ABella Brothers Construction IncWe hired Bella Brothers for a full first floor renovation. We had an original kitchen, metal cabinets and in less than 3 weeks, I now have my dream house with a modern kitchen, open floor plan and LPV flooring throughout. From the initial meeting to the very end of the project, every single interaction was respectful and friendly. They provided us with a designer who helped us choose every last detail. In their showroom, they had many samples for us to pick from (counters, tiles, flooring, cabinets etc.) and were able to show us the flooring layout on a screen. We were assigned a project manager who was our main contact, who kept in regular touch with us throughout the project. He came to the house to meet us and go over the project before it began. He made sure to maintain regular communication with us. All of their employees were always on time, professional and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. As a matter of fact, from the day the job started to the end was less than 3 weeks. This included demolition of walls, moving beams, moving plumbing, moving gas lines, adding new flooring, new cabinets, etc. As far as craftsmanship, they just cannot be beat. All of the work was top notch, detailed, while keeping the house immaculate. I would recommend them over any contractor.- Alice A.

AChoice Home WarrantyChoice is a solid home warranty company. They are very responsive during claims, and they cover a fair amount of issues. As you would suspect, certain exclusions apply, but I feel like you get what you pay for with their pricing model. I pay for convenience because if something happens I can call them and know someone will be out soon to fix the issue.- Steven M.

AChoice Home WarrantyThe tech came in and did a through inspection on the stove top. He reported the problem to Choice Home Warrenty. It was determined that is was more cost effective to replace the whole oven. (It was all one piece). I only had to pay the service fee on my contract. The response time from CHW was very good but with COVID it took about 2 weeks to find someone to come out.- Kathleen W.

Dom and Lou are the Techs who came out to update our electric wires and boxes. They are very professional, hard working and friendly. They cleaned up after and had respect for our property at all times. They also followed Covid restrictions in place in South Philly. Extremely pleased. we found them on Angie's List.- Elaine S.

AHorizon ServicesIt went awesome. We were able to get a quote quickly when our AC died in June, and were able to schedule a new AC & heater promptly. They were clean, thoroughly explained what was covered, etc. My only wish, is the maintenance - you need to schedule that way in advance - months. I guess we need to have more people go into this line of work because it can take 3 months to get a service appointment- Michelle S.

ATim gave me realistic advice about the life and, sooner later, death, of my 20-year-old refrigerator. He advised against replacing the compressor, which would cost not much less than a new refrigerator and also suggested replacement brands and features. He was on time, efficient, courteous, and wore a mask. I would definitely hire him again for any large home appliance repairs.
