The experience was very, very nice. For a woman who walked in there with a friend, another female, and it was just amazing. It really was an amazing experience, it really was. They know how to treat women. I would use them again without a doubt. I am 76 and on this vehicle, is ever blessed gadget that you can possibly imagine. Including OnStar and Sirius. I mean it was so much stuff, I couldn?t comprehend it all. It?s just unbelievable. This car does everything but drive itself.

The gentleman that sold me the car made sure that he explained everything to me, but he also fixed everything. For example, he said, ?what is your favorite radio stations?, and then he programmed that. He programmed the phone and he programmed OnStar. I didn?t have to leave and go do that myself because it would have never gotten installed. I don?t know enough to do that. It didn?t take long to get the paperwork set up, I would say about an hour. They explained everything, so that was another hour. I was only there two hours. It wasn?t like it was a big deal. I felt like it was all day, but that was because I?m old.

During the sale process, I was handed a document saying that the vehicle had an oil change before the sale. I was also handed another document that said that the vehicle had been inspected by the service department and would be notified if there were any serious issues that would need to be addressed.
After getting home, I inspected the oil and found that the oil was black as coal. Obviously, the oil had not been changed in a very long time. Further inspection showed me that the front brake rotors on the inside of the rotors were seriously degraded where there was extensive rust on the rotors.
In the last two days, I have changed the oil and filter and also replace the front brakes and rotors with brand new equipment at
    my expense and personal labor.
During this transaction, I was handed two keys for the vehicle but no key fobs. It would appear that this dealer decided to keep the fobs for themselves. I will need to pay $80 for a new programmed key fob.
During my negotiations for this vehicle, I was originally told that I was the only buyer last in the day. At 7:30am the next day, I received an e-mail saying that it was no longer available. Then later that morning I received a call that this transaction had someone fallen through. What a pain to being whip sawed back and forth in the negotiation process.
As with any automotive transaction, buyer beware and double check anything that you are told to be true as in most cases it will not be true but false.
I took digital pictures of the oil and brake rotors to back up my observations, but this forum does not allow uploads of this information to be shared with others.

I want to be clear that my 1-star rate is only for the finance director Patty Palermo and the general manager Mike Brown. My salesman Tom is great, no complain at all. However, the finance people Patty Palermo is just a cheater and scam. She agreed to waive the bank processing fee for the loan, but she didn't do so at all, until I found the number was larger from my loan statement. She tried to cover their own mistake by letting me call the bank and see if the bank can refund the fee to me, which is totally RIDICULOUS. Even the bank thinks it's ridiculous, because she should know clearly the bank will charge that fee for sure,
and it's their responsibility to refund the overcharged money to the client. Also, She assured us clearly that if we pay off our loan
earlier, there will be no penalty fee from the bank. But I just talked with the bank this morning, and there ALWAYS is a penalty fee for all the loans paid off earlier. She just LIED AGAIN AND AGAIN INTO YOUR FACE! She is totally a scam!!!
When I reached the general manager Mike Brown about this issue. His answer is "I can refund the money to you. But is that going to buy you a happy customer? Are you going to change your reviews for us? I don't think so. So I am not refunding that money to you." WHAT? Now I see why Patty Palermo can work that way!
Their irresponsible behavior also includes NEVER answering your calls, your messages or your questions, because they don't want to admit their mistakes or scams. Their RUDE and CHEATING behaviors totally RUINED the image and reputation of BMW!
Turn on you recording device before you have ANY conversation with them to protect yourself. I hope someone sue them and put them in jail someday, to give the society some justice and fresh air...

So be very CAREFUL when you deal with those people. They really like to play games and FOOL you!

    Rotolo's Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram
I was planning to buy a new Dodge Caravan. I submitted my information to AAA for preferred dealers and I received a call from Ben at Rotolo Motors. Not sure why - since they were about 40 miles away from where I lived. No other dealers contacted me -- but I had visited several dealers in my area - but thought - what the heck - it couldn't hurt to hear what Ben had to say -- he seemed like a nice enough guy - not your typical car salesman. When I changed my mind about the options - decided the Town and Country had more of what I wanted - Ben said he had one - but with a different color interior, but I told him I wasn't interested in black interior. My local dealer had the exact vehicle I wanted, but wouldn't match Rotolo's price - and was giving me a low offer on my trade - so I planned to visit one more local dealer. Within a few hours, Ben called back saying he found the car at another dealer with the interior I wanted and would have it the next day for us to see. I figured it would cost more since he had to arrange to transport the vehicle to his dealership -- but to my surprise - he said there was no additional charge! Even though Rotolo's was an hour's drive away - we decided to visit the dealership. In addition to the lower overall cost of the Town and Country, they gave us a better offer on our trade, so we decided to purchase the vehicle. We had a slight glitch with the trade-in process - but the owner Josie was determined to resolve the issue and said she would do whatever it took to make it work out so we weren't inconvenienced. I also wanted to have a remote starter installed, and they indicated they would have to order one and it would probably take several days or more before we could pick up the car. I was resigned to the fact that it would be a week or more before I had my van. Oh well - what can you do. To my surprise the next afternoon I received a call from Josie saying my van was ready. Rather than ordering the starter -- they called around to other local dealers and were able to find one. Boy was I a happy camper -- I have my new van and I just love it!!! Obviously, Ben, Josie and Rotolo Motors are more interested in customer service than just making a sale. Ironically, my local dealer left me a message the next day asking if they were going to get my business --- his loss. I'm so glad we decided to and quot;drive the 40 milesand quot;.

We went in needing a new car and the Legacy was on our short list. We had purchased another car from John a few years ago and he had been fair with us so we waited to speak with him again. Other salespeople approached us promptly and politely, and were equally polite when told we were waiting for John. We were able to test-drive a car without having John along which gives us the opportunity to talk and we appreciate. He dealt fairly and honestly with us, and was very forthcoming about any and all questions we asked. We find shopping for a car to be stressful because of the investment and trying to be sure you get a quality car. We drive ours into the ground rather than trading in every few years. Our experience, and we had all of the information possible from Consumer Reports and other car websites, is that John (and Baierl) provide a good experience and they deal with you very fairly. And we love our AWD Subaru's in Pittsburgh. We both work at jobs that require us to get to work in the snow and the cars always perform. We will return to make another purchase in the future.

I knew I wanted a Honda. My friend had used them and recommended them to me. The process was quick, their prices were better and they didn't use any high pressure sales. I haven't had any problems with my car.

THE ARRANGEMENT WAS FOR OUR RELATIVE TO BRING THE LICENSE PLATE FROM HER OLD CAR TO PUT ON OUR OLDS, AND WE WERE GETTING A NEW PLATE. AT THE LAST MINUTE, THE RELATIVES LICENSE PLATE WAS STOLEN. RON HAD TO REWRITE THE CONTRACT IN ORDER TO ALLOW THE RELATIVE TO TAKE OUR PLATE AND GIVE US A NEW ONE. RON DID THIS GRACIOUSLY DESPITE MANY INTERRUPTIONS BY THE RELATIVES NINE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. THE NEXT DAY SOMEONE COMMENTED TO ME WHAT AN ORDEAL IT IS TO BUY A NEW CAR. AFTER DEALING WITH SUBURBAN I STRONGLY DISAGREE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP HIGHLY ENOUGH.
