They respond fast in emergencies, their rates are always reasonable, and they excel on special projects (like tree work, gutters and drainage, shrubbery, patios, ponds, fencing, bamboo, other decorative landscaping features). Talk to Joe Jansen and see if you aren't impressed at the level of service, expertise, and willingness to work with you regardless of the size of your landscaping budget. FNORTHEAST GUTTER PROI came out and told them they did not have permisson to go onton my proptery for my nexdoor beighbor new gutters they completely blew me off and said they had persmisson. AHolencik RoofingHe came when I was not here. I would assume that he did a very good job. I have not had any problems, like overflow or anything. Before he came here, I had pine trees that were taller than the roof, so I would imagine there was a lot of debris in there. The trees were all cut down. I would use him again.- Carol D.

AYonkoski Gutter SystemsOverall great experience and I honestly have no Areas For Improvement to report. Initial call lead to voice mail however they returned my call within half an hour. The Individual was very friendly, asked multiple, pertinent questions, and was helpful in working with my schedule to schedule a time that met my needs. I scheduled a gutter cleaning, and asked if they could also put together a quote for installing gutter guards while at my house. On the morning of the scheduled day, the owner himself called me to let me know their estimated time of arrival at my house that day, which was still in line with our originally scheduled date and time. Two hours later he called to let me know of an opening they had and an opportunity for them to do my house much earlier if I would like. This actually worked out for me, and I told them to go ahead and come early. What I appreciated most about this wasn't necessarily Yonkoski coming earlier, but the fact that they called me and offered it as an option and to see if it would work for me. I've too often had contractors who had an earlier appointment cancel either just show up at the house earlier without communicating it, or call and say they're coming earlier without the choice to tell them no. Yonkoski Gutter Systems made sure to not only let me know of the opening in their schedule, but they also asked if I would like to have them come out at that time, or stay with the originally scheduled time. Regarding the work itself, it was a standard gutter cleaning. We have not had a rain yet for me to judge entirely, however I do not see any leaves sticking out of the gutters now, and the gutters I can check with a ladder from my deck are nice and cleaned out. The crew also tightened up the gutters I had that were a little loose and starting to hang a bit on the one side of my house for free while doing their cleaning work. They also gave me a free quote that I had asked for regarding the gutter guard installation, and the price is very reasonable (20% lower than I had expected and lower than estimates I have gotten online, though this could be attributed to them actually being at my house and seeing it). Their overall charge for the work provided was at the very bottom of the estimated range they had given me over the phone when scheduling the appointment, which was also nice. The team was very friendly and nice to work with, and I definitely intend to use them again in the future.- Matthew D.

They didn't charge us for coming back out. They did a great job; they are very customer-friendly. If I asked for anything, they were able to take care of it. ABogdan has done work for us during the last several years, from installing an attic fan, a bathroom fan and vent, roof repair, vinyl siding repair, interior painting, to most recently installing a beam over a covered deck to level a sagging roof. Bogdan has consistently done excellent work, always seeking to do the best job that can be done. He is also patient and very polite. My elderly mother with whom I live also thinks very highly of him. In addition to the work that he has already done for his, we have talked with him of doing additional work for us.

BProject went well, although we had a lot of rain and snow delays, which extended the construction time. Chris the owner was honest, well qualified for the project. He honored his price for the specified contract. We did have a small additional due to electrical problems with related to the electrical service to the original structure. I would recommend CP Construction for a quality project on budget, only issue were extended construction time.

DWe asked our realtor for a “pit bull” inspector and she recommended this company. We were present with the inspector and asked a lot of questions and listened intently to his concerns and observations. We left feeling like we had some issues but nothing major. Well, after settlement it became clear that the inspector missed a huge carpenter ant infestation that damaged the entire back of the house including walls and beams. He missed leaking windows and pipes that had cause mold and mildew damage in two separate areas of the house. He missed several areas of roof damage and a decaying rotting exterior chime to structure. When I pointed to the ceiling and said is that brown spot a leak he said no, that’s just a missed paint spot! We made settlement after what we thought was a good inspection report. It turns out that we had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on critical repairs that the inspector missed or assured us were minor. The roof and window leaks were severe. The carpenter ant infestation was critical. Needless to say we were very angry and extremely disappointed that these things got missed and we got misled. We would not recommend this inspector to others.
