    They did a good job cementing the glass block in place of the windows. One area they had to remove a piece of wood that opened up a cold air return. We did repair that ourselves, but they didn't tell us. Everything was cleaned up when they finished and we are very pleased.

We have a small child and they always made sure to tidy up well and kept our needs as number one. Part of the way through the job, we decided to expand the work scope when we saw what a spot light new siding can put on some dated window trim... and they quickly got a new estimate to us and worked it into the schedule seamlessly. The final product is awesome. The experience was great.

    The manager came for an estimate and he was very aggressive trying to sell me more than what I actually needed done. Tried to tell me many things were wrong with my house and wanted to charge me to fix everything. Aggressive demeanor. Insisting I hire him and that all of this work had to get done. Kept going outside and coming back in with more things needing done. Contradicted himself several times. Inconsistent pricing methods.

    Went well overall. Had to have a return trip due to scratches on 2 new window panes & 1 defective window frame from manufacturer. Also had to have 1 window reinstalled so could lock properly. Installers cleaned up fairly well after work completed. Original salesman did not do a hard sell.

    I called to schedule an appointment for two new windows. I was asked if it was an insurance "thing". I informed the young lady that it was. She kept asking questions about said claim, I told her I already received a check and I just needed an estimate. She continued the interrogations with questions about mine and my husband's employment. I, with very little words informed her again that I just need an estimate. She told me that "they will not come out unless both homeowners are there". I then with very many angry words informed her of where my husband works and that it would be difficult for him to be here for an estimate and that I would make all decisions anyway. I was then told by this young lady that I was being uncooperative and she would have just made the appointment if I had told her where my husband worked (out of the country) from the beginning of my call. I told her it was none of her business where my husband worked and asked to speak to her supervisor. I was put on hold for sometime and when she returned she informed me that her supervisor was in a meeting. I told her I was done, asked for her name and hung up on her. WASTE OF MY TIME AND REALLY UPSETTING!

    I entered for a chance to win a kitchen remodel at the Pittsburgh Home and Garden show at the P&C Replacement Window booth. When we discussed it further and determined we weren't interested in refacing (what they said they primarily do) I said, "I guess there's no sense in entering then." To which the booth attendee said, "Oh you never know, you might win a window."
    Lo and behold, I was contacted several weeks later by someone saying, "this is not a sales call, I have good news! You won $500 towards windows."  We discussed that we had no intentions of doing any window replacements in the near future, but she reiterated that someone would come out, see the windows, drop off the coupon and leave me an estimate for "down the road."
    We set up the time and the salesman showed up ready to do a 2.5 hour presentation to sell me windows. When I told him that's not at all what I had been told, and that I was clear that we were not replacing windows in the near future, but he could leave me an estimate for one window so I could see what the impact of the $500 coupon would be, he told me he was not authorized to leave the coupon unless a contract was signed that very day.
    As he pushed for other projects he could help me with and other referrals, I refused and he apologized and left our home. The entire thing was deceptive from the get go and I will never recommend any company who uses deception to gain business.

    The date of install was pushed back one day.  Which was okay as my husband and I were extremely ill. When they arrived I asked and reminded they can NOT smoke on my property, it is just to difficult for me to breath. That fell upon deaf ears.
    First day a huge mess was made. one of the old windows that was to be saved for a donation was broken, with no mention of it to us. I had to use the shop vac and vacuum to try to clean up all the debris left behind. I just can't imagine having someone come in to your home and then when they left, we were away and they left most of the windows open and we had two storms. We feel that was very inconsiderate.
    The lead installer knew nothing about the double window, where there was only one, and that he would need to be  paid extra for that. I advised him that I signed a contract that included that installation and If, Rod Under bid, "I"  can't be held to a sudden price increase.
    I DO like the windows and the grids sure top it off. I would buy thermal Ind windows but  I will find another provider. I want the facts and not 23 times,  He was clear on what would be gone, but instead was done differently. I advised he should revamt his presentation so people know exactly what it will look like and  what will and will not be removed, NOT just the science behind the windows. We have an open cavity on both sides of the windows that we will have to get  them all insulated. Again not what I was told. There was one more  day left to finish and he was already asking for payment despite the factory making two of the windows VERY wrong. I told him at contract signing I always put 1/2 down and balance upon completion.  He was worried how he was going to pay the installers on second day. I re-advised him I will pay balance upon completion. We ended up paying in full, and we still  do not have the  incorrectly made window NOR the sash the installers broke, bringing them in a dump truck. I appears that his business is job to job and that in our opinion is not very professional. One of our window installs has damaged and repaired aluminium cover, and all the caulking is sloppy and we have to pay someone else to redo it.
