  • Our Samsung refrigerator is STILL not working. When the service representative arrived, I informed him of the flashing error code and he completely brushed me off. Said he had no idea what the code was. I checked with Samsung and the error code was for a defective condenser fan. He could have ordered the part and repaired it at his THIRD visit, but that didn't happen. I will NOT use, or recommend, Sears Appliance Repair.

  • I will join the other happy reviewers here. I called Perry and left a message, he called back within 24 hours and came out the same night to evaluate. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and 72 hours later it was all wrapped up. He even fixed a track issue on the freezer that I didn't know we had! So all in all, he not only performed the work requested, he went above and beyond. Perry is now in my phone as my go-to appliance repair guy and I would recommend him without hesitation.

  • very well.  Bruce came when he said that he would; he ordered the needed parts; explained what he needed to repair/replace; called when the parts were to arrive and set up an appointment to come and do the repairs.  We would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

  • Perry is the best. Very nice, very professional, great price! A power surge blew out the main control board on our fridge. I left him a voice mail on Sunday, he called back first thing Monday morning. He walked me through some possible easy fix-its over the phone. When those didn't work, he came to the house that afternoon. He had to order the part, but returned later that week to install it. He even vacuumed out the coils. I couldn't believe it when he told me the cost was under $200. Before calling him, we'd considered repairing ourselves and found the part online for $100. So he only charged $89 for 2 trips to our house and at least an hour's worth of work. Will definitely call him in the future.

  • Frank was excellent professional. He arrived on time, briefed what he is going to do and after finishing his maintaining / service he went on explaining clearly all he did as well as the status of the Air Conditioning unit. Totally I appreciated the way he carried himself and did his duty.

  • The experience was HORRIBLE and is still unresolved (1 year and 3 months later).  I called Ed to tell him that the dryer started working again and that we didn't need the motor any longer.  Asked that he place refund my $399.00 dollars minus his service/visit fee.  To this day we have not been refunded any money.  We have made a dozen calls and no resolution.  Ed hides behind the 877#, acts like he doesn't know what's going on and claims that the person that does the refunds is either on vacation or "She sends the refunds out at the end of the month".  As mentioned, its been 1 year and 3 months, and no refund, no returned calls, no motor and no sign of this criminal company that hides behind their PO Box and 877#. 
    Please note, we will continue to attempt to recover our money via the Small Claims Court and/or the Pa. Attorney General's office who is responsible for contractors licenses.  I only hope this feedback prevents someone else from being a victim of Fraud.

  • I left a message and received a return call several days later.  Gentleman I spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable but his price was higher than the other 2 contractors I had previously spoke with.  He also referred me to another contractor.

  • I called and left a message stating that I need my refrigerator looked at due to the water collecting in the freezer and the bottom of the fridge and then freezing. He called me back w/in a few hours and scheduled an appt for the following day. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and provided me w/a quote. He arrived on time, performed the services actually as he stated during our phone conversation. Also, his quote was spot on. I found him to be very courteous and professional. If I have any future needs I will definitely use him again.
