    Reit Fuel Oil Co
Overall very pleased with sales and service personnel.. Called on a Sat due to leaking water heater. Chris called right back and even came over later in morning for an estimate. Provided many options and discussed and listened to what I needed. I had already done a lot of research on different water heaters and in the end he was able to provide me with the advice and suggested product based on what I wanted at a fare price.. Provided written quote on Monday and install was done on Wednesday. Install technicians arrived on time, finished quickly and did everything I requested. Overall install very well done to my high standards. Did not try to bait and switch and very happy with quality of work. Will look to using for my furnace services in future.

    Doyle's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
Excellent. They diagnosed the problem, and proceeded with repair. Also answered a couple of other plumbing questions. The problem was a toilet that would not flush properly on the first floor and had filled the bowl to the brim with water. They tested to see if the other toilets on second floor would affect the first floor toilet, and then augured out the first floor toilet drain to clear whatever was clogging it from the previous occupants. Toilet is clear and usable now.

I'd grade them as an "A" overall.  They are consistently good.  They are always very professional.  they don't do work that is unnecessary.  If you call them and say hey I need this fixed and they come out and say I don't think you need that fixed.  That says something to me.  They come out pretty quickly.

    EPA Water Consultants
From the first call to EPA Water Consultants we were impressed with their knowledge and responsiveness. They made an appointment that was focused on our schedule instead of theirs. They arrived on time, conducted water tests onsite and used the results to discuss our water treatment options. This initial consultation made us feel like we were educated enough on our situation to make an informed purchasing decision. The installation went just as well. EPA showed up on time and did all the work in a professional manner. They walked us though the equipment and maintenance requirements. All of the plumbing work was completed very neatly and all the new plumbing was attached to the walls securely. Care and attention to detail was very evident in the installation. Before leaving, the tech made sure that we didn't have any questions and gave us information on what to do if we did come up with any questions after he left. Overall we were very happy with our experience with EPA Water Consultants and would not hesitate on recommending them to anyone looking for a water filtration or softening system.

    Goodman Plumbing Inc
Yesterday water was pouring out of the ceiling in my garage under the master bathroom. I had no idea where the leak was coming from, so I had to shut off the water main to the house and find a plumber. I used Angie's List, and found Goodman Plumbing was top rated in my area. I called them about 4:30 - they said the first they could get to me was next day, so I took the first available appointment (8-12) and asked if they could get to me as early as possible. This morning I got a call at 7:15AM from George telling me he was on the way. He arrived at 7:45 (even earlier than promised)! I showed him where the water was coming from in the ceiling, and the sink that was above it. I also told him my wife noticed water on the floor by the toilet. This could have been a pinhole leak in the supply lines to the sink - probably a $1500 repair that would require tearing out walls. It could also have been the wax seal on the toilet - a $250+ repair. George told me why he didn't think it was either of those things - he quickly found the leak (it was coming from the supply line to the toilet tank at the bottom of the tank - the water was running down the supply line into the floor, down the floor joists and over to the lowest point under the sink). He could easily have told me this was an expensive repair - instead he told me the cost to replace the parts to the toilet (supply line, valve, flapper) was a standard $185 (less the $35 coupon). He was in and out in less than an hour, left the bathroom spotless, and couldn't have been nicer or more professional!

    J&M Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
It went extremely well. Milt ran a motorized snake down the pipe from beneath the kitchen sink to break up/remove the clog which consisted mostly of fat deposits from food he told me. He then hooked up his camera & snaked it down the pipe & showed me the pipe was clear & then ran water down the pipe which I could clearly see was flowing smoothly. The only issue my wife and I had afterwards was we noticed there was a slight leak underneath the kitchen sink later that day. There were a few drops of water that were leaking out from the typically hand tightened PVC pipes under the sink. Those pipes have always been an issue even for me after I had taken them apart in the past. They have to be put back together just so. We havent heard back from J&M regarding this issue since we expressed this concern. I know they're a good distance from us (approx 25 miles/40 min), but I feel we've been left hanging. I'm not a plumber & don't want to fiddle with those cantankerous pipes again--that's what I hired them for. I'm between a rock & a hard place because I thought the overall service was excellent until finding that small leak. Still waiting to put our household cleaners back under the sink.

    FRANC Environmental
We bought our house late November 2011. Our Home Inspector gave us a list of people to call to inspect the septic system. It was very nice to actually speak to a real person on the phone. We set up an appointment for them to come out.
The owner came out to inspect the septic system & found out that the original home owners did not clean the septic system in years and it needed some maintenance.  The owner of the company explained in detailed about how the septic system works and what needed to be done. (We knew very little about septic systems.) We then hired Franc to clean the septic and in order to get us through the winter. In the Spring time, they came back to fix and clean the junction box and clean out the drain field.
The owner and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.  The women in the office are just as nice, friendly, and professional. We use Franc Environmental Inc. every two years to help keep out septic system clean and working properly.

    Witzer Well & Pumps
Barry was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.  He got a friend to help pull the old pump from 450ft depth.  Conducted circuit continuity check to determine problem was grounded wire.  When old pump (5 years old) was pulled it was apparent it needed replacing because of the rust around the enclosed motor.  It was not a high quality stainless steel pump.   Barry arrived as scheduled and worked through the afternoon and completed around 6pm.  He tested the circuity and pump to ensure everything worked before he left. EXCELLENT JOB!!!!!!  Bob S

    Exact Solar
My previous hot water system used a pumping system that wasn't reliable.  Exact solar responded quickly to my call and replaced it with a drain back system at an affordable price.  It has worked for 9 months without any problems and it produces more hot water than the previous system!
