I think they are responsive, friendly, and I believe that they are trustworthy. The workers are all very friendly. Very helpful, and very informative. I just think they are honest. That means a lot to me that I feel they are being honest and up front.

I have found them to be generally pretty good. I don't really have much in the way of trouble with them. It is not like going to a dealer you've got to distinguish between what kind of work you are having done. If I had something that was pretty technical I would probably go to a dealer, but for routine kind of general kind of car repair as I described I think they are good for that.  They have done many different things for me. I have not had any trouble with them. Their responsiveness is very good. For what they do I think they know what they are doing and they do a good job. I use them all the time. You have to understand what you are having them do and you don't want to get them doing things that ought to be performed by a dealer. I think people need to watch their prices. They are always running specials on their website -- I always check their website to see what their specials are. They will give me an estimate in advance; sometimes they can be exact on their prices and sometimes they have to give you a ballpark depending on what they run into. I always check with them on prices on any work that they are going to do that's not routine like an oil change or something like that. You want to squeeze them a little bit to keep their prices down, which they are more than willing to do. I think they will price match the competition which is good.

We've used them for a long time, over 10 years. He does good work. He knows what he's doing. He likes cars. The staff is fine, it's a small place. It's just him and his assistant and the people that answer the phone.

He's fair priced. My husband takes his car to the dealership and they do a good job but they are a little pricier than Bill.

The quality is very good too. He is an A or we wouldn't go back.

For therapeutic reasons if nothing else, let me explain why you might want to avoid Pine Automotive (PA) in Wexford, Pennsylvania.  I went to PA because Volvo estimated repair of the A/C at ~$3,000; PA?s quote was ~$2,100.  Ten minutes after driving off the PA lot in August 2015, the repaired A/C started blowing hot air.  The next day, PA also started blowing hot air, initially not acknowledging the problem and finally conceding that an additional, ?unforeseeable? repair was required that would cost an extra $1,200.  (They claimed that everything was working fine when I drove off, so something else broke after that.)  After this repair I had unlimited cold air, but the console buttons controlling the vents weren?t working quite right.  This was annoying but minor, and I probably would?ve let it go except that in November I noticed that the console buttons for the seat warmers were missing.  During the A/C repair, PA had thrown out the original console for reasons I still don?t understand and replaced it with the wrong console.  For the next four months (when I really needed the seat warmer) I had to keep reminding PA to find the right console and replace it.  Only in March 2016 did PA finally install the right console, still having the nerve to charge me another $80 for the labor.  Driving home, I noticed that this console has worn, somewhat old-fashioned buttons that clearly came from a junked Volvo probably 20 years older than my car.  In summary, the entire repair cost me about $500 more than Volvo?s original estimate, involved at least six (often overnight) visits to PA, and took seven months.

After making email contact with sales consultant Ryan Shank, we arranged a test drive of the 2016 Pilot.  He was very accommodating as I had questioned whether the vehicle would fit in my garage.  He arranged for me to drive it home to test it out to make sure.  Upon return of the test drive and asking how I enjoyed the vehicle and whether it fit as I had hoped (it did!), he sat with us and discussed the different manufacturer options available on the Pilot and our payment options including the trade-in of my current Honda CR-V.  Ryan was very thorough in explaining the details of the transaction.  He was not at all pushy in selling the vehicle.  Even with another customer waiting for him, he made us feel like he was not in a hurry and gave us his complete attention.  After some discussion, we decided to sleep on it and make the decision the next day.  He was very understanding and told us to call with any questions.  When we got home and discussed the situation at greater length, we called him to ask if we could get a little more trade-in value on the current vehicle and asked what our APR would be (instead of using the median APR as an approximate).  He took all the necessary information and called us back in less than 30 minutes.  He had all the answers to all the questions we had asked.  With his ability to get a little more on the trade-in value and a good APR, we decided to purchase the vehicle.  As it was the holiday weekend, we made arrangements to pick it up on a Tuesday afternoon.  When we walked in, the car was cleaned (including a small area we had pointed out after our test drive), the gas tank was full, and the car was waiting for us.  The paperwork went quickly and was exactly as Ryan told us.  When the paperwork was signed, Ryan took us out to the car and sat with us explaining all the equipment.  He took just the right amount of time and was very thorough.  The whole process was very easy.  I've used Baierl Honda for services on my previous Honda, and will most certainly be back with the new vehicle.  A few days after the vehicle purchase, I made email contact with Ryan to ask about vehicle accessories like car mats.  It was a Sunday evening and he returned my email within a couple hours telling me he will look into the accessories with his parts department on Monday morning and get back to me.  He did and replied to me Monday morning as promised.  As I found a better price on the items I was looking for, he was still extremely helpful and quick in response.  I was very pleased with the entire transaction from beginning to end.

