FI was not able to take the chair in myself and had someone else take it in for me. The chair was returned with calf pads and changed foot rests, and the brake to be repaired was actually put on backwards! I did not request the calf pads and the old foot rests were fine. In fact, the replacement foot rests were of inferior quality to the old ones, and the calf pads were used, not new. I called and told the shop what the problems were and they told me to return the chair and they would fix it. They fixed the brake, and refused to accept return of the calf pads - no refund either.

AMr. Wheelchair explained my options in detail. He was professional and knowledgeable. I chose to purchase a new foot rest which was provided at an excellent price. Theere is no doubt I will go to Mr. Wheelchair in the future for any wheelchair and other health care equipment needs. This place is a find!!!
