    College Hunks Hauling Junk
The move out was a bit rough. Scratches to floors and a window sill at the bottom of the staircase were disappointing. Though, Matt, Howard, Trevor and Keegan worked hard to ensure a quick and prompt experience. The truck was packed somewhat haphazardly with a few bends and breaks to minor items... The move in was managed by JJH (Justin) with Howard, Keegan and Trevor working hard yet again. They were courteous, friendly and careful as I expressed the need for them to be so. They worked well as a team and were responsive to my family's needs. I appreciate their good work on our behalf.

    Countrywide Moving & Storage
I picked Countrywide Moving after quite long search on internet when I moved last Nov. 2018. What made me happy was they sent 4 guys rather than 2 not like the other companies, which made my moving hours very quick. Bo team was very careful and super polite. Zero problems. After moved in, I found one of my expensive box was disappeared.. I looked everywhere, no, it looked gone. I called Countrywide Moving and accused them for my stolen box. Kerry was still super nice to listen to me, she didn't react emotionally, only told me she would cooperate sincerely whatever I decided to do. My husband also called the supervisor and he answered very calm and assured that there was not a single stolen box since he opened his business. Yes. They were right. They were absolutely right........ I found that stupid box in a weird place. Nothing was lost or missing. I called Kerry and apologized, which was not enough. How could it be enough when I accused the real good honest working team who did their best to help my stuff moved.............{I wanted to die.....} I still apologize to Bo with the 3 other very very super polite guys, hope I knew their names, and Kerry who was so patient at my temper, and the supervisor. Thank you very much for all of you, I absolutely recommend this company. Plus, the rate was cheaper than any other competitors.

    Millennium Moving Co
I scheduled an appointment for an estimate for 9am on a Thursday morning. At 9:30am, I called the office to let them know that no one had arrived. The woman told me that I was on their books for the next morning at 9am. I double checked my notes, and I had the day and date for that morning. I figured it was an honest mistake and made plans to go to be home at 9am the next day (a Friday). At 9:20am on Friday, I called the office to let them know that no one had arrived. The woman told me, "He'll be there as soon as he's done with his first appointment. Remember, I had told you that he would be there after he was done with Mr. X?" She had not said this. If she had, I would have asked her to have Tony call me when he was on the way since my office was only 5min from my house. That would have allowed me to minimize the amount of work that I was missing just to get the moving estimates. When I showed Tony the K-Nex items, I told him that I could take them apart so they could be moved in sections and to let me know what he needs me to do to them so he can move them with minimal damage. He told me that he would have to defer to me for the best way to move them and made it my responsibility. The company that we ended up using gave recommendations on how to move the K-Nex (and moved them without damage).

Tarin and Nate did an excellent job.  They handled one very difficult piece (a sofa bed) and two very heavy items (full file cabinets), among a long list of things throughout the house.  They took one item (a coffee table) as a donation to Goodwill; College Hunks serves as a conduit for such donations. They also removed an old TV (an additional charge, $20).  We were very impressed with their professionalism and their outright eagerness to handle any items we wanted moved.  We would certainly recommend their services to others.

    Philadelphia Moving
The first thing i did was set up an appointment. 4 movers did the work while I wasn't even at home they wrap everything properly. Every item was carefully handled and delivered to my storage unit. Yes, they stored it for me for some time, since I had no place yet. Then, the same movers moved it in my new place. Very efficient, all were cute and wearing uniforms, always kept their smile. Best experience I've had while moving, for a rate I didn't think was possible. Very awesome.

    Millennium Moving Co
I hired Millennium to perform two moves for me, which required them to move half of belongings out of my old home to help declutter and stage the home better for home showings and then again to move everything out of my old home. The first move consisted of the movers to move some furniture, boxes, fridge, and washer and dryer. Movers did a great job in moving the furniture, boxes, and fridge. Unfortunately, the washer was damaged in the move; however, the movers reassured me that the company would reimburse me for any repairs and damages. I was not stress because accidents happen. I had a washer repair technician to come out and give me an estimate on the cost to repair the washer, but unfortunately the parts needed to repair the washer are no longer available. I contacted the owner of Millennium and he was very responsive and understanding of the situation and decided to reimburse me for the cost of a new washer. The next day he came to my home with a check and told me how sorry he was for the washer and hope we still continue to use his services with the scheduled second move. It's companies like these that I love. They focus and strive for awesome customer service and always try to do what is right. My husband were so impressed with the customer service that we decided to go ahead and have Millennium move the rest of our things as we had scheduled to do. I would say that the second move was amazing, I think the owner made sure to bring is best employees. There were no hiccups the second time around, the movers worked efficiently and were professionally. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

I found them through Angie's List. They were on time, worked efficiently, did not damage any of the furniture and were courteous--everything I could ask for! Their rate was by the hour, and they were done in less time than I expected.

    SML - Simple Moving Labor
The skill of truck packing was amazing to see.  The amount of stuff my brother and I had as we downsized to a smaller house, kept the moving crew very busy. On the other end two days later, the Moving Helpers were just as professional and all of a sudden we had moved IN to our new location.

    Forward Van Lines
From the initial contact to the last they were professional, pleasant to deal with, and accurate in descriptions of services provided and costs for those services. I checked them out on government and industry websites and compared their quote to three other movers.
In particular, Nirva dealt with all the arrangements for the move. She expertly handled my questions and concerns, while meticulously updated the move information based on my numerous calls and emails. She made me feel that she cared about my mother and did her best to make the planning as stress-free as possible. They offered low cost insurance for our furnishings, which we listed with approximate replacement value.
My brother was there for the actual packing and loading of the truck. He said the three men worked quickly, but carefully to ensure that the various collectibles and fragile items were packed correctly and that the lacquer bedroom furniture would arrive unharmed (it did!).
Although they said it could take up to 10 business days, the truck arrived in 3 days (the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend). The driver called two times along the way to give us an ETA and even asked when it would be most convenient for the delivery. The driver, Keith, was also friendly yet professional. He single-handedly brought everything from the truck up the elevator to my mother's apartment and took care unpacking and unwrapping the furniture, assembling the bed frame and reattaching the mirror to the triple dresser.
I must admit, I kept saying "there has to be something wrong with this mover" and "they can't be as good as they seem. Well, there is nothing wrong with them and they are as good as they seem.
My "almost" 90 year old mom and I highly recommend Forward Van Lines. They exceeded our expections for price, quality and service. Most unusual. Thank you!

    Lees Moving and Storage
I needed to move my 91 year old mothers things from her current apartment to a retirement community.  They show up promptly, we decided on "3" guys as we had to deal with elevator issues.  They were fast, very nice, and did a great job.  Got this done in very good time.!!
