:30 PM, and he arrived "on the dot" at the agreed time and completed the repair in about 20 minutes.

    We found him to be very prompt, punctual, knowledgeable and the cost to be reasonable.  We definitely will contact him again the next time we need any home appliance repair.

    I called and left a message on Sunday night and received a call back at 8 am Monday morning. He told me he would be there by 3 and was perfectly prompt, calling me to confirm that I would be home. the repair took only about 30 minutes total. Happy to have a working dryer and very pleased with the service. I would definitely use him again.

    Updated: did not like technician but office staff were good in coming up with resolution.

    I would not use this company again. They came out first in October and I spent $300 on a timer that supposedly needed fixed because it wasn't turning off. It was a huge fire risk and I just wanted it fixed. It didnt end up working and the guy said it was a defective manufacturer part. He came out again today and said the heater was now broken and needed to be replaced too. Really? The previous 2 times he was here he didn't see that. So even though I was told there wouldn't be any additional charges I now had to pay $90 for a heater. I should have just bought a new dryer. I sure hope it works. Also, he was not the least bit friendly or professional.

    I had a great experience with this service call.  They called ahead to state they were on their way, and arrived during the time window they quoted.  It happened that the owner - Dave - handled the call, and had an assistant that he was training.  They were both very pleasant, but very professional.  He put down a mat to protect the floor, and quickly removed the cover to the dishwasher.  After starting the cycle, he noted that he couldn't hear water running.  It turned out that the solenoid to the water valve was burned out, and he diagnosed this very quickly.  Unfortunately the new solenoid didn't fit the old valve, so he had to disconnect the water line and replace both the valve and solenoid.  He worked quickly, accurately, and was careful to prevent spills and leaks.  They also cleaned under the dishwasher, since the access door was open.  Dave received several cell phone calls during the job, which he answered, but informed the callers that he was on a job, and would call them back.  One of the calls was from an employee who needed to coordinate the next job.Overall I was very satisfied with the work and price.  I would recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repair.

    I was having trouble with my refridgerator so I call early this morning and made an appointment for someone to come out same day in the afternoon. I wanted to know if it was worth fixing or if I needed to replace.
    Mr. Landis arrived exactly when he said, looked over the fridge, took a few things apart and told me what was wrong helping me decide it was time to replace the appliance.
