They have been excellent. You can buy factory parts and they can tell you which ones will last the longest. They do not up charge you for the parts you want to use. They are super busy but they always squeeze me in. They are honest and give you good options. They provide a ride when I need it at no charge and I would highly recommend them.

After soliciting bids from at least a dozen firms to transport our 2013 Audi S4 and 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Philadelphia to Los Angeles, I checked Angie's list and contacted EAS. Cindy was assigned to my request and after providing her with the details of my move and the targeted delivery dates, she went to work to locate one of their transport companies that could fill the request. Anyone looking to move a vehicle should know that the majority of firms in this industry are brokers and only a handful operate their own fleet of trucks. I have found that the only thing that separates the brokers is how well they screen the independent drivers that they work with and how willing are they as brokers to stay involved in the process from pick up to delivery. In the case of EAS I give them 5 stars.

On time..under budget and way less expensive than making car payments. I figured if my house needs a roof I don't buy a new house! I just replace the roof. In the long run it was cheaper to keep her and re power our vehicle. John and his team did an excellent job which included some performance modifications that will extend our vehicle for another 200,000 miles. Honest and fair priced service is why this business has a 50 year old history in Montgomery County. When it comes to needing transmission or any drive line repairs I only go to John Meenan.

I was recently notified that Toyota now had the parts and guides needed to correct a safety defect in my RAV4.

I made an appointment with Conicelli via their website. This was pretty easy and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day.

Upon arriving at Conicelli, you drive up to a garage-type door, which then opens automatically. You drive into a large space where an attendant issues you a tag number. I found this garage ideal as it protects you from the weather.

You then take the tag into the office and hand one of the service managers your tag number. I waited only long enough to make eye contact with a manager that was free.

After verifying your information and what services you wanted, I was directed into their large waiting room. The waiting room had plenty of comfortable seats, a number of tables, some vending machines and TV's. They also have a kid's playroom but it was closed for painting on my visit. I was not interested in the TV?s but my impression was they were all set to the same station and it was a Conicelli station, that is, is was nothing but ads for Concelli.

I was told the repair would take about 1 hour but about 30 minutes later, the repair was done. After the repair was explained (along with the invoice), I picked my car up in the garage and left.

Since this was a Safety Recall and I had no other work performed, there was no charge and I did not need to see the cashier.

Conicelli is large enough that they have a separate employee for each function.

Dropped the SUV off at shop on 5/8/2014 (Thursday) and explained to counter person what I wanted done (give him a printed list of my requirements). I asked to be driven home. The counter person took my information and then drove me home. Later in the day, I get a call saying the work was finished. I drove the second car (the sedan) to Ridge Auto and picked-up the SUV. Bob (the manager/owner) explain what was done and that nothing else was needed. He let me delay paying for the SUV until Friday when I would pay for both cars at one time. I also explained to Bob what was needed for the sedan and presented him with a printed list. I then drove the SUV home.
I received a call from Bob Friday afternoon that the sedan was finished. I asked him to pick me up and a little while later Sam (driving my car) picked me up and drove to Ridge Auto. Bob explain what was done and that nothing special was found. I paid for the service to both cars and left.
I did not expect any problems both cars were running well. The main reason for the service was the mandated state inspections.

Arrived at their new service facility on Alan Wood road a little before my scheduled appointment. I was told (by the person I talked to on the phone when I made the appointment last week) to look for the valy parking. You stop just outside one of three garage doors and a sensor will then open the door (if not already opened). You then drive in and stop. The valy will hand you a ticket and you go into the service area. There you wait for a service assistant to talk to. I waited only a few seconds. The assistant took my information. He gave me a printed summary and I noticed an additional no-charge update. He explaned this was a standard upgrade to one of the onboard computers and is not charged. He than explaned that this could take two to three hpours and was I going to wait or did I need to use their schuttle to take me home. I declined and decided to stay. I then went to their waiting room. The waiting room was large and comfortable and had two vending machines (not much selection) and a play area for young kids. There were several tables, large screen TV's and magazines to read. About two and a half hours later, my name was called. The assistant explaned that everything was ok, there was no charge and the car could be picked up from the valet. I had not trouble or problems.

They're very great. The people are very personable and friendly. They do good work. You can drop off at a moment's notice. Everything was wrong with my car but they fixed it up in less than a day and I was on my way.

I was able to make a quick appointment to get our car inspected at the last minute. The folks there pointed out pending future issues that we should pay attention to to avoid a more costly repair or problem. This was much appreciated as the State Inspection include a complete going over of the vehicle systems to be sure we  are not only safe but the vehicle will be reliable as well. We did not feel as though then shop was looking at it from their perspective but rather from ours as advice to take great care of our vehicle investment.

A good experience from day one when I stopped in to make an appointment to the day I picked up the car. I was offered a ride home when I dropped off the car on the morning of the appointment. The ladies in the office kept me abreast of the mechanic's findings prior to his beginning the actual work. The work was done quickly and well. I could feel the difference as soon as I sat behind the wheel. I will definitely return.

Called the service department and scheduled a time for these two recall notices. Was told that they would need the car the whole day.
I took the car early in the morning and was able to talk to a service represenative imeediately (there was no waiting). He took my information and then asked me whether I had a ride or would like to use their shuttle service. I chose to use their shuttle service and signed a book for the next shuttle.
After waiting about 10 minutes, the shuttle arrived and I was taken home. The shuttle was a SUV that could have held more people, but I was they only one. Do not know if this is normal or whether it was by chance. The driver was very polite.
About two hours later, I get a call that the car is done and the shuttle will be arriving at my house in about 15 minutes. The same driver/shuttle that drove me home, also picked me up.
On arriving at Conicelli, I again did not have to wait for a service representative. I was in and out in a matter of minutes.
The car is running fine and I saw no evidence of service (which is good). Since I was not having any problems with the items covered by the safety recalls and these recalls were of partshidden for normal view, I have no idea if the service was done right or not.
