AComfortSpecI met the inspector at the inspection so that I could have the opportunity to discuss the results of the inspection and ask any questions I might have. Nick was very good at explaining his findings and was helpful in helping me understand what my options were if I wanted our needed more information regarding necessary improvements or desired upgrades. His inspection was thorough. He did not rush through the house, he was deliberative and when an issue arose regarding a non-working appliance, he made every effort to try to get it to work before concluding it was inoperable so he was fair to the sellers in his assessment. Overall I felt very good about my decision to choose ComfortSpec. The inspector arrived on time and was thoroughly prepared. The report was ready way sooner than I expected which was great. In addition to the inspection, you are given free perks which can really help you with your move and save money through their partnership with Porch Light. ABARBOSA SEWER & DRAIN INCWe had just acquired a house with a septic tank, and never had a septic system before. We chose Barbosa and were glad we did. The scheduling of the pumping was friendly and efficient. Steve came right at the scheduled time, and efficiently pumped out the tank while giving me advice on taking care of the septic system, letting me know how to maintain it until the next pumping. AEnvironmental Service Corp of PaAMAZING COMPANY!! Very quick, professional, and knowledgeable. They showed up in our driveway within 45 minutes of initial call. We were having issues with a backup into our home and another company blew us off for 2+weeks. They not only pumped out the beyond full septic tank, but found an issue causing the backup and cleared everything out to avoid future issues/repairs. AHartmann Electrical, just awesome! The guys they sent were Uber professional, awesome and very accommodating. I normally hate writing reviews but these folks did such a great job that I feel I had to take the time to write a few lines. They were on time. They were very willing to tackle on the job. I should mention I called other nearby companies and Hartmann Electrical were the only one willing to install a ceiling fan that high at 30ft. This even after considering doing it myself but at the end of the day, I didn’t want to rent a scaffolding or a lift because it would’ve cost more money to buy equipment than to hire a company. They were even nice enough to dab all the screws for the ceiling fans with loctite per my request (40 blade screws total). Other companies told me they wouldn’t and all they do is just install the fan and nothing else. They were also extremely honest in the charges and very transparent. The guys arrived an hour early before the air lift arrived. Any other company would rolled in the charge into the bill but not these guys. They broke down every charge and I thought that was very professional. Hartman Electrical will certainly be my only go-to guys for all my electric needs if I can’t do it myself. I know Hartmann Electrical will probably read my review and I just want to thank you for providing such great service.

DWe asked our realtor for a “pit bull” inspector and she recommended this company. We were present with the inspector and asked a lot of questions and listened intently to his concerns and observations. We left feeling like we had some issues but nothing major. Well, after settlement it became clear that the inspector missed a huge carpenter ant infestation that damaged the entire back of the house including walls and beams. He missed leaking windows and pipes that had cause mold and mildew damage in two separate areas of the house. He missed several areas of roof damage and a decaying rotting exterior chime to structure. When I pointed to the ceiling and said is that brown spot a leak he said no, that’s just a missed paint spot! We made settlement after what we thought was a good inspection report. It turns out that we had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on critical repairs that the inspector missed or assured us were minor. The roof and window leaks were severe. The carpenter ant infestation was critical. Needless to say we were very angry and extremely disappointed that these things got missed and we got misled. We would not recommend this inspector to others.

Fwhen they replaced the pump they forgot to put an inlet baffle in the dose tank. they promised to come back and replace the missing part that was paid for. I have been calling them since April 2020 and I have not gotten a call back . It is now July and I call every day and leave a message, no response. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!!!
