Auto Service reviews in Greensburg

It went well, they called me and thoroughly explained the problem in detail and had it fixed a few hours later. Everyone I talked to both in the office and on the phone were very friendly and knowledgeable and from what I researched I paid a fair price.

My wife took her car to Rosey's Auto Clinic for a state inspection and they are a total sham. Most of what they said her car needed was not required to pass the inspection. My wife left there with a repair estimate of over $700. I took the car to the dealership and it needed less that $100 in work to pass the inspection. Beware of what they "fail" your vehicle for. I've seen the 5 star reviews and wonder if these people are aware that they are being duped. Please get a second opinion on what they say is "wrong" with your vehicle especially if you are a woman. It's too bad that auto shops can't treat people equally.

Awesome, honest and friendly. Could have told me I needed a whole new exhaust but instead was honest and just reconnected the exhaust pipe. Very reasonably priced also. Will definitely use him again. His reviews on google were outstanding that is how I first found him.

Once I make an appointment, I don't have to deal with them. They come and get my car and bring out a loaner. Nice waiting room. They have good coffee. I only take my car there for warranty work which is no charge.

They do an oil change every 10,000 miles and I only have 9,000 miles so far.  It's still under warranty.  I've gotten my last 3 cars there.  I like the salesmen and if I need something done, they'll come out and pick the car up and leave me a loaner and then bring mine back.  They were decent.

It didn't cost anything because the car was going to be $1200 to fix and that was an older car, and we decided it was too much money, and opted to get a new one. He's very reliable and is very quick to respond when you need help. He is very prompt. He is very fair. He is reliable. We like him.

About two or three weeks ago I noticed this vibration in the front end when accelerating not all the time but , often enough . Then yesterday morning I started to hear this very loud grinding sound coming from the front end when I turned the wheel. This morning I take the car to the dealership to get it worked on because in my view the car is to dangerous to drive. I stated my problem to the man at the service counter and first he wanted to know we're I had bought the car which I guess ,that question must be asked to determine how you are to be treated. I mean why would a person take a car that's under warranty and four months old anywhere than were you bought it? Anyway after a few minuets of waiting for the computer system to get my information the man tells me that he can't look at the car for more than a week and that thay don't have loaner cars either!!!!!! That poor at best in my view. I'm sorry I bought 2 cars there .

We have been using Moore Tire Service for many years for all of our vehicles. They do our state inspections and emissions testing, routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, winter check-ups, etc.), tire purchases and repair work. Dennis has always been fair, honest, courteous and professional. I recall one of the first times we had a car in thinking we had a potentially big problem - they put the car up on a rack, checked it over, and something was just loose, so we didn't have any big issue to face, and when we have had larger repair expenses to deal with, they thoroughly explain the problem. We wouldn't think of taking our cars anywhere else.

    Stan's Transmission
The rear differential went bad on my Pontiac Vibe, making a terrible noise and killing my gas mileage. I took it to AAMCO in Greensburg for a free estimate. They had it for three hours and told me that the rear differential needed to be replaced, quoting me a price of $2100 for an installed, used differential with around 60,000 miles on it. When I asked about rebuilding the one I had, they said that the labor alone would be more than that price. When I asked about a warranty, they said it would be a one year warranty. I looked around online and found Stan's Transmissions in North Versailles. They were able to tell not only that it was the rear differential, but also that the gears needed to be replaced (rather than just bearings) by driving it for about five minutes. It took them two days (and $1250) to rebuild it, and it has been running great ever since (almost a month). I also got a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty with the deal. Stan's is definitely worth the drive from Greensburg.
