ANexGen Exterior Home Remodeling LLCWe signed the contract for them in July but due to the pandemic, the supplies were backordered from the manufacturer. Jesse and Greg would keep us informed of the delays as we all waited for them to come in. Finally in late October the work could begin. Our job was a little challenging because our deck was one big deck between us and our neighbor next door and we wanted separate decks. Omar and Melvin came and carefully removed the old wood deck keeping as much of it intact for the dumpster and for possibility of reclaiming the wood. They separated the decks so our neighbor can replace his whenever he decides to. There was 2 days of rain delays but they made up for it working on the weekend, even in light rain to finish. They always cleaned up the backyard daily and made sure their tools were stored neatly either in our basement or garage. They were the best in their craftsmanship and efficiency for their work. The whole job took 4.5 days (2.5 days of rain delays) and it looks beautiful. Well worth the wait. Another set of neighbors complemented Omar and Melvin on their work as they were working. Now our deck looks like it was always two separate decks and we cannot wait go sit outside next year to enjoy.- MARK M.

ANexGen Exterior Home Remodeling LLCWe found this contractor on Angie's List. The estimator was great to work with. He was very responsive to our follow up questions after the initial meeting. Price was right in line with other estimates we received and was a good deal. Their administrative person was also helpful in quickly getting us the information needed to submit our HOA request forms. Only thing out of our expectation was one change order made to the contract (soon after it was singed) for additional materials after the project manager reviewed the job. It was not significant. There were delays in the estimated start date, but it seemed to be outside of the Company's control (material shortages due to COVID). Once all our materials were in, they quickly got us scheduled and had a team out here to do the work. Outside of taking the patio table off the old deck, we didn't have to do anything. They took care of it all including getting the dumpster here. Several neighbors have complimented us on the new deck and our kids love playing on it.- Marissa L.

Overall, we found them to be a great organization to do business with. The roofing team was on time, organized and composed of skilled and diligent workers who completed all their tasks on time and, more importantly, in an exceptional manner. Stuart Morgan, our sales rep, was easy to deal with and did a great job in estimating, quoting and listening to our needs. Ron does a great job explaining everything about his product line. I never feel he is pushing me into something, or never feel that he is sacrificing quality just to win the bid. The job was completed in a timely manner, the cost was great and on top of that we were given a nice discount. NexGen's personnel was courteous and always following up with us. AAnthony & Sylvan PoolsOverall, my wife and I were very happy with Anthony & Sylvan. We would absolutely recommend them and use them if we move into another home. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. My only complaint was that COVID delayed the project several times which turned a 3 month job into a 6 month job. The delays were not on A&S, but I would like to note that they were helpful in moving the job forward as quickly as possible. The pool looks amazing and we cannot wait to enjoy it in future summers.- Eric L.

From removing the old deck to installing the posts in the ground to completion of the deck, everything was done to my satisfaction (and I am a perfectionist!). The design team worked with my special circumstances that involved having to have a part of the deck removable for gas line access. On site, Calvin further improved on that with an ingenious design. They answered any question that came up and were open to my suggestions. They were courteous, neat and organized, on time, and detail oriented. I highly recommend Stumps Decks.

While he was not the least expensive, he was the first one to come over, gave me an estimate immediately, and delivered on everything I asked of him in a timely matter. When it came time to start our roofing project, he and his guys were on time, courteous, and did an awesome job. They showed up every day until the project was done and worked all morning and through the afternoon until evening. I would recommend Andrew and his team to anyone.
