    Nicholas Lawn Care
It went well overall. There were some delays in starting the job, most of which were unavoidable. Justin and his crew were extremely polite and professional, and they were fairly responsive in fixing problems that came up after the job was completed. The final result looked very nice.

Mike Zigarovich Tree And Lawn Care
Contacted Mike via Email on Jul 3, he came Jul 4 for the estimate, and cut the tree on Jul 6. Mike and Dave did an excellent job and showed respect for our property. Did a great clean up and completed the job is a short amount of time. HIGHLY recommend them.

    D&S tree service
I normally do not take the time for leaving reviews, but felt compelled to for D & S Tree Service because the company and the owner of the company, Steve Blackburn, exceeded my expectations. We were having 2 very large trees removed from our property and acquired estimates from a number of tree removal contractors. Although my husband and I had used one of the contractors previously a couple of times, we were very impressed with Steve Blackburn with D & S Tree Service and decided to try someone new and Im so glad we did. Not only was Steve prompt with returning phone calls and arriving for the estimate appointment, he explained everything in detail of how his crew would complete the job. He arrived on time and my husband and I watched part of the removal in awe of what these guys can do. When Steve and his crew were done, you would have never known that 2 trees had been cut down and removed because the yard was spotless. They not only removed and cleared all the debris, they even used a blower on the smallest wood chips. They cut the trees down so low, one has to really look to find the stumps. I just cant say enough good things about D & S Tree Service! Steve, thank you for providing the services you promised us. In this day and age, contractors like yourself are so hard to find! Sincerely, Michelle K.

Country Farms worked vigorously from the start of the project through to the end. Their employees were on time everyday, and even came on the weekends. Their work was done very professionally, and it was very apparent that they are true craftsmen. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a landscape project to be done.

    Lawn Sense Inc
Gave them a thumb's up to get started, but then took 3 or 4 additional phone calls over a 2-week span to finally get the work started (anxious to get week-killer down while still actively growing. I think we missed the window of opportunity for this growing season). Finally came and did a good job (and mine is a challenging property because of a couple hilly areas).

    Perfect Image Tree & Mulch
They did the work and cut down the one tree on a Friday said they would come back on Monday to grind down the stump. We paid them on Friday and never saw them again. Randy called me on Monday said he would be over and that was a big lie- he did NOT show up!. We called him repeatedly, went straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional. Also they drove to our area, 4 hours away from where they live in an other state looking for work. If they were reputable in their state of Ohio why travel so far.... sketchy! So I would not recommend Randy Overholser! His card said he was with BBB. No he's not, his Facebook account is not professional either and he doesn't accept credit cards like he advertises.

    R & K Complete Landscaping Service
hired him to redo my front porch and steps. it WAS flat, now, not so much, no where near being level. also, the retaining wall has been sliding away from the porch since he finished the job, he came back and "fixed" it twice (putting in some polymeric sand the second time, which btw polymeric sand is NOT a fix ), now im left with a mess. he did not put in a drain pipe (as he said he would) he took out the original concrete steps and said on a later "fixing" visit that "maybe we shouldnt have taken them out" and now the inside wall of my garage is deteriorating due to water seeping in, never had an issue with this before he worked on the front porch. the blocks on the steps are loose and falling off. i took a few off to re-glue them with versa-loc adhesive and was amazed to see liquid nails, yes, liquid nails (he denied using liquid nails in a subsequent conversation but 3 contractors that i showed the steps to confirmed the use of LN, heck, come look for yourself) . i treated him so nice and paid what he asked without complaining (were talking a $8500+ job), but unbelievably during the job he accused me of "talking sh*t" on him to other people, he offer no proof of this. i did not! and he knows that. (besides im not stupid enough to talk sh*t on a contractor thats still working on my house). as a matter of fact a neighbor from a few streets away came to me to warn me about him but i defended his work. now im stuck with redoing the mess he made, ive already had good, reputable contractors look at the job and they actually laughed .... beware people, i would not hire him to cut my grass. I made a HUGE mistake hiring and im still paying for it some 7 years later. if you need any evidence of his incompetence ill gladly give you my address and you can witness it for yourself. youve been warned. *Update* versa-loc porch and retaining wall. im adding pictures this time. *first picture shows the damage to my inside wall due to his poor workmanship in not putting in a drain pipe and not leveling the porch. *second picture shows just how un-level the porch is. ridiculous huh. *third picture shows liquid nails on a versa-loc product. if youve seen versa-loc adhesive you know this is not versa-loc adhesive! looks like liquid nails doesnt it? 3 quality professionals agree. oh i forgot to add to my first review that you DO NOT want him doing any electrical work either. he did not put a GFCI outlet on a line he ran to my pool filter. OH.. and this too. he cut my water line. and tried to cover it up without telling me. youve been warned! *Update* i wanted to attach another picture of what clearly is liquid nails that ray keller used instead of versa-loc glue. no professional would ever use liquid nails on versa-loc blocks and im sure versa-loc is not happy with his practice of using LN instead of versa-loc glue. also when i asked him about it he denied using liquid nails. a blatant lie. this man is NOT to be trusted.

    Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp
Mr. Isbir was very competent, thorough and complete in the inspection. The source of the water problems were identified and corrective actions identified. Inspection was very thorough and included inspection of the basement and potential seepage problems. Mr. Isbir was contracted for the corrective actions to be performed in may.

    Nicholas Lawn Care
I've been using them maybe 7 or 8 years.   My yard was in poor shape from the previous guy I used to have, and after I hired them, my yard's been in much better condition.  I don't have to do a thing.  They come on a schedule and run on schedule.  I don't even know they're here.

Three day's after country farms received the letter, they said we will be out that week to fix the issue. As a result, The workers said, this was not done correctly. By not using wire mesh, rods, and expansion material, it would not last. This is a case of cutting corners and shoddy work. I would NOT recommend they to plant one single grass seed.
