FTruGreen Lawn Care - 5893Tru green is the worst service out there. I paid up front for the seasonal service and all I got from them is more crabgrass and weeds I have ever seen in my yard. Neighbor is complaining my crabgrass is infiltrating his yard. I have dandelions in October, who gets dandelions in October. They don’t return calls. The worst ever.- Angelo C.

ADr. Energy Saver, a division of Burke ConstructionThis company installed a metal roof on our Log home. This was a big job.....a huge home with 4 dormers. Jeremy was our contact person from the beginning (initial contact and estimate) through the finish. I am not sure how the arrangement works, but Burke Construction partnered with Overmeyer Roofing. With the exception of some long delays (not their fault, manufacturer delays and a horrible winter were the causes), the job went so smoothly that we had to pinch ourselves. (we have had our share of bad contractors in the past. As mentioned before, this was a big job. First of all, we wanted the old shingles removed. All the other contractors that we received estimates from wanted (almost insisted) on putting the roof over the existing shingles. Jeremy and Keith said that it was their preference to remove the old shingles, they would prefer not to put a new roof on the old roof. (While their bid came in substantially higher than the others, this was the main reason the we hired them over the other bidders.) We knew within the first 5 minutes of our interview with them that this was a company of integrity and would provide quality work for us. Regardless, we were still quite nervous...until the job finally got started. Their attention to detail was incredible. From laying tarps on the ground to catch the falling debris, hauling the waste out with their own trailer, and combing the property afterwards for stray metal pieces, we knew we were in good hands. The job required a good bit of fitting and piecing due to the nature of the dormers which were log sided. They removed the siding, flashed properly and replaced the siding after the job was finished. No shortcuts were taken by these guys....Everything was first rate. The job is beautiful and we now have the roof that we always wanted!- Amy S.

He was very good at visualizing what needed to be done (I often could not understand, but things always turned out beautifully). Bob was willing to work on a variety of things; he always planned his time so he was working and getting everything done. AWe needed to have the attic insulated the way it should have been done originally so we called on Dr Energy Saver because it was a division of Burke Construction. This was the fourth job we have had done by Burke including having a total bathroom makeover, a complete remodeling of a kitchen/dining room, window replacement (at the same time as the kitchen/dining room, and the construction-from-scratch of new basement stairs. We knew going in that the job would cost more than other companies might charge, but we were also confident that the work would be outstanding. The work included sealing any gaps where air can exit up through the ceiling into the attic, adding insulation and adding a floor, and as the final touch, creating an insulated and sealed box to be placed over the pull-down attic stairs, one of the biggest uninsulated and leaky parts of the ceiling. Our house has some oddities of construction that the crew had to be creative in solving, and the team did so not only coming up with I-never-thought-of-that solutions but without the extra nickel and dimeing another company might do, and they were very conscientious about not just getting it right, but making it excellent, including returning promptly to correct the couple of the usual unforseeable eventualities. The crew was also very careful to minimize the mess and to clean up afterwards. We will have to wait until next winter to quantify savings in our electric bill, but this cold spring has given us a taste of what is to come with the elimination of the chilly spots that existed before the work was done. Would we have Burke Construction in our home again? Without a doubt.

He spent over 3 hours looking at every detail and checking everything that has an impact on the quality and comfort of our home.
