Roofers were impressive, worked constantly in extreme heat - 12hr days. precautions were taken with neighbors property - tarp was draped over their home for protection. I was concerned with clean up because of close proximity of plant material. they did wonderfully. Not one day was found. I was impressed!

I called Smith & Miller Roofing in late October of 2015.  Mr. Smith came  to my house a few days later (I had to be at work), looked at the roof and sent an email estimate.  He also called via phone and explained the roof situation.  I agreed on the phone to set up the roof replacement and repairs around the skylight.  Mr. Smith said that I'd be put on his work list and that he'd get to my job when he got to my spot on his work list.  Mrs. Smith called in November to let me know approximately when he would be coming; she was very nice.  The last call came on Dec. 17th.  Mr. Smith said that he'd drop off a trash pick up to be put in my yard for waste- old shingles etc. and, two days later, the roofers would be here at 8:00am.  Even though it was very difficult to get the trash waste bin in the yard due to cars parked on the street- that was done smoothly.  And, the roofers came at 8:00 sharp on Dec. 21 and had the job done by 12:00noon.  I could look down on their  finished roof job from the attic window- it was perfect- very neatly done.  And, no trash, nails etc, were left in the yard- complete clean up.
shThere was a wait from late October to Late December to get the job done.  But, the roofers were busy with jobs.  For me, the wait was worth it.  I have no complaints at all and consider that Smith and Miller Roofing did an excellent job on the roof to the small house addition.  They were all very nice to deal with also.  Lest anyone asks- I am not a friend ,relative or acquaintance.

One last word:  the leak was around the skylight.  I could see from the attic window that the old shingles were rotted around the skylight- wood roofing was exposed- this is where the leak happened- and it was a big leak- a heavy rain saturated the room below this old roof.  Mr. Smith did not say that I needed a new skylight- only the roof repair.  His estimate was $1,100.00.  The first estimate that I got from a different contractor was $2,500.00, and that man said that I needed a new skylight and roof.  There have been several rains in the last month, and there are no leaks now.  Choosing Smith an Miller Roofing saved from the unnecessary skylight replacement and did only what was really needed.  I was treated fairly, and I am grateful for that.

They did a great job! They were polite and answered all my questions. After the job was finished, I circled my house looking for any junk that had been overlooked. I found four little pieces! Would I hire them again? YOU CAN BET ON IT

This is the second job Summit Peak has done for us, and we are very pleased with all aspects of his work. He always responds in a timely manner when we contact him. He was very prompt to come and give us an estimate, and the work was started and finished on the dates we were told it would be. Everything was cleaned up properly, too. No complaints at all about quality or service with this provider.

Went out for bids 3 weeks prior. Bald Eagle's proposal was the most detailed and professional. Price was the lowest and they are the OC certified installer in the area. They started and finished on time. When they left each day you would think no one was even there because the clean up was so good. I would recommend them highly for any roofing job.

He came when I was not here. I would assume that he did a very good job. I have not had any problems, like overflow or anything. Before he came here, I had pine trees that were taller than the roof, so I would imagine there was a lot of debris in there. The trees were all cut down. I would use him again.

Archie Eshelman JR Construction was excellent. He was very efficient, was responding in a timely manner and his price was very fair. I was very, very pleased with him and it was years since he got the work done on our roof originally so I would highly recommend him. I give him the top rating. There's not a lot of people like him out there.

it went very well.  after the call they were here the next day to estimate and see what was needed.  it was suggested to go with the larger commercial gutters as a replacement which was a good point.  a 42ft gutter now looks like it fits the house.  they rerouted the old system and replaced the back gutter and added all new down spouts.  the crew came in and started on the job and did not stop until the job was done.  all old gutters etc were taken away.  also they cleaned out a front gutter that was about as full as it could be.  again the larger gutters really bring things out with a nice look.  give the workers a raise I say.

From the very first time my wife and I met with Sam and Kyle (the proprietors of Father and Son Construction) they were complete professionals. They made us feel really comfortable as they explained in great detail the work that needed to be done, if it was something that we did not understand they would patiently explain to us what it is they are doing and why they are doing it. Before the job was finished Sam and Kyle felt more like part of the family then our contractors, we actually miss having the them around. That's how pleased we are with them.
Father and Son Construction is very fairly priced, so much that we decided to have them also rebuild our back porch too. The work is beautiful, it was done in a timely manor, they would clean up at the end of each day they worked. Sam and Kyle take great pride in their work and the needs and concerns of the homeowner as well. I would HIGHLY recommend their work to anyone who is in need of a new roof, or any type of carpentry work for your home. We plan on having them back ASAP for more home improvements.
