AElysium Construction & ConsultingMy wife and I are so pleased we chose to use Elysium to complete our project. We dealt directly with the owners and builders. They made sure our goals and needs were not only met, but exceeded. I originally contacted Scott to get just the roof and gutters/downspouts replaced, due to some lost shingles in a recent wind storm in the area. Scott was punctual and professional, and he made me feel comfortable when we discussed the work needing completed. I immediately felt like Scott was someone I could trust and felt like he cared about both his business and his clients. The initial estimate for my roof and gutter job was very fair in price, which led to me discussing that I really wanted to add a porch to my home. Scott said Elysium does that type of work as well if I was interested. I honestly didn't think I could afford a project like that at this time. After thinking on it a day or two, I called Scott back to ask for an estimate on the addition of the front porch as well. I was surprised when everything came back within my budget and I was able to have the entire project completed. My wife and I agreed to have Elysium complete our project and that's when Bryan the builder came to make our vision a reality. He worked and communicated with my wife and I to make sure the details were just right. Bryan is another guy you feel like you can trust when you meet him. He had a genuine desire to make sure our vision came to fruition and gave great attention to detail. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our completed project and we are excited every time we think about getting to enjoy our new porch this spring. The project really changed our home for the better, our house took on a whole new personality and really stands out in a good way. We will use Elysium for any future projects and recommend them strongly to anyone needing or wanting to complete a construction project at their home. ACraftsman's Choice IncBen Junker, one of the company owners, met with us to discuss our project. We walked around the house, & he pointed out specific areas that could be of concern (e.g., for drainage from the upper roof to the lower, for a moisture barrier where the siding & the ground were less than 6 inches apart, & so on), made very helpful suggestions to us, & explained the details of how the project would proceed, if we chose to hire his company. he had worked 'in the field' as an installer & remodeler before he & his partner started their company, so had first hand knowledge & experience. he returned about a week later with a detailed plan that included specific breakdown on the costs, answered all our questions, & did NOT pressure us to sign a contract. we had several other bids, lower & higher, & decided to hire Craftsmans Choice for our project. the dumpster & materials arrived at the beginning of the week, then we had the only two days of rain in all of August!! the crew arrived after the rain stopped. Brandon, Elmore, & Joe had the old siding off in just over a day, & took time to walk us around the house before applying the house wrap, to show us that the insulation board & structure were in good shape, that they would not need to do any repairs (we have worked with contractors who were less honest!). all three of our site crew were personable, professional, & very detail oriented, all of which we greatly appreciated. they always took time to answer our questions, & to tell us about their progress. they found some siding that was damaged from the factory, & had it replaced so our house would look perfect. their daily clean up was thorough, they were not loud nor crude, & their work was meticulously completed. our project manager, Andy, was on-site regularly, made frequent telephone contact, & always readily accessible by telephone. he too was very personable, professional, & responsive to our questions & concerns. our painter, Monte, did a beautiful job of matching the color for soffit, foundation, garage door, & several other small areas to the prefinished siding. when the job was completed, Ben returned for the final walk-around, to assure that we were satisfied & also to assure that he was satisfied with the job done by his employees. we think that says a lot about a company. we were very satisfied by our project experience working with Craftsmans Choice, & totally pleased with the look of our home. we would gladly work with Craftsmans Choice again for the quality of their people & their work, & would certainly recommend them to anyone considering such a project.- Susan B.

AWindow Nation IncWe LOVE it! Our house looks brand new! We love the color, too. This process started last fall with getting several estimates from different companies. Window Nation's estimate was not the lowest but it was considerably lower than the highest estimate and only a little higher than the lowest but the financing was better and so was the quality of the product and the warranty. As we were making the initial agreement in late October, we were warned that the job would probably not get started right away and we appreciated the company's being so forthright about that. We had a few minor things we wanted to do to get ready anyway so for us it was not a problem. When the installers finally did call to set up the job they were very accommodating and allowed us the additional time we wanted to get the things we wanted to do done. They ended up delaying one week, but they can hardly be held accountable for that as the weather was "monsooning" and very cold! When they called to tell us about the delay, they were polite and very apologetic, which we assured them was unnecessary and the delay was fine with us. They started the following Monday and were done with the whole job by lunch on Wednesday! They picked up after themselves and did not leave a mess behind. Along the way there were a couple of tricky spots because of our attached deck and bow out window, but the talked to us and were creative and in the end came up with good solutions. They explained what they were going to do and why and what they had to say made sense. When the job was done they had us walk around and look at everything and gave us plenty of time without any pressure. We felt good about signing off as satisfied customers,- Etta A.

ACarlos and his crew painted the exterior of our house. They were very responsive when we asked for the quote. The quote was well below another painter. We had them checked out (by another painter who was too busy himself) and found out that Diligent Painting has an excellent reputation among other painters. When they did the work, they clearly took great pride in the job. Carlos even went beyond and filled in a crack between the house and the from walk, so that water would not give trouble (we had had some past termite issues from this). The house looks great! We highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

AThe company was excellent, because my chimney was leaking they fit me into their already schedule, and worked around it. They are about an hour away and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my schedule. They explained the exact problem and the exact remedy. They took pictures of the job to explain everything they were going to do and everything they actually did. Their workers were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They showed up on time.They finished the job when they said they were. I can definitely see why they are super service award winners. Highly recommend.

All of the employees were very nice , respectful and professional in every sense of the word. The work was performed to the highest standards. If we had any questions they answered them right away.
