ACleaning With A PurposeLisa responded almost immediately and came the same day to see the house and give an estimate. She is extremely professional, energetic and personable, focused and dedicated, and obviously takes great pride in her work. She meticulously deep cleaned the entire house the first time, and is now providing biweekly upkeep. If something comes up that her scheduled day won't work, she's super flexible and goes out of her way to accommodate. ACLEAN AGAIN INCI used other companies before to clean my carpets and no one got them as clean as Clean Again did. There prices are so much cheaper then the other companies. The men are so professional. We also had them do our couch, love seat & chair and they came out like new. The price was great for the work they did. AServiceman was on time, polite, quick and efficient. However, it cost $89 to have him pull into my driveway. I told him that I Googled the problem and knew what needed to be done. He looked up the model number, confirmed what I told him, went out to his truck, got the part, opened the box, pulled the old one and inserted the new, turned machine on to make sure it was working properly - this "labor" cost me another $96. Total labor was $156.88, total parts was $82.39. This is with a 20% off coupon. He was at my house about or under 30 minutes and my total bill was $239.27. I called Sears to question the $96 charge and was told that it was correct. Then I told Sears that I would never call them again because I think this is taking advantage of the consumer.
