ARock Steady Builders, LLCI needed to build a pole barn on my property fortunately I found Rock Steady Builders. I was able to do the quote online and it was very reasonable. I set up a meeting with Christina for a site review and they were able to start building a week later. They delivered exactly what I wanted and for a great price - steel siding and roof. From start to finish they had the barn done in only 3 days! I have been recommending Rock Steady Builders to friends and coworkers. Would not hesitate to use them again.- Steve L.

AS.P. BROOKS General Contracting-Pa122179Mr. Books was very efficient. The job was difficult due to the deck being uneven because of mistakes the prior contractor made and didn't correct. He insured the end resulted in a safe structure that will support the weight of the roof and the hottub that is on the deck. He was always on time and very professional. AArnold Constructionhe was very careful of existing black top drive way because we just had that done last year...he had the cement truck stay on the road and brought the cement to the garage which was in the backyard and also the dumpster they hired put down wooden boards to protect the driveway when he dropped off the dumpster...they were hard working and did an excellent job and were down in a couple of days and he kept checking back with us all the time during the process...i would hire him again in a minute- Marie F.

AArnold ConstructionOur home is a converted barn and this is a very large roof, which needed a total tear off and replacement and the skylight in the upstairs bathroom was also being replaced. Nathan and his worker, Rod, were great. We had miserable weather so that is why it took 2 weeks. They took their time to do everything right. We only had one issue come up during construction that presented a problem, but Nathan took care of that too, making everything right. They did a great job and the roof looks great and I know we will use Nathan for any future projects because he is a carpenter by trade, even though his company does roofing as well. Cleanup was great and he is very professional, organized, prompt and thorough. He takes a lot of pride in his work and we really like that about him. He is also a SUPER nice person in general and I would HIGHLY recommend him for any jobs, large or small. This was a VERY hard job because of the mere size and height of the roof and even though he said this was the second hardest job he had ever done, he never complained and was just extremely professional. FHome Solutions HandymanMade me wait over 2 weeks to get scheduled estimator Todd. Did not show. Didn't call back for 45 minutes but then didn't have his schedule of when could come back. Tried to say took pics do estimate over phone. Called back next day to complain secretary Carrie just transferred me to Todd. They did not have initial call date written down. Said since I had other estimates to just go with other vendors. This small job test for multiple projects failed.- Tim M.

CLike any contractor they talk about how great of a job they do. In this case the kid has the knowledge to do a good job but like most fails on execution. He just can't do it. Ratter than bore you with the detail of how I got screwed by Arnold Construction I would just warn anyone that thinks about using him to not pay for the job until it has been completed and inspected. He also failed to contact zoning once the structure was completed to have an inspection. If you don't have an inspection you can't get other permits, like electrical, until the inspection is complete. There are to many other good contractors out their to waste your time with someone you can't trust. You've been warned.

Dwork was to be done during the last 2 weeks of july, tried calling them to confirm 6-7 times they were unresponsive, left message that i would find someone else to do the project.\ and i wanted my deposit back$ 4200.00,. that got a response they would be out the next week this was end of august, i was told this would be a 2-3 day job on the roof , they tried to do it in 1 day they worked 13 hours during the rush they damaged my siding and my gutters, there men told me they were paid to do this as a side job, the guys worked hard , they left a few odds and end to complete the gutters i told them i would take care of they were supposed to bring the material to complete ,but they never did and again my phone calls were unanswered .they promise alot but do not deliver.then they ignore you once they have your money, thats not the way to do business. i hope this save someone else the aggrevation i experienced
