It needed a new thermostat which he ordered and returned to install. The price was quite fair and the work was professionally done. AYellowlite did a great job. They were competitive against other solar installers, and then offered an end of the year discount that made them the winning bid. Gross cost was $2.53/W, and I will get 26% back as a tax credit. It took ~8 weeks from signing contract to install, and installation took 3 days for the electrician, 1 day for rooftop crew. They were very flexible and great to work with. For example, instead of routing conduit on the roof to connect two separate panel sections, I asked them to go through the attic, and they made the change without a second thought. The quality was great, and the electrician took his time to make the installation look good. The city inspector didn't spend much time looking at the system once he knew it was YellowLite--he was already familiar with their quality. Although the final 20% was earned for them upon startup, I did have to chase down permitting status with the utility, but only lost 1.5 weeks of solar (in cloudy February).

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

AWe had purchased a home that include a 13.5kw Generac whole house standby generator that was not actually installed but just sitting behind the house unused. I contacted JD Power Systems to see if they could test and verify that the generator worked and if so then hook it up. They sent out a technician free of charge that was able to get the generator up and running and was able to verify that it was basically a brand new never used generator. They gave me a fair quote of what it would cost to pull proper permits, move the generator to the correct location to be within city codes and get everything hooked up with a full house auto transfer switch. It took about 5 hours total to get everything done but i'm very happy with the results. The entire crew was friendly and courteous and I appreciated that they didn't mind me hovering around them as I watch them do the install.

AVery pleased. I appreciated the crew and their hardwork as well as the foreman Kyle Bunner. He went over and beyond, was thorough, showed patience and answered all my questions and concerns and was nice. They worked fast, and paid close attention to the areas they worked in. Cleaning after themselves, making sure house was left as they found it, and considerate and respectful to their client. Overall Excellent. The only critique I would give which is a minor one and should not deter from the quality work these guys did was the music they decided to play while they worked. I have no issue with it other than it was a little too loud and disturbing while they worked in our basement. Would recommend headphones or lower volume. Other than that would recommend this company and this crew. Thank you guys!
