    Patrick provided great service with an honest repair price. He arrived slightly late because of another job but he got right to work and had the drainage pump replaced fast and cleaned everything up nicely. Will definitely call him again for future repairs.

    Tech came to house to check oven. When he was there I had an emergency phone call. I was only on the phone for 5 minutes. When I was done on the phone, the tech told me the control broard was the problem and to fix it, it would cost $500. He told me my stove was a 2007, which I thought was odd, but at the time I was have a family issue, and could not deal with it. I wrote a check for $250, half the amount required. On his way out the door he told me it would be at least 8 day before rescheduling, because it took sometime for the part to come in. After he left I starting thinking and realized that my stove was NOT that old. I got the sereral number and check it online. It is a 2012 and that INDEED MY control board is covered under warrenty. I emailed Mr. Applicance within 4 hours of them coming out to cancel the transaction. I explained that the part was covered under my warrenty. I and was told that I had to pay a $75 fee to come out and a $50 restock part fee. I totally agree on the $75 fee for coming out, but come on, $50 restock. I told them LESS then 4 hours I was canceling the tranaction. YOUR tech told me it took several days for the part to come in. The next day when I called to speak with the owned the person who anawsered the phone(bob, I believed) claimed they were in and out all day and could not be reached. I guess the owners do not have a cell phones. He, (bob) said, the part was there. Amazing when the day before it was going to be a least 8 days before I could reschedule. THIS IS CALLED TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE CUSTOMER. shame on you

    Called Art's number Sunday evening at 5:00. Received a return call within the hour to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon (would have come earlier but could not be home until later afternoon). Took Art 10 minutes to identify and fix the problem. He certainly knows his machines. Honest, professional and kind. Will hire him again in a minute.

    It went great! The repair technician had a device that could diagnose what was wrong, and he was able to fix it on the spot. I was so relieved that it was repairable and that I was not facing replacing my dishwasher. My only complaint was I was given a 4-hour window and he came after 4 3/4 hours. However, he apologized as prior service calls took longer than expected. I was able to use the Angie's List 20% off coupon.

    Service was excellent. He not only fixed the immediate problem but also conducted a thorough review of my dishwasher, and found another hidden leak that could have caused more problems down the road. He provided good advice and I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

    They fixed it. The first time was about $80 and then we got a policy at that point in time. It was a good thing we did that because we had another problem. The first time he came something was just stuck in there so it was just a service call. The second time there was some kind of heat sensor that had burned out in there and he had to replace that. It was an expensive part. So it is a good thing we had the coverage. The guy was good and was polite. He made suggestions and stuff.  He did go above and beyond. There was something that he told me, like, how to fix it and stuff like that. The price of service calls is all pretty standard so I don't know how to compare pricing. I want that guy back here if I ever have a problem. He was a nice guy, I liked him a lot.

    My refrigerator stopped cooling and of course it was the day before a large dinner party. Bill came out the same day I called. He clearly knew what he was doing, and after hearing the symptoms set right to work. Two hours later I had a working refrigerator again (thank goodness!). He was very competent and thorough. I would definitely use this service again.

    We have used Piernik Contracting for multiple projects around our home over the past 2 years including a recent bathroom remodel, siding repair, gutter cleaning and repair, building a stair railing, appliance installation and small home repairs.  We highly recommend this company.  They are friendly, polite and respectful while in our home, dependable and provide high quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price.  They have an excellent attention to detail and work incredibly hard no matter how small the project.  They keep their work environment clean and clean carefully before leaving each day.  We will continue to use this company for our home improvement needs.

    15 minutes into my repair window a very rude woman called me to tell me that "uh, a van broke down and we may not be at the appointment on time, but we'll do our best to get there".  The appointment window came and went, no repair person, no phone call.  My phone calls to them were unanswered.  I waited 6 hours before giving up on them showing up, or answering their phones.  Messages left on their voice-mail were not returned.

    Don's was exceptional all-around ... very competitive prices on our refrigerator and washer/dryer set and the delivery / install went flawlessly.  
    What truly went above and beyond was when my wife and I realized that we ordered a refrigerator with the wrong handle (as we wanted it to match our other appliances) the day before delivery was to occur.  We spoke with a salesman and manager at the McKnight Rd. store and they were able to work some magic and swap out our order and deliver the desired refrigerator the next day at no additional charge.  Amazing customer service ... we will be using Don's for all of our future appliance needs.