We had been in Port St. Joe for several weeks.  On 2/26 our brake light came on in the truck.   We stopped and checked and found brake fluid was low, indicating a leak somewhere.   In addition to the safety concern, our lease here is up 2/28 and we are heading for home - a drive of over 1,000 miles.   We stopped at a local garage in Port St. Joe near the dollar general and they would not even look at the truck - told us they were way too busy.    We were in serious danger of being stranded when someone told us about Ganious Auto repair on Dolphin Street.    We went there and they were very busy too, but understanding the problem we were having they immediately came out and looked at the truck - quickly diagnosing the problem as a broken brake line.  Since we had no way to get back to our rental home, and we had to leave for home in 1.5 days, Mr. Ganious told us they would start work on it right away.   In just over  an hour, the repairs were completed!       Ganious Service was a real life saver for us - not only did they help us with the repairs, but every person there was friendly and courteous.

My daughter's car was broken into via a smashed passenger door window. The insurance company recommended Safelite so she did. Safelite came out to her workplace and "tried" to fix it. The "repair specialist" came back in and told her that there was more damage done to it and she would have get it in to the dealership. When she told me what happened I immediately said to call Three Rivers Auto Glass. They came out the next day, took care of the insurance and were able to repair it.....NO PROBLEMS!!! This company is the best. A couple months ago they replaced a cracked windshield on my son's car at college. They are professional and the prices are right. Thank you Three Rivers Auto Glass:)

Very disappointed with the way this establishment treated my business. If he didn't want the work he should have told me so two months ago, I will not use - or recommend - Kletter from this point forward.

I have used this provider for over 20 years. They are now owned by St. Barnabus the very large retirement community around here but still run by the same family for over 55 years. They also service the local police cars and of course the St Barnubus vehicles. I appreciate that the do not automatically replace everything but when they are able they repair things that can be fixed. I once had them argue with the parts provider that an exhaust part I needed for my Cadillac was too expensive - the original flexible pipe that cadillac would have installed was very expensive but their supplier provided a solid pipe for almost the same price and they insisted their customer should not pay that price for a solid piece of pipe and the supplier reduced the price dramatically.
I am surprised they do not show up higher on Angie's list, maybe it is because they have been in this community for over 55 years and we all know who they are and do not look on Angie's list to find them, they are always busy but always work try to accommodate your schedule or needs.

I have been dealing with this service center since 1989 and had purchased 3 vehicles there.
In July, my drivers side rear-view mirror fell out. On July 30, my husband called, gave them all the required information to order the mirror.  I made an appointment for August 7 to have the mirror installed and the 85,000 service.
When I got there at my appointed time, I asked if they could also do the inspection. The "customer service" representative, Shawna, told me that it would take additional time since I was adding the inspection. I wanted to get everything done at the same time to avoid another trip. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, Shawna told me that the wrong mirror was ordered and the inspection couldn't be done because the mirror was missing.  She said that she would call when the mirror came in. I called a week later and was told that she would check and call me right back - no call.  I called her again on Tuesday, August 19th and was told that she had "lost" my phone number so couldn't call me back. Then she told me that the mirror was "back-ordered" until August 21st  and not available anywhere in the Pittsburgh area.  I then called Three Rivers Auto Glass - they had the mirror - I took my car there the next morning and my mirror was replaced. I will go elsewhere for my inspection now.
For 20 years I had the same customer service representative and received personal service. Since Mike Scheer left this group, I have had Joe, Jim, Ron, a young man who was so rude that I forgot his name, and now Shawna.
There is NO customer service at this dreadful place !!
If Mr Baierl takes the time to read these reviews, which I doubt, he needs to send his people for "people skill" training.
What I heard from Shawna was " It's not my fault". What I should have heard was "I'll do what I can".
    The Baierl Group sucks !
