ASB ImprovementsBogdan has done work for us during the last several years, from installing an attic fan, a bathroom fan and vent, roof repair, vinyl siding repair, interior painting, to most recently installing a beam over a covered deck to level a sagging roof. Bogdan has consistently done excellent work, always seeking to do the best job that can be done. He is also patient and very polite. My elderly mother with whom I live also thinks very highly of him. In addition to the work that he has already done for his, we have talked with him of doing additional work for us.- John D.

FHome Repair LLCThese people are storm chasers and don't really care about the work they do. They only care about getting as much money as quickly as possible. The work done was subpar. The contractors were some of the worst I've ever experienced. Over 100 nails left all over my property. I even got a nail stuck in one of my car tires from their carelessness. The salesperson, Chris Ford, is basically a glorified used car salesman and will say anything possible to get the sale. Even is he has to lie. No one in the company works together so they ask that you do all of the go between work. Different people do the siding, then a different group does roofing, then a different group does gutters, etc. The gutters were placed after the back porch roof, which caused some of the shingles to get lifted. They subcontract to the cheapest bidder. Our work was never completed and now they want over $5,000 more. We asked for them not to do anymore work because of how bad everything was. We never got our shutters or awning because we were fearful of more bad work being done. They got handprints all over areas that we had newly painted. We asked that our old mailbox and doorbell not be put back up after the new siding because we had new ones. Well, we get home and the old stuff was put up. We had windows that were caulked shut. We paid our deductible to them, then an extra $1,000 and now they want even more. It never ends with them. The work done is so poor that we'll be lucky if it even lasts 2 years. I've been in contact with other customers who are in the same position. I have all text messages from different employees saved as well as any bad reviews. Please don't be duped by this company. They will tell you anything they can to hook you and take your money, even if it's untrue and something that can't or won't be done.- Kim H.

FIf you want your project completed in a timely manner, DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. A 5x8 bathroom with no new tiles, floor, or toilet needed after 9+ weeks never completed. Work had to stop for 2 weeks due to electrical issues. After that it was all downhill as Mike took on new jobs and we were placed on the back burner. Mike never initiated calls to us re: day/time workers would come. When they did come they worked 1 to 4 hours, completing 1 task per day. I took off from work on numerous occasions, coming from out of state to accommodate them. Unfortunately, Mike would not accommodate me. Terrible staff time management, work was average. Realizing that we were not a priority, I was forced to give him an ultimatum to finish by a certain date which he made no effort to accommodate. He asked us to reconsider our deadline to a date a week later, saying "that is the best I can do." What!? That is the best HE can do, am I working for him? I told him "no", keep the deposit on the 2 other jobs he was going to do, have not heard from him since Oct., and am glad to be done with him. I do not recommend him at all.
