I explained the scope of the project and he asked if he could schedule a time to meet to review the project to make sure all materials were on hand. He arrived on time for both his meeting and promptly scheduled the job within two days. Next, he completed the job and was most professional. His obvious 44 years of experience made him the perfect person for this job. I would use one word to describe my experience with him....Stellar. After seeing the quality of his work, there was no doubt that we plan on asking him to return to do some additional work in the very near future. ABUDGET BLINDSI am very pleased with the work done by Budget Blinds. Tiffany came out to my home with samples for me to choose from. I chose a white, cellular shade. She then measured my windows in the living room, kitchen and dining room. It took a few weeks for the blinds to come in, and then Tiffany installed them. The blinds are beautiful and of high quality. She installed them quickly and perfectly, and definitely knows what she is doing. So far I am happy with the results. The blinds also come with a warranty.- Richard P.

AExcellent products and service. We ordered blinds and shades for a new townhouse in Kennett Square. They were able to install 2 weeks after we placed the order. Installation was excellent. For one of our rooms, we bought Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades from them, and they delivered and installed them for a much lower price than what some competitors were asking. Everything looks great! We would definitely use them again.

AThe entire experience was exceptional! Our salesperson was great and spent a lot of time & effort with us to meet our somewhat demanding needs. The estimator was on time, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The installers arrived on time, wore proper PPE, were professional, freindly and did an awesome job. They helped me disassemble and reassemble my 3 piece wall unit that houses my home theater components, without me having to unhook the many wires & cables (except for the cable to my 65" TV!). All in all, my wife & I couldn't be happier - the price was right, the install was perfect and our Family Room looks great!

DI placed a call on Sunday, and had a great interaction with the call center staff. They were polite, taking down all my information stating that there was availability for someone to come out to provide an estimate. I called again Monday morning as there is the guarantee that someone will come out same day, and I had yet to hear from them. Again, the call center staff were polite, though they asked the same questions as though they didn't take down my information. No problem. I then received a call back that they have a temporary hold on any repairs and are only allowed to come out for replacements. It would have been nice to know this before hand when I originally called as I had to take off of work to make sure I was present for the availability that I was quoted for on Sunday. Disappointed to say the least after reading such promising reviews on this site.
