    Stong Plumbing
They charged me $454 for a $16.99 part and said that the warranty on the hot water heater would be voided if they didn't do it. Called Bradford White warranty department and they said anyone could replace the rod and it would not void warranty. Stong miss represented warranty information and took 3 months to resolve issue. Awful service and can't be trusted.

Manfredia's Carpentry & General Contracting, LLC
The project involved extensive repair of two decks, interior painting and baseboard replacement, installation of an interior window and door frame and some minor plumbing. During work in a bathroom a leak into the ceiling was traced to a defective dishwasher above. Repairing the damage and removing the mold was an extensive project. Wally and his crew did this with efficiency and care. Overall the work was of very high quality and was done professionally and carefully. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Sinton Air Conditioning & Heating Inc
This system has been operating great for the past two years. I've waited on providing a review so that I could provide operating experience. I will get into more details in a bit but to summarize, the units have been saving us more money than estimated by Sinton and they have not had any issues keeping up with heating and cooling demands. Even in this bitterly cold 2019 winter the unit only needed to kick into 2nd stage on a couple of days and it never needed to go into emergency (resistive) heat. In 2016, I interviewed a number of geothermal contractors and Bill Sinton was by far the most knowledgeable. As a structural engineer, I had done a lot of research before beginning into the technical aspects of this project. As I spoke to Bill and his associate David Keating about what their company could do and what options I had, I could tell that they knew how to layout a proper HVAC system and I felt that that Bill was honest about the pit falls that could occur and he knew how to avoid them. Bill and David also took a holistic approach and provided me with information about how to maximize my home comfort and energy savings with improved insulation. They showed me how I could offset the added cost of the insulation by down sizing the heat pump size. After many detailed and patient discussions with me, Bill and David laid out a system that pulled my old oil furnace and associated chimney and used that chimney space to get the ducts from the basement to the attic and then to the second-floor rooms. Based upon their recommendations, I insulated the attic. I decided to go with the spray-foam contractor they suggested and now my attic is conditioned space and no longer get extremely cold or hot. Sinton also coordinated the very professional subcontractors which included the vertical well drilling and my underground tank removal. They were especially conscientious at making sure all the proper permits, testing, and inspections were done during the tank removal to ensure no oil contamination occurred and that I had the proper documentation to that effect. It was the attention to detail that was evident throughout the process. As my house did not have full duct work, Bill had to layout a new system and his son Matt Sinton did an excellent job installing the ducts along with his crew. The entire job was done professionally and looks excellent. In addition to installing the WaterFurnace geothermal system, they also installed a super-high efficiency electronic air filtration system and an AO-Smith heat pump hot water heater with a buffer tank to capture waste heat. Both of these systems have been working flawlessly. After two years of operational data I see that my yearly electrical usage now is about the same as it was before installing the geothermal unit because I am no longer relying on old inefficient a/c units. While my electrical usage is about the same, I am no longer burning about 1100 gallons of oil which is saving me approximately $2500-$3000 in 2019. In addition to the savings, the comfort of the house is much higher, the temperature remains uniform and is less dry in the winter; the filter helps control dust and allergens; there is plenty of hot water; and best of all, there is no more pinging of the baseboard heaters that used to drive my dog crazy at night. All told, Ive been immensely pleased with the systems and the Sinton company. P.S. In case you are wondering, the cost and the hassle to remove a chimney stack even with needing to open up walls for access was not bad.

all city plumbing heating and ac
I would look elsewhere. I have a home warranty contract and All City was assigned the job. Sharif came out (very nice and professional) and could not figure out how to unclog our drain. All he used was a hand crank snake and couldn't clean the clog. Had to go to Home Depot to even get a replacement trap. What plumber doesn't carry a stand 1-1/4" trap on his truck. He said he would be back in a couple of days to replace the entire drain line behind the wall. After he left I noticed that all the traps he removed (to use the snake) were leaking because he never replaced the collar washers properly. I replaced them with new ones myself to save time. He never showed again and the warranty company had to assign another plumbing company,Main Line Plumbing, to do the work, using a heavy duty motorized snake, which worked perfectly.

    Stone Masters Inc
I was so happy with my experience starting in the show room with Karlene(so helpful and knowledgeable). Then Fedo and Joe removed the old and did so professionally and great clean up. Brandon came out to measure and was so knowledgeable and professional. Fedo and Zack came out to do the bracing and did a great job. Finally Tim and Zack installed my beautiful countertops, what a job. Joe the plumber put in the faucet and got the sink in great working order. I was so happy with my experience from start to finish and would highly recommend Stone Masters. I did have contact with others in the showroom and they were also helpful and professional.

    Paradigm Home Solutions
My husband and I used Paradigm Home Solutions to waterproof our basement. It was a pleasure working with Andy from start to finish. He came out on a weekend to give us an estimate to accommodate our schedule even though he had personal plans that day. He did not try to scare us into purchasing more products, pressure us to sign that day to lock in a price or pay a large deposit to secure the job like nearly every other company that offered us an estimate. Instead he was very knowledgeable and laid back. He gave us a very fair price and even threw in a window drain where other companies wanted to charge a few hundred dollars more. On the day of installation, he was there to help and ensure the job went smoothly. The work was initially planned for two days but was finished in one. The area was left clean and dry. Afterwards we used Andys suggestion and put down carpet. Now it is like we have a finished basement which is something we were not planning on! Andy and his crew surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend Paradigm Home Solutions to anyone who is considering waterproofing their basement.

Brynden Craig Plumbing & Heating, LLC
Brynden has always been fantastic to work with. The night we discovered the burst pipe in our basement he face timed with my husband to help him find the shutoff in the basement for just that corner of the house to prevent us from having to shut off water to a larger portion of the house. Brynden also worked with a retailer to help get cartridges for our faucets replaced for free. He has always been very responsive and timely. We've been happy with every project he's worked on in our house. We had a previous plumber try to help with the output of a newly installed radiator and they were unable to make it work properly, but Brynden came up with a great solution that worked really well. We can't recommend him enough.

Mechanic was courteous and friendly, while turning my water off so he could do the appliance replacement he noticed water on my floor near my heater, after evaluation he determined my condensation pump was clogged and pumping the water onto my basement floor.  He asked if it would be ok if he unclogged my pump, he had to take it apart and clean it out and put back together. Might have taken him 15/20 minutes but he did this at no extra charge.
