    Samuels Dental Arts
I went to Samuels Dental Arts in the fall of 17 to get consultation on getting some partials. I chose this dental office as I have a horrid fear of dentists and they offer sedation. I was told after extensive and over the top x-rays and photos that I would need one crown replaced and two new ones and a filling in my lower tooth. I was also told I needed to get 4 teeth pulled as well before I get partials. So in Nov/Dec of 17 I get the crowns and filling done by Dr. Berger. Shortly afterwards I was experiencing off and on pain in the filled tooth. I stopped in and told them and I was told the tooth was fine and it needs to settle. So I came back in to get my permanent crowns on and I tell them that I'm still having the throbbing in my filled tooth. Once again Dr. Berger tells me by visually looking at it that it's fine and it just needs to settle and sometimes that can take months. Well one of my crowns was made incorrectly so I had to come back in a couple weeks for another one. I again told them in that visit that my filled tooth was still hurting and when Dr. Berger came in she was very snippy and said "I told you it needs time to settle and it takes time and that she stands by her work" She also said that once I get the tooth above it pulled that it should feel better because the upper tooth was hitting the filled tooth. They never took another x-ray to see if it was filled wrong or if something else was going on. So in Feb 18 I get my teeth pulled that they recommended and I still had the off/on pain in the filled tooth. She did nothing! Meantime our house sold and I moved back home to be close to my aging parents and I have had nothing but constant excruciating pain for the past week. So bad I didn't sleep or eat for 24-36hrs. I writhed in pain on the floor and was physically ill. I finally got into a dentist here in NV and they took one x-ray and said I needed a root canal but couldn't do it for a week(new patient)but she was compassionate enough to give me a partial root canal to drill out some of the nerves so I could actually function. I called Samuels Dental and told them and yes I was livid as I have every right. I asked for them to pay for my out of pocket cost which is $832.00 and they flat out refused. I did not get to speak to Dr. Berger as Paula Martin the office manager intervenes and has no compassion whatsoever. I asked for my medical records to be sent to me and they are coming up with all kind of excuses as to not send them. Who does that? My new dentist would like to have those records and x-rays so I can get quality care. I've always had a horrid serious fear of dentists and Dr. Berger and staff have made me so mentally and physically afraid that I shake and cry walking into a office.

I've been using him for about three years. He's very professional and communicates very well with a patient. He describes everything completely that he might be doing. His staff is very good, as well. The staff is also very professional. They're all very friendly and really do pretty good work. They're very good about if you have any work done, it works and it's painless.

I had a scheduled appointment tomorrow but I had to cancel out due to the snow.  I would highly recommend him.  He’s excellent and he does great work.  He does work for both, my wife and I.  The office and the staff members are all great.  He has a wonderful staff and a wonderful building.  He’s very thorough and professional.  He’s top notch.  I would absolutely use him again in the future.  He’s the best I’ve gone to for a long time.

    Samuels Dental Arts
While we were expecting the worst, the dental situation was not that bad given the time that had pasted since my partner's last cleaning. All that was required was teeth cleaning and three or four fillings.
On our first appointment, we found Dr. Samuels and his staff were warm, funny and extremely courteous. Moreover, his billing manager explained our payment options after our first initial appointment and specifically outlined all situations that might arise (we didn't know if anything would be found after the cleaning or if there might be some periodontal disease to address).
As an alternative to full sedation, some medication was prescribed to alleviate the stress and anxiety prior to the cleaning and, again, before the second appointment for the fillings. This step allowed for comfortable and easy treatment and made the experience very manageable.
My partner has since returned for a follow up visit and is very happy with his experience.
    We highly recommend Dr. Samuels.

Called as a new patient, explained a front crown had come off, has appointment for next day and crown was put back on. Front staff was very friendly and helpful ( I am not from the area and had gotten lost trying to find the office; was running about 15 minutes late getting there the first day). Staff were kind and supportive. Everyone I met that day was highly professional, warm and welcoming, excellent in their job performance. Returned 3 weeks later after deciding to replace old crown with new one. Again, entire office as amazing. Everyone is very pleasant, each taking pride in their individual work, each positive in their attitudes. It is truly a comfortable atmosphere. I was at ease both times I went and knew I was receiving top quality care from all involved. Will return in 3 more weeks for placement of new crown and know it will turn out great. This dental office really cares about their clients, young and old. They care about quality of services they provide, they make you happy you chose them as your dental provider. I love my team, Dr. Grater, Ami, Stacy and the ladies out front. Thank you all for making going to the dentist such a positive experience. You are appreciated.

I'm really very satisfied with his services. I've been going to him for about ten years. His office is well run and attractive. I think he is one of the most expensive dentists in the area but, because his work is such high quality I'm willing to go there. It's probably about three months ago I visited him. He is very conscientious and friendly. He always works to solve the problems. Sometimes his office provides little extra service. Once I went and they were offering their entire clients some kind of massage which was nice. I just really like them. His office is grown and he has other people working there now. His office is great and beautiful. I have to get there right on time but sometimes I have kept them waiting. They are extremely punctual. They sit down, talk to you and help you work out a payment plan which they have done for me. My husband doesn't go to him because he wants somebody less expensive but I'm just stuck on to them.

He is excellent. It is probably one of the most efficiently run businesses I have ever been to. The service is always excellent. He is very competent and he knows dentistry and he is very good at it. I think I have waited only one time in six years. They are great.

My wife is a "fraidy cat" so she was reluctant to see a dentist and was willing to have her teeth pulled and be fitted with dentures rather than have to see a dentist regularly. I talked her out of that and ,Dr Null assured her there would be no pain . I had lost some important teeth over the years and was having trouble properly chewing my food and would occasionally choke from food slipping down from being improperly chewed. Something had to be done and Dr Null and staff did it! As we have no dental insurance we were given a discount for cash. We moved away right after this work and found another dentist who was alright, but our good experiences at Dr Null's made it hard for us to settle in. We are moving back to Gettysburg in September and are looking forward to re-establishing our relationship with Dr Null and staff. We both highly recommend he and his staff.

I last went to see him about 3 months ago, I guess. The experience was good. I went for annual check up. They did what they were suppose to do.
