BBackYard InnovationsEverything went well. Gary and his crew were great! They all treated me with respect and worked very hard. We're extremely happy with the deck. There are a few rough spots that I would've liked to get fixed, but what was done had to be done I guess. The only real problem I had, was the owner. I messaged him to see if the cosmetic repairs could be fixed. He bypassed everything I told him and made an excuse for the decks cosmetics. And questioned why I was calling 2 weeks later and complaining. Well we don't sit there 24/7. And of course sitting there, you notice little things that are imperfect. Yes, I did agree when I t was completed, to do an inspection myself, but again, you notice more, when you are actually sitting there. He did however, agree to fix what was wrong. However, I never received a warranty nor a written guarantee, for a $16,000 deck. If we need construction again, I would recommend asking for Gary and his crew, to do the job!! !- katrina D.

All of the employees were very nice , respectful and professional in every sense of the word. The work was performed to the highest standards. If we had any questions they answered them right away. ATab Property Enhancement LLCWe recently decided to have a new gazebo and deck added to the back of our house. We also wanted to replace our old unsightly wood fence with new vinyl fencing. We started our search for contractors through Angie?s List and had 2 estimates provided. TAB Property Enhancement was not the lowest cost. However, Trace?s proposal was the most comprehensive with the highest quality materials. We were also impressed with the design and the 3D graphics that Trace provided to help us visualize the project. From the initial consultation through completion of the job, Trace answered all of our questions and personally kept us fully informed throughout every step of the project. Trace estimated the job would take 7-8 days. His motto is that he is not leaving until the customer is 100% satisfied. On the 8th day, we were 100% satisfied and the job was complete. The crew was courteous, hard-working, and very professional. They were meticulous in constructing our beautiful gazebo, deck, and fence. We are so happy with the design and the workmanship!! We cannot praise Trace and his crew enough. We highly recommend them and will call on Trace again in the future, if we decide to have any additional work done. Thanks to Trace and his crew for a job well done. It is so nice to sit in our screened gazebo and enjoy the outdoors without any bugs. ADusty and his crew did an amazing job with our deck, replacing an old (and lesser quality) plastic ceiling with his more durable and beautiful aluminum system. Dusty was incredibly responsive, giving us detailed quotes in person and via email. Once his crew was able to reopen for work (he was temporarily closed during the COVID-19 closures), they immediately came out and completed our large deck project in a single day! The attention to detail that Dusty and his crew are capable of is impressive - they were able to make the patio under deck even more usable by expanding the coverage of the ceiling, moving the drainage and downspouts to a better location, and installing a soffit to the outer portion of the deck that not only looks great but also keeps birds and other critters from getting in. Overall, we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

AMr Huffman & Crew were Awesome. came in Thursday AM and Left Thursday PM. took about 10 hours. All debris was gone and fill rolled in. didn't know an old house was there. ready for garage to be built. Would Hire again. Price was within budget. Did the work asked of and cleaned up. Crew was very polite. Awesome.

AThe company was excellent, because my chimney was leaking they fit me into their already schedule, and worked around it. They are about an hour away and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my schedule. They explained the exact problem and the exact remedy. They took pictures of the job to explain everything they were going to do and everything they actually did. Their workers were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. AI had two different jobs done, first was the roof that was hit by a tree which was covered under my insurance and we replaced the entire roof, tearoff with new shingles front and back, ice guard, ridge vent, etc. They did a fantastic job and a solid upgrade to my blue tarp I had up there. They also did interior work repairing my daughters room and they came in, completed the job, cleaned up and fixed everything in the room that was damaged without even being able to notice they were in there. As for the biggest transformation to my house, I decided to go with Dan Faith to complete the siding on my house from T1-11 to the premium monogram. Jason Faith met me out on two separate occasions, once for the roof, then once again to quote my siding and I feel the price is competitive and the quality of work was superb. They did a fantastic job overall and if I were an expert in what they do, I'd do it all exactly the same. The company made no short cuts, I now have metal trim on my windows, all new siding and new gutters which also look fantastic. I can't speak highly enough of the work they did, i'm glad my insurance company recommended them.
