AAnthony & Sylvan PoolsOverall, my wife and I were very happy with Anthony & Sylvan. We would absolutely recommend them and use them if we move into another home. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. My only complaint was that COVID delayed the project several times which turned a 3 month job into a 6 month job. The delays were not on A&S, but I would like to note that they were helpful in moving the job forward as quickly as possible. The pool looks amazing and we cannot wait to enjoy it in future summers.- Eric L.

AMr. Contractor IncIt was seamless from first plans to scheduling to job completion. Ken's team were very respectful of my time limitations. The job was to convert my existing deck to a three season sun room and enclose a porch space into a mud room. They handled the permits, the drawings as well. I'd hire them again! AWonderful experience! Chris Natalini was very professional. He gave us a fair estimate and he impressed us with his knowledge and ability to explain everything. The crew worked hard and was courteous. The jobs were completed quickly and on time. Chris was here most of the time and either did or supervised the work. The cement work looks great and we're very pleased. Everything was cleaned up well. Top soil and grass seed were planted in necessary areas. We would definitely hire Chris Natalini and Masonry Inc for future projects.

AIt went very well. Adam is extremely responsive and was on site for all work. He worked well with my general contractor, and his crew (same guys each time) was clean and courteous. The nature of the work meant that his crew had to be here on 3 separate occasions as other construction tasks unfolded. In spite of that challenge, Adam was able to consistently meet my timing needs. Very satisfied with the end result.

APat came out and did a long, thorough walk-around, pointing out drainage issues and making suggestions about the most cost-effective ways to address them. He is very knowledgeable and has a great eye for detail, and he's also extraordinarily honest about what does *not* need to be done. He recommended resealing the driveway instead of resurfacing it (we had experienced a hard sell from someone else who took a brief look at the shallow cracks and advocated a total resurfacing). Pat also discussed options for our slate patio and gave a very fair estimate for power washing and repointing it, but he made it clear that the slate would still look old afterward. Overall, he took time to help us prioritize our landscape issues all around the house, recommending approaches that actually did not entail the use of his services. I wish that his firm did do sealcoating, because we would gladly go with them, but we will definitely trust his referral elsewhere. If we do decide to repoint the patio, we will turn to Dio Construction for sure. Pat is the kind of honest contractor who treats you like a friend, not like an easy mark.

AChecklist Handyman Services did a great job renovating our 35-year-old house's ugly bathroom in September of 2018. The original owner never renovated anything since 1984 and we have been waiting to update the largest bathroom for years. I found Jose's card at a YMCA and gave him a call. I found out it was easier to communicate with them via email or Facebook because he is really busy. His estimate was very fair and competitive. We finally got down to work and the project changed each day because this old house has some hidden problems. I knew that the cost may increase because of the unpredictable plumbing issues I was sure would arise. Jose was very flexible with changes and responded kindly to my questions and concerns. The final cost was reasonable and I think a great value. He is very personable and we were able to work together to sort out the hurdles. As the handywoman of our family, I appreciate any contractor who treats my concerns with respect. We ended up with a lovely bathroom with some really cool features that made our whole family happy. I have posted before during and after photos of our bathroom renovation. It has been a year since Jose renovated our bathroom and it is going strong. I need to replace the caulk around the tub, but nothing has failed, chipped or warped. I definitely would suggest Checklist Handyman Services for your renovation project especially if you need some creative solutions. He seems dedicated to making sure the customer's problems are solved.
