ASOL USA CleaningThe girls spent over 4 hours scrubbing every inch of my house and did a fantastic job. They wiped and removed marks from all my doors, cabinets, baseboards until there was no dirt left. They did all the blinds on my huge bay window that took me forever to do by myself. They dusted every surface, mopped, vacuumed, organized, etc. they cleaned my window sills as well. My house has never been this clean since my kids were born. I also have them do a regular maintenance cleaning every 2 weeks, but I wish I did this deeper clean sooner! The cleaners are very professional. They wear booties, gloves, and masks. DThe young woman they sent didn't understand English very well. She was nice but cleaned VERY quickly and didn't do a good job. I paid for 3 and 1/2 hours and she was finished in 1 hour and 45 minutes.....HALF THE TIME I PAID FOR!! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DCleaning: bathroom and kitchen were not clean during initial visit ~ 6+ pictures - dirty pots and pans were placed in a cabinet I ask to be organized - the organization was horrible. I Called and owner offered to have a team come back out or partial refund. Decided to have team return and clean the bathroom and kitchen. Wrong choice bathroom and kitchen cleaned but a gallon bottle of Clorox cleanup cleaning solution (which I kept in a foot pale in my linen closet with other items) was pierced with a sharp object and leaked until almost empty. The intense smell of bleach for a several days lead me to the closet. I remembered noticing one of the women from second visit kneeling in that closet and said oh they decided to use my cleaning products - mental note during their visit. But they never used the products. The original person who came to clean the bathroom and kitchen stole Clorox cleaning wipes from the same closet - she gave me a very uneasy feeling. I texted a picture of the container with the hole circled with no explanation to the owner and received no response from the owner. Really sad because I wanted monthly cleaning and to refer to my friends and family - which I expressed to the owner. After my experience I am contemplating reporting to police just in case more issues arise - I am a bit fearful to send this email but I was deleting and unsubscribe emails and came across this opportunity More pictures taken and will send if needed
