AAdvance Roofing Windows Siding & DoorsAfter 18 years, my wife and I started to renovate our home. We met with several companies (one of them being Advance). Prices were comparable with all of them, but quality of materials were not. We preferred the options that Advance offered and felt they were the right company for the job. I have never been a fan of high pressure sales techniques, up-selling or salespersons who’s answers are all about getting you to sign the papers. Rob, Advance’s sales representative, we found to be very personable. It was his knowledge and truthful answers that were the deciding factor in why we chose Advance for our first major home improvement job. We were installing solar panels and wanted to have a new roof installed before the installation. The Advance roofing crew headed by Adrian, were all very professional, friendly, and worked extremely hard during the hot summer heat in July 2019. We were so impressed with the roofing job and crew, in early 2020 we decided to continue our relationship with Advance and met with Rob again for our second job. This time a new 8 foot front door with side lights, family room french door, large foyer window, master bedroom windows in the front of the house and some cedar impressions siding accents. We were very happy with the job and quality of the finished work that Steve and Calvin completed. Like most jobs there are small details that need to be adjusted and these were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction with our project manager Gary. In November 2020, we completed a third job with Advance in which we installed two more doors, windows, and additional cedar impression and board and batten siding. Most recently, we scheduled a fourth job for the Spring of 2021 to complete the remaining windows (I have over 40 windows in my home). I can not say enough about how much Advance has exceeded our expectations in every way—the quality of work, great crews and home office staff. They are friendly, requests and concerns are answered quickly by our Project Manger Gary and Sale Representative Rob. Based on the excellent rapport we have with the entire Advance team, we have decided to continue our relationship with them for all future home renovations, no need to look any further. We look forward to continuing our home projects with Advance, as we know it will be stress free.- Janet C.

In particular, the roofing crew was exceptional. They made short work of our 20 square oddly shaped roof. The windows and siding guys were very good as well. They handled a more complex Front picture window install easily. All in all I’ve recommended them to friends and family and while I Hope I never need to do this work again, if I did, I would certainly give Jesse a call again- Joseph G.

AMr. Contractor IncMr. Contractor did a fantastic job on my total kitchen renovation and outside siding installation. I live in an older home and Mr. Contractor turned my dated, poorly constructed, and cold kitchen into a modern, warm, and functional kitchen that I am extremely happy with. Steve and his crews worked in a timely manner and were very knowledgeable about the problems that arose in an older home remodel. They were very professional and skillful, and they explained all aspects of the construction process to my satisfaction. When unexpected problems arose, they explained and fixed them to my peace of mind. Mr. Contractor is definitely the kind of contractor you wish to get when searching for a contractor for home construction. AMr. Contractor IncSteve and the team at Mr. Contractor are wonderful. We hired them to fix up the addition in the back of our house and it ended up being a way more complex project than we had expected. Steve walked us through our options and helped us figure out how to get it all done within our budget. He and his team were so communicative during the whole process and had excellent attention to detail. Also, I have to point out that they were always early to come to work...that's so rare. AIn Oct. 2020 I had a new roof put on my home which was followed up in Nov. with some capping of fascia boards and gables. It was a pleasure dealing with Paul and Maizie Major. Good communication is a high priority for me and communication was excellent before, during and after the jobs were completed. I am very pleased with my new roof and capping. Everyone involved was very professional and I appreciated the quality of the Certainteed Roofing Shingle as well as the no mess equipment that he uses. I would definitely recommend them.

AC&C Family roofing recently replaced our roof, gutters, skylights, shutters and re-capped our garage doors. Overall, we found them to be a great organization to do business with. The roofing team was on time, organized and composed of skilled and diligent workers who completed all their tasks on time and, more importantly, in an exceptional manner. Stuart Morgan, our sales rep, was easy to deal with and did a great job in estimating, quoting and listening to our needs. FI met with 6 companies for estimates on my roofing project and not only was Master's the most sales-pitchy, ingenuine meeting I've had but they also quoted me at THREE TIMES the amount that any other company did. They will waste about 30 minutes of your time showing you a presentation on a tablet about why it makes sense they're about to over charge the **** out of you. When I was shocked by the figure of their estimate, the salesman staged a call to a coworker who could "crunch some numbers" and just like that my figure was brought down by $8,000, making it still DOUBLE every other estimate. Disgusting.

FCame and did job without speaking to me first - as we agreed on by phone. Went to my mother's house and did not do not put on the full flashing. Sent 3 guys over. One sat in the truck and did nothing, but played with his cell phone. Charged $350 - which my mother paid by check. She was unaware that I had not yet spoken him. He came two days early. Basically, ran off with the money for a job that took less than an hour. How many other senior citizens has he taken advantage of? I called him after the job was partially done and he has not returned my call.
